So this was my first time coming to this dental office for my daughter and I can honestly say that the front office staff was really nice down to the x-ray tech I’m not sure of her name but she was really nice and patient with my daughter who is 4 years old! she was really scared but eventually she got comfortable… Then going to the back room for my daughters cleaning Jen who did her cleaning was super nice friendly and very personable highly recommend for cleaning… Then finally we were able to meet the Doctor Dr Pavone Who was really chill and laid-back seemed very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable when he walked in the room and I would highly recommend him and others to this office. I myself will be transferring over to this office.

No need in making appointments waiting 2hrs or more front desk staff is courteous back staff doctors are slow schedule to many appointments at same time to many ppl for it to be covid 19 social distance will not go again

By far the worst service ever. I came into the office and my problem was accessed. I was referred to an oral surgeon for 2 extractions. I was given a referral and told if x-rays were needed they would be forwarded. That never happened. I ended up having to get X-rays and be billed by the company they referred me to.

Worst dental facility I’ve ever been to. Dentist has no clue of what he doing. Every dental assistant he hires is incompetentA friend of mine left their office w/ a herpes bump in the corner of her mouth, they clean supplies well.I witness staff allow a pregnant girl to have a seat for almost 45mins waiting to be seen, before they finally informed her, they required clearance from her ObGynIn my case, the dentist advised me that I would need a procedure done, but he could supply me some antibiotics to cope in the mean time. I was in a tremendous amount of pain. His front desk didn’t send the prescription out to be filled until the next day.

Great staff especially Jen , she was extremely gentle while cleaning my teeth, didnt feel a thing.

This is the filthiest place I’ve ever been in dirt visible everywhere .. the seats are old and ripped up … it’s dirt on every machine frim X-ray to the teeth cleaning machine … Then u get to the utensils they put in your mouth rusted , dirty and old this place an open market for disease .. Don’t believe me go see for yaself everything I say is 100% true never seen a place this dirty , it’s disgusting

I went for my scheduled cleaning and check up, the ladies at the desk were friendly as usual and the dentist hygenist Devina was very professional and patient with me. I was made to feel very comfortable in her care. Thank you guys for doing what you do.

Dr. Pavone is an excellent and very professional. Xray Tech Allison Artist is excellent as well and puts you at ease. I highly recommend both.

My teeth feel great. And everybody was super nice and helped explain what I need to now. now my teeth will look great for my id card. and my smile is beautiful at my childs birthday party. I love this place!

My experience can be summed up with three words. Clean, prompt, and professional. I saw Dr. Pavone for a filling which he did with absolutely no pain and by maximizing my insurance benefits. Scheduled my first visit @ Orange Dental and I have to say, it could not have gone any better! The staff was awesome, the office was fully COVID secure and Dr. Pavone was so laid back, informative and helpful with my treatment needs. Great place! I texted my girlfriend while there and she made her first appointment for next week! Kristen was so helpful when it came to all needed information & I couldnt thank her enough!

I had a dental emergency and Dr. Pavone took me right away and saved me from so much pain. Now I bring my whole family there. Theyre so good with kids.

I thought the services would be good but my first visit in November 2019 I was there over 2 hours. When I returned for my filling same thing appointment at 12 last to leave the building. They numbed my mouth left for about 20 -30 min and came back. I Put money down for a partial and being that I wasn’t happy with the services I wanted my money back. I just got that back a week ago 8/2020. They were so crowed in there it just wasn’t a pleasant environment. The one staff member act as if I got on her nerve about “ my money” So services for me are being done else where. And for the record the filling I got the beginning of the year wasn’t done properly I had to get it done over last week. So I pray the services get better. We all are going through things and feeling welcomed makes a difference

Incredible office with excellent COVID standards in place. During the shutdown I was in terrible pain. I called the office and left a message explaining what I was suffering from. Dr. Pavone was great calling me back, walking me through my symptoms and called in a Rx for me to hold me over until the shutdown was eventually lifted. Thankfully, it all worked for the best! The pain subsided and once the office reopened, the staff called me to have me come in and follow up on my emergency. I am so thankful and grateful. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and kudos to Dr. Pavone!

