Dr Caroline Chang is the best in the business! She is amazing. She got me right in when I had a skin concern. Her new office is just right mix between a spa and an office. Not only is Dr. Chang friendly, she is also very knowledgeable in dermatology and cosmetics and explains things so well that it puts me at ease.

Dr Chang is lacking in manners and has a horrible bedside manner. She walked into the room like she was in a hurry to finish before even saying hello. She left a nasty, sloppy-looking scar where she had removed a skin cancer. She rushed through the procedure, got mad at me when I told her I could feel pain as she was cutting, told me to hold still even when I was yelping in pain. She insisted Id had enough numbing meds when clearly I had not. She was rude both to me and to her assistant. A very scary, very unpleasant experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.
