The two men in the front who take appointments are disrespectful and rude. My brother has mental health problems and even though the doctor allowed me to go in they refused and said behind my back “she makes no sense, this is not a psychiatrist.” Along with many other things. Sorry I didn’t know patients with mental health could see a health doctor. This place also makes you set up appointments only for you to be seen 2 hours later. Their system sucks.I will be changing doctors. Horrible.

Went there for our COVID vaccine and the entire staff was terrific! Everyone was smiling and caring. Very efficiently run .

The only good thing about this place is Tanya the Registration clerk was nice. Other than that I wouldn’t go here for a splinter! The doctor was rude very non caring and nonchalant barely addressed my concern for being there and just sent me on my way the worst experience with a doctors office ever!!!

I went to this facility because I found it to be reasonable with their prices despite all the negative reviews. When I went to the facility I was looking for all the bad things I read, but to my surprise it was the complete opposite. Upon entering the facility is very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was taken cared of within minutes, I don’t understand what caused all those bad reviews but I was very very happy with my visit.

If I could have given zero stars I would. The dentist here was very disrespectful (it was an older African guy who wears glasses) I had to set him straight and leave, because, he should not talk to people however he feel and think that’s ok, he need to show respect to everyone. People have to pay for the service. I will never go back to dentist, they loose me as a patient.

Had an appointment on a Friday. Sat there for 90 minutes without being called to the window. While in the waiting room, I made an appointment for the Broadway location on the following Monday and left. Heres hoping the Broadway location isnt as useless as this place.

Very unprofessional staff, seems like most of them hate the job. After asking Alex (male lpn) to explain something to me, he stared at me in disgust from head to toe for about a minute because he was too lazy to look in my files. After telling him it’s unprofessional behavior, he yells at me to find another nurse. His face expression looks like he would murder someone!!!, Oh and the wait time is 5-10 hours, you have to constantly remind them that you are there for hours!!! Maybe about 2 nice people there the rest needs to be fired.

The Indian dental hygienist is very lazy and does a horrific job. It’s unfortunate I only came to this location because of s last min schedules change and I can see a great difference here as compared to 742 broadway or any regular dentist office. If you don’tLike your job then quit. A teeth cleaning should not be less than ten min. And the wait time is over an hour even with an empty waiting room. Awful location I tried it twice and no thank you

By far the worst place Ive ever been too. I waited one hour just to get checked in, to be told that appointment was elsewhere. The nice receptionist does not justify how horrible this place is.I was misdiagnosed last year and had to get a second opinion. I decided to give them another try because the location is convenient . Big mistake.

Not only did I wait 5 hours for a doctor, the billing department is atrocious. I was told off by 2 different people when trying to pay my bill. The whole place is a mess, and they have roaches.

I wish I can give this place NO starts BUT there were maybe 3 people who was nice. I went there for OBGYN. I was a new patient. I got there on time. The lady who “registered” me didn’t know what she was doing. Spelled my name wrong with my insurance card and ID. After that circus I waited almost two hours. People who came after me was going in. So I asked when will it be my turn and the same lady didn’t know. “I sent your information back there so they got it” I said ok well who do I ask since your unaware. “The lady who’s calling people back there” Very unprofessional. Almost 30 minutes I was called in. The place looked a hot mess. Long story short the staff SUCKS. The DR came in with coffee to do an exam. The lady left the room while I was still undress and legs in the air. I wasn’t even offered a napkin. DON’T DO IT. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I truly wish there was a review option for a negative star. Disgusting language and bad attitude towards patients. It’s not just a one time thing... I’ve been here about 5 times and I only went back because Of follow ups and keeping my pregnancy chart together but I’m running for my life! Please please please don’t waste your time or your money. And speaking for time.... please don’t come here! I never give bad reviews. PS. That nurse April is the only breath of fresh air in that place.

This is a Health Centre - yet patients/prospective clients are treated with indifference & rudeness!!! Train your staff!!! If u dont get your act together you will be reported!! They are alternatives you know!!!

The worst f****** place known to man. If you can avoid coming here please do!!! Literally sat over 5 hours and still dont know what the doctor looks like. Not to mention I had to kill a huge roach that was so leisurely crawling across the floor. They literally had only one doctor on the internal medicine side but scheduled well over 20 patients with the same time slots. The staff behind the desk play with each other, gossip about patients, and make personal phone calls all while you sit and wait in these super tight waiting rooms. There is no way I should know the play by play on a fight between two staff members. Seriously this place is super unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs.

My Doctor had been ill with cancer...for MONTHS. They did NOT tell me he actually DIED....for MONTHS!..My pharmacist told me he died. Dr KABIAWU was his name...GREAT DOCTOR. I got a bill in the mail as did my son for services in 2015 AND 2016 .....I did not see him in 2016 because he was dead. I found out he died by accident. My son had brain surgery and need to get a referral we went there..........I was informed after arguing with his assistant who was disrespectful to my son who lost hearing after the brain surgery...after she called his name once and he did not hear her. I had taken a call and walked out really quickly came back because I heard his name but she never open the glass window to do it.....I tap on the glass window because she ignore me as I stood there and ask Did you call my son? She said yes he didnt answer I said....he has hearing loss. Do you see his bandages over his head and ears?Come to the door or out in the lobby call your patients...you have sick and elderly here who cant hear see or even get up quickly...you are absolutely rude and nasty...she was about to fight me...and I said Girl I am ready. I got a lot of pinned up aggressive from my son being sick...TRY ME. The security came and I saw whomever it the director....they informed me THE DOCTOR WAS DEAD HAD BEEN DEAD FOR MONTH...BUT THEY SCHEDULE THE APPT DAYS BEFORE....AND THEN FAST FORWARD 3 YRS WE GET A BILL FK NCHC

Had an 11:30 appt. Got there at 12 was told I would now be a walk in...sat there till 4pm and asked how long it would be..staff laughing in the back talking about the patients. Meanwhile there was a lady scratching uncontrollably next to us then ppl squeezed tight in there small waiting room. Because I went on face book live..they called the police on me...the police drove up on me telling me I was not welcomed back to their office....good...I couldve infected everyone there for I was diagnosed with pink eye in both eyes...Although the building manager tried to threaten me to leave before being called to the back...I was finally seen by 5:15pm.... Im so hot right now I will never come to this place the staff is rude and unsympathetic to their patients.

I waited 3 hours to speak to the the affordable Insurance Haitian lady from the time i got there she didnt even check waiting list .. She was walking around talkin to her Haitian staff members .. Waited 3 hours , didnt even get to registar .I asked how long shes like she has to take appointments first so the more people that comes in for appointments the further pushed back you are because of walk in. btw she was so Rude . Never again. Ill stick to my original obgyn . The cost is way better than wasting 3 hours of your time .

This place is the worst. Staff is unhelpful, lazy, unprofessional and very very very very rude. They have attitude. Even if you came 1 hour before your appointment, youre still have to wait couple hours between seeing the doctor. Last time I went it took me almost 4 hours before seeing the doctor.

They are not consistent. They are rude to their patients and the male receptionist try to make you leave at the door.
