Citadel at Home is a wonderful place to work. The culture is very positive and I love how all employees work together to ensure that the patients received excellent care. I would recommend this organization to anyone without hesitation.

I have to write this review because all I have received from Citadel associates is AMAZING assistance! We started with them in February after being lost in the system of getting an agency that accepts my mother in laws insurance. They walked us through the process which was seemless to my family. Citadel associates are professional, courteous, and caring for their aids and patients. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty! One associate went as far as delivering the supply the aid needed when she was on her way home to her family(that is caring, we need more of people to be like her! Thank you Inna) !THANK YOU CITADEL!

Great Place to Work. The people are amazing and the management staff is easy to talk to. Very rare to find leaders who actually care and want you to succeed! Everyone is hands on and makes sure the patient gets the best care possible! The Intake Team is Awesome! Intake Supervisor Erica is amazing! and our RN Erica is a ray of sunshine everytime she walks in the office! The Office environment is light hearted and everyone has a blast working here! Our Director Inna is Amazing! shes always willing to help at a moments notice!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Citadel at home. I have been working for citadel for over a year. I love my job, the people I work with are amazing. Everyday the staff pull together to make a difference for the community and our patients. We have some of the best home health aides working for us. We are a small company with big dreams. I feel so grateful to be working for a company who has helped me grow into the nurse I am today.

I have had the pleasure to work for Citadel in the past and am currently back with them, and I can say that just like any work place its faces its challenges however they have a team that is attentive not only to the internal staff but to the external staff, a Team that is dedicated to assuring that we do all we can to satisfy clients as well as staff, respectful, caring, and understanding, i have also worked for the cooperate office they have in NYC and i can say that they are dedicated to providing the best care that they can and are appreciative to staff and show it. Been a employee since 2016. Since the switch over to Citadel nothing has been right! Don’t respond to calls, messages or voicemails. After Arielle & Lisa has gone it’s not the same. I have been asking for a new case for a month and I have gotten only 2 offers. I’ll take my great work ethics elsewhere. 👎🏽

I was hired as a coordinator at there main office and since i moved to NJ i was sent to be a coordinator at Citadel. From the day I started i felt it was very overwhelming. And even the employees there expected me not to return. But i like a challenge so I wanted to feel the company out. They had me doing way more than I expected and was hired for.I sat right in front of the main window where all the aides would just come in all day with complaints about not being paid on time or even issues in the office that had NOTHING to do with me as a coordinator. Payroll is in another office so they would put NJ as last priority which resulted in aides not getting paid. As im tending to people walking in all day. Im running to answer the phones with more complaints, responding to on going emails, verifying attendance AND staffing my cases as a coordinator. The Hha’s call out left and right with no structure. There was NO on call to help in the morning as they would just leave the case open for me in the morning and expect me to staff it right away, then would call me 10 minutes later like make sure you also work on calling every single case to make sure the aide is present. Like im only one person ! And the pay was horrible due to the fact they had me doing everything. They just wear you out as much as they can until you cant take anymore. They are short staffed and swear it’s because they need more money, but fail to realize they will not have stability with there employees, they all feel overwhelmed and that the company doesn’t care. I quit at first then was begged to stay , for them to call me from the main office days later after they made me work the day until 4pm to tell me im fired with no reason at all. (They wanted the upper hand) This place is run down and small. They treat there employees with no respect , meanwhile at there main office they are treated way better. The turn over for this company is ridiculous! Just heads up !

Horrible place to work for they dont appreciate staff members while always having issues with the aides paychecks every week, they use new staff to learn about nj laws then fire them with no warning, i have been in the homecare industry for over 20 years and i dont recommend anyone to work there or request services. They confuse ny with nj mark my words i dont see anyone staying there long... appreciate your hard working staff and you will get results. good luck

Horrible! Nurses come only when they want to come. Management horrible unable to resolve issues. My brother was left alone for 4 days and I still dont know when a nurse will see him
