The customer service here is outstanding - and your satisfaction is most important to the team at Eagle Day spa. I received nail services for tips, and gel. However within a couple of days nails were not holding up The team made it possible for me to get in for a quick repair, but within another couple of days more nails popping off. Now, this is not because of the service or technique of application, some peoples nails take product differently in regards to HOLDING the product. The team at Eagle Day Spa have worked with me through this to ensure we find the right product and fit for my lifestyle, and needs. Appreciate you Eagle Day Spa!

What an awesome experience! I booked an appointment to take my mother and daughter for manicures/pedicures. Amy was so friendly on the phone and I knew right away I had found a special place. When we arrived, we were treated to three of the most amazing, fun nail technicians ever! Kristin, Hailey, and Ruby are the best. Not only did we enjoy fun conversations, but our nails are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Eagle Day Spa!!

I had the best experience at Eagle Day Spa! Hailey did my manicure and pedicure and she did an amazing job! She was sweet, professional, and personable. My nails have never looked better! I would highly recommend her for all nail services!

When I initially walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming & the place smelled soo nice. The environment was so relaxing and my masseuse, Angel was so sweet and professional. Being my first time getting a massage she made me feel so comfortable and asked me throughout my hour of bliss how I was doing...I definitely left feeling very relaxed and happy. I highly recommend this place.

A friend and I went to get a cloud 9 package that they offer. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is the girl doing my nails was slow breathing hard the whole time, shaking a lot. She put too thick of a layer on. Theres bubbles and scuffs on both my thumbs. On both my feet and hands the polish didnt get all the way too the edge of the side of my nails. She did nothing with my cuticles, barely filed. When she did she used a very coarse file so my nails were all jagged. Some spots you could see through the polish. The nail room was tiny. The techs were struggling to get to the things they needed. I have had my nails done a lot. I know when someone is skilled. They did offer to have me come back and they would redo them for free. I thought that was a nice offering but, i said no because I already spent so much time getting them done in the first place. My time is precious! She should have gotten it right the first time. I had to go buy some glitter polish to put over it, so it at least looked presentable. With that being said. The lady doing my massage was amazing! She had short brown hair and glasses. She did an amazing job on my neck and shoulders. Really did great! The facial was great! The foot soak was fun. Spending $300 you would think my nails would look better. This is an honest review of my personal experience, its not to say that someone else would go there get their nails done and have a great experience. would go back just not to get my nails done.

A friend of mine referred me to Christina at Eagle Day Spa For a gel mani. She did not disappoint!!! My nails came out soo cute, and she was super friendly. I cant wait to come back!

Natalie is everything I need from a massage therapist. Shes got a soft presence but healing and intuitive strength. She is courteous and professional and invested in her clients wellness and comfort. Her knowledge base and expertise is apparent in all she does during her sessions. I go to her for true therapeutic/deep tissue massage and the effects are incredibly impactful on my physical and mental health.The spa itself is also wonderful, very welcoming and serene and the entire staff is clearly doing everything in their power to keep themselves and their clients healthy.

Diane does wonderful facials. I have been going to her for a couple of years. I highly recommend her.

I took my daughter here for her college graduation mother daughter time. We both got an eyebrow wax. My wax went very quick because my brows are thinni g but when I got home I had several stray hairs that I had to pluck myself. I was never offered a mirror to look at them when she was finished. My daughter had a mani and she had to have a nail fixed twice before we left the parking lot. We both had gel pedis. My gel is terrible, it is uneven and not to the edge of my toe. Its only been 4 days and its starting to wear off on the tips of my big toe. My gel mani is terrible. She did not get the edge of my nails and the polish is not even, its lighter and darker in certain places she was shaking very badly. She did not do anything about my cuticles. We also were crammed into a little tiny room that was so small the staff couldnt even get to their own items. Ypu could hear everyones conversations and it was not relaxing even though it is supposed to be. For the price that I paid I am sad and upset that this is the result. The ladies were very nice but when you pay almost $300 you expect things to turn out nicely with no complaints.

