I had an appointment with a different dermatology office in Providence, RI. A week before the appointment, they called and canceled on me. I had been waiting weeks for the appointment and was stressed I wouldn’t find anywhere else to see me.I found Dr. Collins on my insurance provider’s page and when I called for an appointment was excited to hear they had openings within 2 days! The staff was really friendly and the office’s COVID precautions put me at ease from the start. Dr. Collins was professional, prompt, and brought a sense of humor to the appointment that I appreciated. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained my treatment options in detail.

I have been to Dr. Pedvis office four times, and every time I have been treated with respect by the entire office staff. They are all friendly and helpful, and Ive never had to wait past my appointment time. Once in the examining room, the wait is always 5 minutes or less. I have recommended Dr. Pedvis more than once, and will continue to do so.

Staff was rude and unprofessional, they do not seem to care about anyones time or experience while at their office.