Horrible place....I been calling for over a week to get an appointment they had me on hold for 35. Min till I finally just hung up. I will not be going here the front desk seems very stupid and have no idea how to run a front desk.

Kristen was so helpful to provide me with all breakdowns, information and post visit requirements that I needed. Dr. Pavone was awesome - such a compassionate doctor! Great place!

I came across this office while searching for a new dentist. I must say I was very impressed. The office is updated and beautiful. The doctors were very pleasant and professional. And most importantly I didn’t feel any pain during my Procedures! I will definitely be returning to this office! Highly recommend giving them a shot!!

They were good 2 yrs ago now the front desk has a bad attitude I had a bad tooth for almost 2 mths and while explaining to the ft desk Spanish girl each time I called she cut me off while explaining my pain..the jamaican lady is nice and Allison but the rest of staff so rude.. after 4 yrs going there I will not return.

Covid prepared and very helpful ! The staff was informative and discussed everything in detail with me. The doctors and staff are great. Super painless treatment ! I went in for a root canal and was very scared. Kristen calmed me down and assured me everything will be just fine , and it was ! I was out in perfect timing and havent had a problem since ! It was my first time there and I did not have a good experience. I had an appointment but still had to wait 2 hours. They mixed my xrays up and the dentist was unnecessarily rough when cleaning my teeth. I understand that the cleaning needed to be a little more invasive but when the patient says “ouch this hurts” you should at least pretend to give a damn. My gums still feel sore 6 hours later. The rooms weren’t very private. Some of the staff had masks below the nose. 2 stars because at the end of the day my teeth got cleaned but I won’t be returning.

I became a patient here at ORANGE DENTAL after my last dental facility, failed. My first and most recent visits to ORANGE DENTAL have been wonderful, thanks to the awesome medical and administrative staff. Ive received dental treatment here for quite some years now. They are very attentive to your concerns and have the technology and skills to perform most (if not, all) procedures. I hope other patients share the same good experience because I dont normally write reviews, but this place deserved one from me.

They give away your appointments if you dont confirm it the day before and all there appointments are a month away so Im confused how they give away appointments.

I began dental services here at ODG in 2016 after moving from Red Bank to begin Graduate school. Ultimately, the staff team is always friendly. I haven’t had an issue with issue cleanliness, it’s a (dated) business center but the tools, rooms and common surfaces are always clean. The service time is efficient - I usually make appointments for Saturday mornings and my day hasn’t ever gone opposite; they get me in and out with confidence. Great facility especially when making roots in EO.

Had an appointment@9am didnt get seen till 11:10 for xrays. Then waited for the Dr. another 10-15min.Just to be told, he cant pull my tooth. Which took about 5 min to tell me that. Im not upset, you couldnt do it. Im upset , I wanted over 2hrs just to be scene for all of 20 mins. Then ask when should I come back. I told them never😡😡😡😡

Dr. Pavone, Kristen, the Hygienists & Staff have been nothing but professional & treated the students so well at our Dental Event they came to! C.Tyson school is so thrilled with the care & concern they have towards the students. So organized & well handled! The students love getting their dental exams at school while receiving the best oral health instructions I have ever seen! Amazing organization that treats the community exceptionally well! Bravo!!!

A few years ago, my younger brother visited Orange Dental for a few different procedures. He loved it. I began visiting to see why he loved this dentist office. Ive been coming ever since. Lovely staff. Clean environment. Friendly. And they keep you updated about your appointments through texts. Thats what I love most, being that Im always busy and never focused. They are always on the patients side, especially when the insurance are acting up.

