I took my son for his first dentist visit at 3 1/2 years old. The staff was wonderful! They made it easy for him and me. No tears, no screaming, no holding him down. Dr Dannelly and his staff have provided EXCELLENT care for my husband and myself since we moved to the area 11 years ago. In fact, my husband was his patient with a tooth that required attention. While he was being treated I cracked a tooth while shopping and waiting for him. When I picked him up, I explained my dilemma. We went back inside, and the receptionist made an appointment to take care of me the following week. Being new to the area, I never expected that level of attention and care. Everyone on staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. The waiting room is not stark, instead it is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and it is also beautifully decorated during any holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dannelly, Dr. Barker, and we absolutely love Janet too, our dental hygienist.

My husband & I have been patients of Dr Dannelly & his staff for over 15 years. All are friendly but also know their work. This week I had to have a crown put on a molar. Surprise! No temporary cap needed. Dr Dannelly did all the work including making the permanent crown & fitting it in one appointment. Got to eat dinner with no worries. Their office is across street from Kelly’s Pharmacy which is also best in town. 😍

We have been going to Dr Dannelly and the Hi-Tech crew for years. Our sons are now grown and off on their own living out west, but my wife and I continue to have all of our check ups and any work done here. We live spring, summer, fall in Colorado and January-April in Miami. We schedule our travels so we are near Easley for our 6 month check ups. I also come back for any work that needs to be done besides the regular check ups. These folks are professional, their equipment is the latest and top of the line, and they are as nice as can be. As long as they are open, we will travel to see them.

Dr Barker has been very professional and observant during every appointment. During my last visit she allowed my 7 year old aspiring dentist to observe her and share many educational tips to support her. Not many dentist would take the time to support youth in their endeavors. Additionally the staff at this office is amazing. The ladies at the desk always remember your name and greet you with a smile. Might I add that the atmosphere is extremely up to date and on a 1st class level. The prices are affordable as well and the treatment is quality. Look forward to continued business!

I relocated to Easley, SC from Tennessee and was in search of a dental office. After a disappointing encounter with a other local dentist, a friend of mine referred me to the dentist they used, Hi-Tech Family Dentistry. What a wonderful friend I have. I have never been disappointed with this office. The staff is extremely professional a d friendly. The technology used within this practice amazes me. I had to have a crown,.following a root canal. The crown was constructed on site. I have been extremely impressed with the level of service I have received here. If your disappointed with your current dental office, you should stop in and check them out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Ive been a patient at Hi-Tech Dentistry for over 25 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just this past week, I cancelled my appt due to a surgery. I felt much better than expected, so I called the office. Although my original appt was filled, an opening became available for the next day. Niceness has nothing to do with results. Most reviews rate how nice everyone in the office is and ignore results. Niceness has a way of distracting results.I needed a dentist and started reading reviews about who to choose. 90% of them had nothing to do with the reason one goes to the dentist. However,. Dr Barker had result based reviews, all good so I saw her about a broken tooth. Prior to going in I learned that the most common thing most dentist suggest no matter the extent of the damaged tooth is, will always be you need a crown. And why is that because its easiest for the dentist to do (not the patient) and more importantly it pays the most (incentive!). So the nice Dr. Barker reported about 3 options and highly suggested a crown, as expected. I reluctantly agreed and said I will call back for further appt.This is where the low rating is justified..........I started to learn about the policy of this office, bait and switch. I spent 2 hours searching for the highest rated dentist filtering thru the nonsense niceness reviews and got switched to another dentist. Knowing that there was 2 better rated dentists in the area than Dr. Dannelly, I still was reluctant to schedule an appt, but tried. The nice receptionist told me that the soonest appt was 2 weeks out. This info was actually better than expected. I called back a couple days later trying to make an appt in the afternoon 2-3 weeks in advance. 3 attempts were made trying to coordinate an appt that allowed me to escape my work schedule and decided another office and dentist was nicer and more interested in how BUSINESS is conducted. I hung up and got an afternoon appt with a higher rated dentist with the same niceness and more interested in customer service than the very nice receptionist representing the nice office that can careless about results, bait and switch, knowing there are more CREATIVE ways to fix a tooth than stop talking, you need a crown (because I like working less for the maximum amount of reimbursement).As it turned out there other higher rated dentist took a quick look at the tooth visibly and x-ray/ picture and stated, it doesnt make sense to destroy more than 1/2 the tooth, to leave only 1/4 of it to put in a crown when more than 3/4 of the tooth still remains and can be worked with. I love creativity.Thank you Hi-Tech dentistry staff for being nice enough to not care.
