Very caring and professional staff. Doctors werthaim is also caring and tells you what he needs me to do to keep me healthy in ways I can understand. He took his time and answered all my guestions so I can understand. Hes definitely my new doctor.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Doctors Care Center, starting from walking in the door to leaving after being seen by Dr. Werthaim.. The staff there is polite and treats you like the human being you are not like an number. I feel as though they know me by sight after only a few visits there, not like my previous physicians office. This office has gone out of its way to make an appointment for me for a consult I needed as soon as possible. I can only say good things about Doctors Care Center and would recommend anyone who needed medical care, other then life or death emergency, get their care here. They treat you well. I have never waited a ridiculous amount of time. I go to many doctors, and some I have waited as long as two hours past my appointment time. This has not happened to me at Doctors Care Center. They treat you well. Most importantly is Dr. Werthaim himself. He listens to you, talks to you in words you can understand and plans what to do. He is so polite and kind at all times. I asked him to be my primary doctor that is how much respect and confidence I had in him after just a few visits to Doctors Care Center for minor issues. I am glad he agreed. This is one doctors office I dont mind going to because I know my questions will be answers in a timely manner.

Dr. Werthaim and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner.  He has been my primary care physician for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue.If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic,  treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, then Dr. Werthaim is someone you should consider visiting.

Cant beat the walk-in 7 days a week. The fact is that Dr. Werthaim, who happens to be my primary doctor, cares about my health and concerns.

In a word horrible - drove 10 miles to get there and got there at 1233PM. There hours are 9AM-1PM on Sautruday. When I got there the doors were locked - I called and was told that they take their last patient at 1230PM. I told them that was ridiculous since it says they are open to 1PM and also it was 3 minutes past 1230. The receptionist was nasty and uncaring. Needless to say I was infuriated and when I called back to complain more I was told by another receptionist who was very apologetic and said she doesnt understand why they run things like this. Sounds like there are other issues - let me give my review in one word NO!!!!!