I am truly grateful to all of the staff at the Orange Dental Group, they are awesome. The staff is very attentive and kind. It is very rare these days to find someone that cares and want to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. I had some bad experiences in the past with different dentist which lead me to have some trepidation. However, since my first appointment with Dr. Fuentes office I knew I found my new oral care home.

My experience at Orange Dental has been nothing but the best. The staff there are very professional, courteous, and helpful. They treated me like family. I had my wisdom tooth removed two weeks ago, and the procedure was smooth with minimal pain. I would strongly recommend my friends and family here.

Hour and 10 min wait time even if you have an appointment and staff doesnt communicate with each other. First person that looks at the x ray says you have three cavities and wisdom teeth that need to come out. Then the dentist fixes one cavity so you say I was told I had three cavities. Dentist looks at x ray and says where did that come from? Well take care of that next time. Ok what about the wisdom teeth? She replies what wisdom teeth...oh its fine. Smh.i just left there 5 min ago because my son had an appointment at 9 got there at 8:38 and was told I had two people ahead of me. After being told I have 2 people ahead of me for the third time more than an hour past my appointment time I got fed up and left. Ill never go back there nor will I bring my kids there. There are more suitable dental practices out there with better time management and that actually have dentists and assistants that actually communicate with each other so theres no confusion on why a patient is sitting in their chair. Orange dental groups is not recommended.

The waiting time has improved. When you come in for an appointment you dont have to wait to long. Friendly employees, and you can ask them any question.

Very bad experience in this place. By appointment I was here for 2 hours 40 minutes, its terrible and apart from all this the person who did the dental cleaning is super rude and not at all delicate, he was really rude. Im sorry to say that I dont recommend this place at all.

My upper right back tooth was infected. The pain had grown substantially in two days and I needed help. I called Orange Dental Group and they gave me and appointment ASAP. The dentist was very gentle and treated my tooth very quickly. I am forever grateful to them for getting my choppers back to perfection!! Thank you Orange Dental!

1. Ive had 3 root canals performed there. The first which stayed, and is still there (knock on wood) was performed by a Middle Eastern or Indian/Pakistani dentist. There was some heat in the adhesive which perhaps made all the difference.The others were performed by some other doctors and subsequent visits to my new dentist have shown their work was inadequate, due to the way they formed, or shaped the teeth. It did not hold the crown and they fell out. Ive asked them to redo the work and they say they want to ask my insurance company to pay for it. Not gonna happen. These expensive procedures should be done properly the first time and they shouldnt expect to be payed twice for poor work.2. My flex spending card payed for some of this work in 2013, and since then, Ive asked them on numerous occasions to provide the receipts. I havent gotten them and the result is my HR company hasnt payed me for claims that Ive needed to process, so Im out over a hundred bucks thanks to them.3. The time it takes to be seen even when you make your appointment is not worth the aggravation and the wait. Stay clear of this place if possible.

There are not many places that will be ok with me walking in and not having an appoitment for my three children on what seemed to be a busy Wednesday morning. Thankfully, Orange Dental is the place that I trust and Kristen their supervisor made it all happen! She let us know we were seeing Dr. Sal and we each had a great cleaning. Kristen set us up with all the information needed to see specialists for both me and my son. Thank you to our local dentist for being so awesome to me and my kids. Beautiful office!

I have been coming to see Dr. Pavone for over 6 years and he has treated me so well. When I first started to see Dr. Pavone I was self conscious about my smile and always kept quiet in school because of it. He referred me to a great orthodontist and during my treatment I kept coming for my routine checkups. Now, I have a smile I am proud and confident of. Kristen made sure I was always on time and made me feel so welcome every time I came. Now, in college, I have the confidence to smile and talk to everyone I meet. I am sending all of my new classmates to Orange Dental Group :)

I had a great experience at this dentist. Broke my tooth and couldnt get an appointment anywhere. Spoke to Kristen and she squeezed me in for the same day. When I got there the office was beautiful and CLEAN! Dr. Pavone was the dentist I saw. He was awesome. Got me fixed up and out the door in a little over an hour.
