Dr. Klipfel is giving out advice and information to people who are not their patients parents. And letting others sign medical forms that are again not the patients parents. Going to be looking for a new pediatrician for both of my children and will not accept the disrespect of this place any longer.

Amazing facility and top of the line pediatricians. Highly recommend for parents with children of all ages. Both my boys [ages 10 and 18 months] come here and I love it.

Both of my girls see Dr. Maule and she is just wonderful. Shes so great with my girls and answers all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

We love this doctors office for our son. We currently see Dr. Maule and love her! We also have seen other doctors at the practice when ours is unavailable. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful, and professional at all times! We are comfortable with everyone there! The facility is clean and we like that there is a sick and non-sick area. We have also been able to schedule sick appointments the day of. They also gave us a childrens book and newborn binder to keep everything together at our follow ups which helps keep everything organized during our meet and greet. They continue to give a book to your child at well visits starting at 9 months which is nice! All staff is always friendly and helpful! There are no toys to play with at this pediatricians office but books to read to help reduce the number of germs. It also doesnt make the place feel super kiddie when your kids get older there. They also have a nice messaging system if you rather ask the doctor a question without calling and they get back to you in 24 hours but usually much sooner! They also always have a doctor on call and are open on the weekend for emergency visits! We have certainly visited this place more than just his regular appointments and when he has been sick, the office has called the following few days after to see how he is which is really nice and thoughtful! If youre looking for a great pediatrician I highly recommend this place!!

The staff must be prejudice or maybe the whole faculty discriminate. When I was pregnant and looking for a pediatrician, I called the office and asked for a consultation, but one of the staff members told me that they were not accepting new patient and had referred me to another pediatrics practice located down the street instead. Being pregnant with preeclampsia and the sudden passing of my dad, I proceeded to randomly and rushed to select any pediatrician. The first week after my baby, I called the office again to see if they would accept new patient(4 months after I’ve called the first time). This time the story changed, they commented on how I must have already picked a pediatrician and that I cannot get a consultation only when I was pregnant. I begged to have consultations with two of the pediatricians and left a message with one of the desk ladies. She told me she would call back once she talk to one of the doctors. Never heard anything back. I felt like I was getting the run around with the staff. So they don’t do any new patient transfer either ?! Being first time mom, I would have appreciated if they provided the protocol or make it clear if they accepted referral only. I was left with anxiety and mom guilt(getting the best pediatrician). The only reason why I was interested in this place because of their 5 ratings which they do no deserve at all.

Chose to go with them after high referrals from friends. We have Dr. Claire Flanagan. Our experience has been great. She always follows up and is very thorough. If she is unavailable they have a team of Drs. Able to see you short notice and our experiences with them have all been really good as well. Scheduling and reception also top notch. Highly recommend.

Called in search of a new pediatrician for my son and was interrupted and basically hung up on when I mentioned the word new patient. With the great reviews you would think a secretary could at least show some respect and give you the time of day.

We have also had the same experience with Dr. Flanagan. How often do you see a doctor follow up after your kids are sick to make sure they are doing ok. That is top notch and 5 stars indeed.

My son has been going to East Greenwich Pediatrics since he was born seeing Dr Pogacar. now 9 he has seen all the physicians due to who was on call, they are open on weekends for sick visits for a 4 hour time frame. The ease of the office and information is amazing. The staff is warming,polite and welcoming. I cant say anything bad about them. I will miss the day when my son turns a adult and can no longer be seen!. Thank you EG Pediatrics for all you have done on this journey with my son!

Dr. Flanagan is the best! She came to the hospital every morning after giving birth to give my daughter an exam. Dr. Flanagan is extremely thorough and great with my daughter! Highly recommended!

Dr. Claire Flanagan is the best! She is a very caring , involved and always calls home to check on her patients after they been very sick to see how they are doing. Highly recommend!!
