The service here has depleted 100% since Dr. Dosumu stop seeing patient. firstly, you could be calling for an entire week and they are always busy and if you leave a message no one return your call.Secondly, the ladies at the desk, while there for some time seems very clueless.I decided to stop going to this office because i hate the idea that my toddler was being seeing by multiple doctors or nurse practitioner, but felt i should give the a chance. i booked an appointment for one of my girls and when i took them there they said they didnt have the appointment schedule and to be seen i would have to wait for hours.At this moment i concluded i will never visit this office again. while the doctors maybe professional the first desk employee are so carefree.

Honestly LOVE this pediatric office. I work at a pediatric office (not related to this one) and I rather bring my girls here. Super friendly/professional staff and the doctors are nothing short of great, very thorough and attentive. I would highly recommend

She has been my son’s doctor since day one and I still take him there. The office is always cleaned and the workers are all polite I am very comfortable there with my son

Very friendly staff. Julia was very patient and helpful. Not a long wait time. Nurse and doctors take their time and make sure they answer all of your questions and concerns .

Awesome & wonderful doctor!! I appreciate her very much & highly recommend her. Excellent communication, she has such a delightful personality. Always very pleasant and respectful. Very knowledgeable, she has such a great way of explaining things that are important regarding childrens health and well being. Kudos to her and her staff, keep up the great job that you all are doing so well and professionally. I love taking my children to her office because I know shes the best and gives excellent medical care. On a scale of 1 to 10, I must give the Doctor a big FAT 11...(smile). Thank God for her all around awesomeness!!! My twins love her and so does my newborn !!!

Love her and her team. My girls adore them too. Friendly atmosphere, always tidy, and staff has extreme patience with the kids. Never hesitant to book emergency visits. They are all around great!!

I LOVE HER........ So i have 2 children ( newborn and 1yr) and you know how often kids get sick. Everytime Ive needed an emergency visit she always took my babies on the same day and i never had to go to the emergency room. Every time i am there she takes her time and its never busy.

Dr. Dosumu was my childrens doctor when they were youths and she was fantastic! They had no problem going to the doctors, as most kids do because they knew they was in good hands. She always made them feel comfortable. I have my first grandchild and Im HAPPY to say that she also has Dr. Dosumu as her pediatric doctor!!!! I hope I never have to move too far or she keeps practicing in the area because I dont want to ever change doctors until its time.

I’ve been going to this practice since my daughter was 18 months she now 4 years old best doctors and amazing staff !!

My first and last time here because Im not going back was the worst experience. I wouldnt bring my dog here. First off theres no parking lot therefore, you have to pray that you will find a parking spot down the street somewhere. Next, my first impression of the staff was rude, cold, and unprofessional. Next, the only person who introduced themselves was a nurse. The doctor didnt even introduce herself. Next, the doctor my son was suppose to see was on vacation and I wasnt notified which is more of a reason for the doctors to introduce themselves. Next, they were not friendly with my 5 month old. Last but not least, there are no sinks in the exam rooms. I have a MAJOR problem with that. I work in healthcare and youre suppose to wash your hands for 20 seconds, dry your hands, use the napkin to turn off the water and touch doorknobs. Theres a sink in the hallway but no one uses it whats the point if youre just gonna recontaminate your hands to enter the exam room. This place is disgusting, the people are disgusting and its ashame to see this type of treatment in my community. I dont know how this place has almost 5 stars!!!
