A good job for Christmas Cash and a little (very little) extra income when needed, not at all a place for career settlement. The ONLY bright side is pay every week (which is often messed up resulting in delayed payments, payroll screens staff phone calls and says they’re busy, never calls back. payments further delayed). The company as a whole is very poorly structured, the hierarchy/chain of command is based on favoritism and “because I say so” rather than of skill and actual intellect. Actual intellect results in a heavy work load with no compensation or acknowledgments. Accomplishments are more respected when off the back of others. It’s not what you actually do it’s what you make it look like you actually do. Morale and even basic DHS-DD standard is compromised and ALWAYS questionable, however a question might cost you your “job”. A job that does not pay you for the two day waste of your time aka orientation. High expectations with little to no training for staff and leadership in the same. The company does not offer field staff employment benefits let alone any type of perks. No health insurance but rather a priceyyyy “medical plan” definitely no affordable dental coverage. No 401k. Just vibes. Bad ones. Common sense lacks amongst leadership and no idea is good UNLESS they’re credited even tho you said it first. Mediocrity is an acceptable standard through out. Would recommend for a person in transition looking for fast cash, it’s definitely that. You can go but you will not grow. If you’re a good person you won’t make it. And that’s just the long and short of it … in my opinion.

I am a social worker in the Essex County area and I have been referring my clients to Heart to Heart for over a year. They are always very responsive to the patients and families. They provide genuine quality care. I have only had positive feedback from the patients about their experience with Heart to Heart. Jack is very efficient and works hard to get the patients approved for services. As a social worker I’m so thankful to partner with them.

I am a home health I have been working with the company for a while now my coordinator is Layla she is the most professional and on point coordinator Ive ever dealt with she cares for both her Homecare worker and her client that she is assigned to not to mention the manager of this company he will go above and beyond for his clients and his workers.

Disappointed with the lack of service and their inability to be open and honest. How can they be allowed to leave people without the necessary needed help - days and days at a time - without even a phone call to say no ones coming to your house??? At least have the decency to communicate responsibly. I am appalled and truly feel compassion for those people who depend on this agency and have no one else to fall back on. SAD.

This place is horrible, they never return phone calls except for months later after you have found another agency that more reputable...

Very rude ,very disorganized company ,not friendly ,very cheap this business They hire to many ppl and don’t have positions for very one to fill I would not recommend anyone to work here the pay rate is between $13-$14 for coordination work and AP work recently had to report them to the stateDO NOT WORK FOR JEWS THEY ARE CROOKS !! & THEY PAY PPL TO SAVE THEY COMPANY I REPORTED THEM TO THE BOARD OF LABOR

That VINELAND NJ office needs to be SHUT DOWN! The most petty, unethical place to work. Hostile work environments. Lying management. Never any coverage. Plan on being stuck all the time. Oh and they will put u as “inactive” so they don’t have to pay out your unemployment!
