This was a nice clinic until recently. Ive been treated unfairly by several staff members. Majority has been the front end staff. I will be making a complaint with the corporate office. I am no longer a patient at this location.I never thought Dr. Weekly would treat me that way but I now see people only work to get a check. Thank you for showing me your true colors.

Sitting here nowwww my apt was at 12:20 it’s 12:30 no one said nothing to me like well wait patiently someone’s coming nothing and my baby sick ...,, stilllll waiting it’s 1:20

I’ve been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now. Nobody ever answers or calls back after leaving several voicemails. This place wasn’t like this before. Definitely switching my kids to a different pediatrician. Ridiculous!!!

I would give a half star. When I first went to this place, everyone in the front was friendly but once you walked into the back..... You saw the ghetto mess. I meet with two black doctors and neither one was nice. Both was with attitudes and liked talking about people. They stood outside my door for 10 minutes talking about a pregnant patient and my door wasnt closed. I didnt know if they paid attention that the door wasnt closed or maybe they just didnt care.

My daughter has always received excellent care, expertise and referrals when she has needed further care outside of HealthLinc. Very happy with the doctors, Nurse Practitioner and staff shes worked with, especially her current doctor, Pediatrician Dr. Toren. Great customer service. We come from far away and will continue to do so.

This place has Staff Members at the Front Desk who hear the phone ringing. They simply pick up the receiver and hang it back up. They will tell you that they accept your insurance but turn around and bill you and the Insurance company. When you receive the bill in the mail it is itemized with abbreviations you dont even know what its for.

Terrible service!! What i don’t understand is that the clinic has a children area and they’re not allowed to talk at all. If toddlers are walking around, the black security guard follows them and tells them to sit down and not touch anything. Might as well put up a sign outside the clinic saying “no kids allowed” There’s also a sign saying to lower down the ringers of our cellphone, but it doesn’t say “do not answer phone calls inside clinic.” I answered a quick phone call and the security guard told me to shut off my phone. What the hell are we going to do? Steal someone’s medical information?

Took my son there with Dr. Toren. He made me feel like my son was his only patient. He sat down and took time to answer all questions I had and really explain things to me. Never felt like he was trying to rush out the door to the next patient.

Dr. Williams ob/gyn is an arrogant angry black woman...do not go to her unless your ready to be talked down to, as if you were her toddler. ALWAYS in a hurry, and neglects to provide a comfortable environment for a thriving doctor/patient relation.

Poor patient service. Long wait even when on time. Doctors dont get back to you with results to tell you if you have pnemonia or bronchitis even when they see that you are severly sick with cough and wheezing.

They are entirely to slow my appointment was at 3pm I was still in the waiting room at 4:40pm waiting.... its ridiculous... on/gyn Dr Williams seem like she dont care just try in rush you out the room ... definitely look at other medical centers before choosing this one...
