Ashby Park Orthodontics has been amazing. The staff is awesome, the assistants are great and Dr. Melissa is fantastic. They know my son well and we have been very pleased with how his smile is turning out. Phase one turned out exactly how it was planned and we are looking forward to working with them for phase two when the time comes.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has truly gone down hill since my son got to the end of his treatment. Things were great in the beginning but now it seems like since theyve been paid in full they dont really care about him as a patient. I called several times and emailed needing to speak with someone regarding scheduling and my sons treatment plan going forward and I have yet to be contacted. They have the rudest girl ever answering the phones, its hard to even call because I dont want to argue with someone when just trying to get information. She told me shed reach out to my sons dentist to get x-rays sent over and would call me back but it never happened even after months of waiting. I really dont understand how people conduct business this way because the last time I checked its unethical to stop treatment on a patient without notice and cause. I wouldnt recommend anyone here after being just discarded after spending good money here.

My Granddaughter is sporting braces and I am sporting invisalign. The folks at Ashley Park have been amazing. Great experience!

Ashby is a one of a kind! So kid friendly even for teens. This office is set up and comforting to kids of all ages! I highly recommend this pediatric dentist! They make sure the parents are comfortable with their services before they are performed which I love. They go over costs as well and work on your schedule. If you need a dentist Ashby Pediactric dentistry is the place to go!!
