My mother was in this home and they were amazing. The staff was extremely caring and the doctors I was lead to through their team helped accurately diagnose my Mom. They are like family and I highly recommend Renaissance.

I would never take a loved one here ever again. Only cares about the money. I wanted to bring my father home and pay for around the clock care so he could have his dying wish to die in his home and they wouldnt even call me back. They have no empathy just worries about the money. My father lived there three weeks and died in a nursing home 2 months later and they never asked how he was doing, just sent bills to make sure the room was paid for. Wont give back security deposit. This is the worst place ever. They only care about the money because once you sign the lease you never hear from them again until it pertains to money. Shame on this place.

Not at all what they say this place is. Have Never seen the bus leave taking any of the residents anywhere !! Never have enough staff on site and the turnover of staff members is ridiculous!
