I love this place! I was referred by a friend when I first got pregnant and now I am about four months in and am happy I decided to come in. I already had some troubles with my alignment that caused me pain that probably would’ve continue to get worse as my body changed. Dr. Jeremy Payne has continued to work with me patiently and gently throughout my process. The chiropractic work is incredible and the additional work he does supports that too. He uses special tools to help loosen up fascia and muscles so that the bones have an easier time adjusting. Dr. Jeremy and Dr. Jessica are fantastic! Dr. Jeremy has made quick work of my shoulders and knee. My shoulders were too far forward and slouched down. Also, every time I went up the stairs my knee would hurt. In a few short sessions with Dr. Jeremy he has fixed both of my issues. Dr. Jessica is amazing as well. She treats my wife and mother-in-law. Evolution Chiropractic is incredible! At first I thought dr. J was very rough but my son said he was so good to give him a chance. Ive been having problems with neuropathy on my left leg from the top of the leg down to the knee. For a couple different times I couldnt walk very well after he worked on me and it hurt like the Dickens but wow am so I glad he worked on those muscles. Like I said you might feel uncomfortable at first but boy ...to have that burning pain go away.... I cant tell you what a relief it was. Besides other parts of my body that ģhneeded work. Excellent experience. Dr. Jeremy muscle tested me and found exactly what supplements my body needs that it was lacking. I’m loving my ketones and notice a huge shift in my overall health from drinking them. Dr. Jess has incredible medical intuition. By reading my energy she knew exactly where my back and chest were out of alignment from breastfeeding. It was the best adjustment I’ve ever received. You never know how long a traumatic injury will impact your life or when those injuries will manifest into other issues.A little over 4 years ago, I was on the assisted pull up machine when suddenly my right shoulder rolled out of socket. I crashed to the floor with pain. Thought that was odd. Ill throw some dirt on it and give it time...and more time...and more time. Over the years, I havent been able to lift weights, mop my floor with my right hand, lift things over my head, etc. I have been to 5 chiropractors, some being better than others. But no one could truly identify what the issue with my shoulder was. I was told to just not use it.Then I met Dr. J. Within minutes of sharing my woes, he began with some strength testing. In that session, it was identified that I have a nerve issue. My nerves werent firing off properly to tell my muscles to engage when they should. Ill also mention I had scar tissue built up over my deltoid from a traumatic injury from 14 years ago that had caused the muscle to compensate in unhealthy ways.Within a month, Dr. J was able to address my nerve issue, broke up the scar tissue on my deltoid, and restored my strength. I can honestly say that it was Dr. Jeremy Payne and his Wife, Dr. Jessica that changed my life for the better and I have maintained this, 11 years later, at my now age of 66. When they began their practice in 2009 in Carmel, Indiana, I was having horrific mood swings and chronic back pain. They tested me and found out that my body was not producing any of its own serotonin. Once they had me on a regimen of supplements within two weeks I felt like a brand new person. They also found out that my chronic back pain was from 2 herniated discs at L-4 and L-5. With their therapy recommendation and my faithfulness at seeing them for adjustments weekly, I have also stayed pain free in my back. It would take me an entire other chapter to tell you how wonderful their bedside manner is, along with their excellent technique of listening to their patients every detail and then deciding a therapy unique to each individual patient going forward.
