This is one of the best chiropractic and wellness practices that I have ever been to. Dr Spano is very friendly and welcoming every time you come into the office and their staff is just wonderful and accommodating. My body is feeling better than it has in a long time! I am so happy to have been referred to core spine and wellness center!

Drs were very knowledgeable. Staff is very nice and efficient. Sometimes they do over book and the wait gets a little long. Expect to be there for an hour to hour and half depending on your therapy. They helped me get over an injury faster than I would have on my own. Recommend this office to friends and family.

Love this place, its a chiropractic office but they also do physical therapy, so every time I go in they do a bunch of different stuff on me, different machines, techniques, etc. Every time I walk out feeling like a new man. And they helped diagnose a serious spinal issue Ive had my whole life without realizing it, so now I know exactly what I need to do to alleviate my back problems. Wish Id started going here years ago!

I have went to chiropractors for years and never had the results that I get from here, I came here and everyone of their staff is incredibly helpful and so nice. They have helped my back get back to normal and Steve who works on my ankle that I have problems with has truly done wonders, he is such a sweetie always always makes sure he is available for me when I come in. I highly recommend this wellness center to anyone. You will not be disappointed!!!

When first came to East Brunswick NJ Spine and Wellness Sport Medicine felt like I was with family. Everybody there is very friendly and knows you by name. When I started physical therapy, Chris Thomas and Eric were my personal trainers. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always with smile. After a lot of exercises and their fantastic supervision I started to fell much better, significantly less pain. During my physical therapy, if Chris or Eric were busy, other trainers always come to help or assist me. I cannot recommends enough NJ Spine and Wellness Sport Medicine, especially Chris and Eric. I have been to many chiro practices but this is the first one that has truly helped me! I’ve had years of back pain but every time I get adjusted I am brand new! They also fixed my knee issues. All the staff is super friendly and helpful! The equipment is new and updated also. Dr. Spano is great and makes sure you feel comfortable. 100 percent recommend!

I maintain a grueling schedule with the Department of Defense. My neck pain is controlled with periodic adjustments (once every 3-4 weeks). This keeps me comfortable with my work and exercise schedule. Dr. Zappola is the best !

Very professional doctors. You will get best treatment ever. Ive been other places where you are out in 20 minute but here I spent more than hour and I got very professional treatment- Dr. Spano listens and takes very seriously to your problems. I was pain free in 2 weeks: hip, back and neck pain. Hours are very flexible, I have very busy schedule so my visits were 6:30 in the morning. I would definitely recommend to anyone.Will visit again.

Today was my first visit to this wonderful clinic. I met Dr Frank Spano for evaluation and initial treatment, I loved it. I feel really good after first visit having go through therapy and first adjustment. I will recommended everyone to go through the evaluation at this clinic by Dr Frank even if you have minor pain or any body aches.

Happy peoples place, that what I would call, half the battle is won seeing amazing Doctors and the staff members. I was in excruciating pain when I went there. With Dr. Ps (adjustments) and Lisa (masseuse) expertise I am nearly cured.Lisa has gifted hands and amazing personality. I have never had this good of massage before. She puts her heart and soul in her work. She is very knowledgeable and massages with proper techniques.

Everyone has a great personality. They listen and help you I had bad headaches they set me up with acupuncture. My back and neck were bad from car accidents they set me up with physical therapy and adjustments I FEEL GREAT

I found this amazing group when my son suffered from Torticollis from birth. He has been checked since he was 2 months old and now being 13 months old I will continue to bring him to be checked, adjusted and helped with his sinuses from teething. Along with spinal care if anyone has ever been thinking about acupuncture I highly recommend Courtney!! Knowledgeable, friendly and so so so amazing all around. Don’t fear the “needles”!!! Within my first three visits I felt so much better, and unfortunately I waited until it was so bad to get help. He and everyone who works there is so welcoming and friendly. I had the most painful pain in my knee I design and build aquariums and I’m always on my knee and this pain has been going on for a long time Frank is one of my customers a great guy when I told him what’s going on with my knee and I couldn’t move and I’ve been in pain for the last few weeks and this is been going on for many years since I was in high school but as I’ve been getting older he has been getting worse today when I was taking care of his tank I told him what was going on he told me to come down to his office and that he could help me out with the treatment he took care of me with a shock therapy and the heating pad not only did it relieve the pain it was able to help me walk and drive let me tell you this procedure that he did today did something that I never thought would be possible again!! I highly recommend CS&W to anyone working through an injury. I spent about 5 weeks with their team initially recovering from a lower back injury and subsequently improving my posture, flexibility, and body mechanics. This is my 20th year of martial arts study, and my current tai chi teacher told me that this is the best she has seen me, that I look better than before the injury. My girlfriend says I look taller ;) The time and effort were well worth it.The facility is clean. The staff is both professional and enjoyable to work with; they have a great comradery and are happy at their job. I hope I dont get injured again, but if I do, I will call them first.

I’m never the one to write reviews but Dr Spano and Dr P are both excellent and have worked with me through all my trouble some problems. Receptionists are very lovely as well. Welcoming and warm feelings from everyone.

Simply put, I have suffered with back pain for over forty years. I have tried all methods of treatment to get relief. Nothing doing. Nada, Year after year,.....In retirement. I was recommended to Dr. Spanos group, I took an injection and followed up with Mr Stockely Yip one of the group. It has been approximately one month since then, and I have been and remain pain free with the ability to bend squat jump, and do all the things that caused me all that pain before. Mr Stockley Yin has gold in his hands. He seems to know how to keep me pain free.Thank God for him I am normal again.
