Before you have your first appointment, ask about pricing and make sure it’s what you can afford.I’d heard great things about PDC, so made appointments for my daughter and me. I was unpleasantly surprised by the initial evaluation cost of $378 for the two of us. We went back a week later and was presented with a care plan that was far beyond what our family could afford. One of this office’s requirements to be a patient is to have a re-scan ($150) every three months, in addition to payment for regular adjustments.Disappointing, as I’d liked my first impression of Dr. Christie.Again, lesson learned: ask costs before doing anything.

Highly recommend this chiropractic practice for the entire family. They are NOT your run of the mill chiropractic practice. They have thorough exams and adjustments. The doctors are exceptional with children and the entire family. You will not regret seeing them!

I started visiting Purpose Driven about 8 months ago, and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I have made. The staff and doctors there are absolutely incredible and without them, I wouldnt be where Im at currently with my wellness. I was experiencing a lot of different issues ranging from stress, anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, including terrible acid reflux. I had received scans letting me know where my current state of wellness was, and it was definitely where I didnt want to be. All I can say is WOW!!! I decided to come to Purpose Driven Chiropractic after my right arm was continuously going numb after playing softball. I was very nervous at the idea of going to a chiropractor. I had the idea that all they did was pop your bones. That scared me half to death. After meeting the staff, Dr. J and his wife Dr. C I instantly felt at ease. They explained in depth what was causing my arm to go numb and took the time to come up with a plan moving forward to keep this problem from coming back and even to help a few others I didnt know I had. I cannot imagine what our lives would be like had we not discovered Purpose Driven! We started with one of our twins who had been born with a twisted pelvis and femur. We were told that in order for her to be able to walk she’d need to have her pelvis and femur bone broken and set into place. Dr Christie Hafer was able to gently set it into place, without surgery! She is now just as active as her siblings! We then took her twin sister in because everything she ate she broke out in a rash (I’m talking apples, rice, pears etc). We thought how could she be allergic to so much? Dr Christie has been working on her now for about two weeks, and she’s up to eating apples and rice now with no rash!! I came to Purpose Driven Chiropractic as my daughter was experiencing digestive issues. She had seen a GI Specialist of Physical Therapist with little results. In fact, the GI Specialist claimed her issues were behavioral. When Dr. Christie reviewed my daughters scan each area that affects the digestive system was under stress. My intuition that something wasnt right was finally confirmed. Her digestive issues have improved dramatically, she is getting better sleep now that her body isnt in overdrive to try and compensate for the digestive issues and shes back to her happy self as shes feeling good. I have also received care from both Dr. Christie and Dr. Jeremai and I was experiencing pain in my back, sciatic and in my hands. Again, they were able to identify the issue (when other professions brushed it off) and provided care that allowed me to continue training for the half marathon distance. The ENTIRE team is so positive, they have taken the time to get to know me and my kids, and they genuinely show care. My kids love going to the chiropractor office and look forward to each visit!

Told that 1st appointment wouldnt be more than 45min and it was well over an hour WITHOUT a full adjustment! Even with my insurance I was charged over $200 .. you can imagine what my insurance was charged for a thermal scan and 1 little neck pop. I had to ask for something bc I was in pain. My new chiropractor Dr. Reed is far better and much less expensive with better hours. Dont waste your time and hard earned money..

The staff was very nice. It is very family friendly. However I left $250 down and realizing this is what people warn you about when finding chiropractors.I called because I have been dealing with headaches and at the time it was 3 weeks of headaches. A couple friends recommend this place. I called and they got me in quick so I can get relief. The next day I went to my appointment and all they did was talk to me and scan me for $189. The next day, and another $65 later, I go in for the scan results which were great except my heart variable test which showed me in a fight or flight zone. I could tell you that, I have been dealing with headaches for 3 weeks with little to no relief. He only used the tool on me in two places. Didnt really examine my back as he was going off this plan he had for me based off my scan. Even though the other two scans were great he told me he recommended 4 months of treatment coming in 3 times a week. I would have to get worse before I get better and my scan would reflect that as well. That would only cost me $627 a month! I did not find relief in the least from the one time he adjusted me with the tool. I cant wait 4 months for relief and to possibly get worse. I ended up contacting my parents chiropractor and amazing but he looked at my neck, felt my spine and was able to tell how tight my ribs/back and neck were. He adjusted me and already I am feeling a lot of relief from one appointment where Purpose Driven you couldnt even tell they did anything. Maybe that is part of keeping you there for 4 months and taking all that money, by making sure it takes time to find relief and making your scans match what they want it to before going back to the healthy scans you already had.

