My parents and I attended Sunrise East Brunswick for one of their seasonal events — Octoberfest — visiting my Great Aunt! The staff did a terrific job with the theme, the music, the ambiance, the food, and the decor, making it such an enjoyable experience for residents and guests. The highlight of the experience was definitely the amazing staff. Their customer service was above and beyond. The people that work here are personable, enthusiastic, and compassionate, not to mention extremely energetic! We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

The care my dad is getting in Reminiscence is exceptional. The staff are very kind and helpful to the residents. Everything is super clean.

It is okay. I was told that I, sister + medical power of attorney, would receive monthly updates on my sister. A friend whose aunt is in an assisted living in West Virginia was called every month for 9 yrs now. She said I should be updated every month. However it didnt happen. I went twice in person + was told @ November meeting that this is the practice. The only time I get called is if my sister falls or needs a level of care change. no monthly updates...

When we first visited with my Mom we were told they have never kicked anyone out for not being able to continue to pay the over $8,000/month fee for living there. My Mom has paid them hundreds of thousands of dollars in the last 2.5 years and now that she doesnt have the money to continue to pay that they want to ship her off to another facility of their choosing without telling us where until the last minute.Shes 92 and it will be devastating for her to have to move.They said they are at their quota for Medicare and will not have a bed for her. Dont send your loved ones there!!!!!!

Spend down your love ones savings, wont promise you a medicad room, if none available, will ship your loved one to God knows where. Save yourself some grief and worry , look elsewhere