Love this day spa. Beautiful. Clean and relaxing. The staff are amazing. I went to get my nails done. Kristin did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her for nails. I also bought some gorgeous jewelry there. I have to commend them on their safety protocol for screening for Covid. My temperature was taken before entering and hand sanitizer was offered.

I have been going to Eagle Day Spa for a few years now and absolutely love the services as well as the customer service. Jeannie has been doing my eyelash extensions for over a year. Before Jeannie I had been to several people for extensions and was not happy with any of them. Then, thank the Lord, I found Jeannie. She is, without exception, the most professional and meticulous esthetician I have EVER had the opportunity to do my lashes. Her work is on point and absolutely flawless. If you are looking for lash extensions, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Jeannie. I can guarantee that you will be amazed when she’s finished. Perfection!!!

Went in for eyelash extensions with Jeannie. Paid $138 including tip. The extensions were sparse to say the least. She said I didnt have enough of my own lashes to attach the extensions to but still continued to add the lash extensions and charge me the full price. They look like less lashes than what I can achieve with mascara. Not at all happy with my outcome.Update... The owner, Sarah, called about my negative review and was really concerned that I was unhappy with the service I received. We came to an agreement that was good for the both of us. I am very pleased that they are doing their best to make their customers happy. I have changed my rating because of that fact.

Worst experience ever asked for a full body scrub got a partial body scrub with limited effort asked for a set of nails didnt ask for monster nails but thats what I got didnt even have time for my foot scrub and leg massage because the monster nails took 2 hours to look like s*** and not even be complete

My new favorite place to unwind! Great massage and fun eyelashes. Next week Im getting a facial!

Cozy, quiet spa. I love getting my nails done by Kristin Baker at Eagle Day Spa. My nails look beautiful every time, Kristin does an amazing job and is such a wonderful person. My husband and I have also enjoyed massages at Eagle Day Spa.

I love Eagle Day Spa. Natalie is the BEST massage therapist I have ever found. She also does energy work which Im looking forward to. She is very intuitive and knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Looking forward to my next session with Natalie and trying some other services also. Love this place!!!

This place is fantastic and was so accommodating to me and my family. I had initially planned on an appointment with two children and three hours before the appointment I found out I had four children and I called them to ask if they could accommodate them and they did. In addition, when we got there, I told them one child had bowed out and they were so classy and took it all in stride. I will definitely come back, their customer service was amazing.

Ive had almost every service available at Eagle Day Spa, and my experience is always OUTSTANDING! I continue to receive the best massages (Jay), bi-weekly eyelash extensions (that friends and family continually compliment me on) by Desiree, and complete skin care services by Diane. I have never had anything but a blissful experience...and Im always receiving special deals and discounts. I drive over 30 minutes each way to get to Eagle Day Spa, but its worth the extra time for me because they are the best!

Three of us went in to do the foot detox. It was very relaxing. We are already talking about going back. Had the best service from making the appointment to the foot detox itself. Thank you 😊

Diane was amazing! I had my first ever dermaplaning facial with her and she was very informative and thorough. Highly recommend her!

Aaron is one of my favorite massage therapists, he also does maternity massages and is incredible. He focuses a lot on the neck and really helps with the stretching of the body. My husband and I do cross fit--and hes been a life saver for both of our sore bodies!

We really enjoyed our experience at Eagle Day Spa. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The workers were very friendly and welcoming and did a wonderful job. All the girls enjoyed their experience! Very nice massaging pedicure chairs too!

After a crazy hectic day, scrambling to make my appointment, I was sure that it wasnt going to go well... not because of Eagle Day Spa... but because of me! I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a beautiful facility and be greeted by a smiling face who helped take my mind off of the traffic on State Street and get me to take a breath before my massage appointment with Tessica.Tessica took the time to explain the difference between the massage options, which I appreciated, and then let me get settled into the space before beginning. She did a nice job, and sadly, my 60 minute massage flew by and it was time to go... however I was no longer in a rush and was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my day.Its been far too long since Ive visited Eagle Day Spa and Ill have to make it a point to make sure I dont wait that long before Im back. Great job Sarah on the redesign and great team!! :)