Purpose Driven Chiropractic has made such a positive impact on my children’s lives as well as mine. Having 2 babies that suffered with reflux and constipation was awful as a new parent. My son was so unhappy and after just a few adjustments he started to become the happiest baby. My daughter had torticollis and had some flattening on her head and they helped her so much. 6 months after having my son my back gave out and my migraines became out of control. PDC helped so much! The staff is friendly, the doctors are knowledgeable and the treatment is holistic. My daughter has been her for a year after having health issues that wouldn’t resolve. One major thing was she was on daily allergy medication year round and in the last 6 months she was able to stop taking them. Her body is now able to self regulate her histamine reactions. It’s rare now that she has to take any meds (if she does it’s typically on the highest pollen day-but then it’s knly for that day). To see my kiddos life change from not being chronically sick to allergies reduced is amazing. This wasn’t even then reason we came but we will take it as an added benefit. (Her back is doing well too!)

Purpose Driven Chiropractic provides amazing care! Im a Type-1 diabetic and was experiencing familiar symptoms as I had experienced 2 frozen shoulders in the past 8 years. I was very skeptical at first that chiropractic care would help with my shoulder that was starting to freeze, but in desperation I was willing to try anything. Then the scans and charts from the scans fed my skepticism. As I listened to what Dr. Hafer explained, it made sense and I was willing to give it a shot. After only a few weeks the symptoms from frozen shoulder onset disappeared. They continued to address the underlying issues in my neck never hesitant on explaining what they were doing, how it would help, and the overall plan for a healthier me. We started our care plan with Purpose Driven Chiropractic at the end of Nov 2018. We have been in Focus Vision Therapy for 2 yrs. Lachlan displayed significant improvements with his eyes in 2 1/2 months. Purpose driven has helped calm his body and open up new channels for his brain to process. I guess I should mention that Lachlan suffered a TBI back in April 2014. His improvement and progress with Purpose Driven has been phenomenal. He is more focused, and calm. A friend asked why we were taking healthy kids to the chiropractor? A year ago I would have asked the same question! Yes, our children appear healthy, but we were dealing with issues that we didn’t know how to handle on our own. Our 7 year old developed extreme anxiety and it was effecting our whole family. He no longer was willing to try new experiences or surroundings. I was not allowed out of his sight (not even for the bathroom or laundry) without extensive reassurance of my prompt return. He was also physically sensitive, not tolerating hair brushing or rough-housing like he used to. The best chiropractic care Ive ever received. Both my wife and I see the Hafers regularly and they are amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Christie Hafer and Dr. Stromer. They have provided care during and after my first pregnancy. I truly believe their care helped throughout my pregnancy to deal with any pain/soreness/stiffness. They made sure my body was in the best alignment possible for my delivery. I started seeing Dr. Jeremai last April or May and was immediately blown away by the results he got for me. Hes the fifth chiropractor Ive seen (over the last 12-14 years) and has by far been the best!I walked out of my first appointment feeling better. I was referred to Purpose Driven after I heard nothing but good things, and all was well until it came time for payment. I had asked them previously if they accept HRA for insurance through Anthem BlueCross BlueShield. They told me I would have to pay up front and then send in the claim afterwards. but yes I was in network. So I did. But when I called my provider I was told that they would not reimburse me but that the claim should have been sent directly to them of which any applicable coverage would be paid through my HRA. So I called PurposeDriven back to explain the situation. At first they didnt understand what an HRA was thinking I should have a card linked to an account in which to cover expenses but I dont, but was told to call my provider again and confirm. SO I did and found out further that because PurposeDriven is in-network they are required to do so. I conference called PurposeDriven with a representative on the line from Anthem and had them explain the situation. It sounded like they were annoyed with my multiple attempts to fix this more than they wanted to help. By the end of that call I was told that PurposeDriven would look into their contract with Anthem and call me back when they had further reviewed it. This was over 2 months ago. So I called and asked politely if there was any progress on the matter. Once they realized it was me and what I was calling about the tone changed and again I felt like I was bothering them by asking. I was told no progress had been made and that they would call me when they had something. So if you have an HRA, dont go to PurposeDrivenChiropractic.

I came to Dr. Jeremai Hafer desperate for help. After a couple of years of chiropractic care elsewhere, my wrist injury was still driving me crazy. In one visit, he correctly identified the real problem . . . and that was the end of my chronic pain. Since then, both Dr. Jeremai and Dr. Stromer have worked on my neck problems (the result of a car crash). They are both incredibly knowledgeable and careful, and being under their care has improved my health and quality of life.

For the past 6 months I have been dealing with severe jaw pain and grinding due to braces. Dr. Stromer has been ajusting my jaw, my pain and grinding has dramtically decreased. I would recomend Dr. Stromer to anyone suffering from braces discomfort.

The doctors are wonderful, but whoever does their billing is terrible.
