I would 100% recommend this office, and in particular Dr. Parsons. He made me feel so at ease, and helped me with what I needed quickly and professionally, without making me feel rushed. I will definitely be a return patient. The staff is also wonderful! Thank you Dr. Parsons!

Just had a hysterectomy they were wonderful. I would recommend them to all friends and family. I have been home for one night and I am already off of my pain pills and staying comfortable. The doctor called me at home just to check up on me. Great people and very caring environment.

Ive been seen before for a regular exam and birth control procedure. Both went great no complaints at all! However I havent been back in a year and received a letter in the mail stating my last pap smear was abnormal. Didnt ever receive any voice-mails or emails about it just a letter exactly one year later that I should make an appointment. I call and listen to their automated voice mail which stated we do make some exceptions to the mask rule okay cool so I talk to the receptionist and explain to her I have a pre existing medical condition and have been advised by my doctor not to wear masks since it triggers my migraines. The receptionist was very nice told me that the abnormal pap smear was common and she would have a nurse call me about the mask situation. The nurse calls me and tells me unfortunately we do need you to wear a mask to be seen. The doctor said you can take 800 mg ibuprofen before you come in to prevent a headache. To which I had to explain that I have gotten clinical migraines since 5th grade and no over the counter medication works for them. She then proceeded to ask if I was on medication for them which I am not anymore because I would much rather manage my triggers than be on harsh chemical pills the rest of my life. Which by the way I still got migraines while on prescription medication so I know they really dont do much. Anyways I just wanted to write this review in hopes they change their automated voice-mail. You shouldnt say you make exceptions when a medical condition isnt reason or exception enough. Id just like to know who youre making exceptions for if not for Americans with disabilities. Because of this mask propaganda I cant do normal activities because Im looked at as the antichrist. Also how messed up that I had an abnormal pap smear a year ago I was never informed about and they wont make an exception for me to be seen if it could be a serious life threatening condition. If everybody else is wearing a mask why do I have to? Arent the masks suppose to protect you?? Requiring everyone to wear a mask just means they really dont prevent anything. If they worked then there should be no problem with people not wearing masks because in theory other people who do wear them are supposedly protected. But no its much more than that its about being in control of the masses and allowing every day citizens to be constantly harassed for not doing whatever all the other fear driven people are doing. End rant and God Bless those who still believe in God as the ultimate punisher and protector.

Hello!I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I would love to leave one. I had a surgery recently performed by Dr Parsons. He has been my doctor for last few years. This would be second surgery he performed on me. I will be honest with you. Few years ago when I was scheduling an appointment I was very hesitant about male doctor at OGA. But let me tell you, he is a rare combination of very highly skilled professional and someone who is so compassionate. I haven’t found any other doctor like him. I highly recommend Dr Lee Parsons to anyone. He definitely changed my life. I feel like a new person. My recovery time was twice less than I was instructed and I believe it’s due to quality of the work was done by my doctor.Thank you,Diana

I have been going here for years, Eve is amazing and always so helpful when I call to ask a question, request or make an appointment! she is knowledgeable and very polite and makes me feel at ease!. I also love Dr Parsons, he has always made me feel comfortable and I am so happy I have him my doctor!

The entire staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed... dr parsons was extremely nice non judgemental and took time to explain everything to me as well as my options... I will never go anywhere else. Thanks oga eagle you guys are the best!!!

Im so sad to leave this review. Ive been with this place for almost 9 years and never had an issue. I just recently had to have a biopsy and after paying almost 300 up front and being explained thats all I would owe I just got a seperate bill due right after Christmas for almost 300 again that was not explained to me in any way. Not only was this a scary thing to go through but to not be explained what you will be charged or even could be charged makes me not trust this place in anyway. I even asked several times if thats all I would owe. I highly recommend finding a facility that will explain your charges.

I am very disappointed. I love Dr. Parsons and when I miscarried and was scared the nurse/pa provided inacurrate information and pointed it out to the staff member who helped me, then their phone systems wouldnt work and I was very upset due to my circumstances. Rather thanAssisting me through a difficult time I received a letter stating they are refusing my care. I then called the office and requested to speak directly with Dr.Parsons, but he was not in and the receptionist advised she would have the office manager call me... Well they never called and this was way back in October 2018... So 2 months have gone by with no word from them... I am just disappointed that they werent as understanding and helpful during a very difficult time...
