Horrible attitude and rude employees, I would not recommend going to this Walgreens ever. I wonder what the managers do their besides sitting around and not guiding their rude employees towards better customer service

Nikki was great! Friendly and super patient with me and my fiancé. She was very busy, but kept checking in with us while we scanned a bazillion photos to be printed. The scanners were soooo slow.

Ordered a gift for anniversary online and said deliver in four days. It was two weeks. Next time I will make sure just to buy special items from amazon or a reputable company online.

This store is a joke. I made an appointment online to take a flu shot. When I get there, the lady over there told me they ran out of flu vaccine long time ago. Excuse me? This is flu season! Get vaccine in stock! Walgreen ! And don’t display false information online

Bought Hairconfirm kit and was very please with it. It was easy to do and the results were fast. I definitelyrecommend this to everyone!

New pharmacist doesnt even care about the customers and is rude to them in front of their face. The pharmacy technicians wouldnt bother checking my insurance. I highly do not reckmmend the pharmacy.

I handed the pharmacist my insurance card for a flu shot. He said it would be 40.00. I walked out straight to walmart pharmacy, handed them same insurance card.and got my flu shot for 00.00. Guess walgreens guy needed a little pocket money that day. DO NOT recommend walgreens.

Im not from Durant.. from the city visiting family. Had to make a stop at this Walgreens for a few items.. the lady who was working at 3:30pm on 10/11/17.. seemed to be extra unhappy with her life and job and couldnt help but throw my items in my bag.. my nail polish especially. Not happy and probably wont go back.

Horrible Costumer service!!! Better to use ANY other pharmacy, even if you have to go out of your way. Read other posts.

Shopped here several times . We decided to transfer my prescriptions here . After switching to Walgreens pharmacy ,I came in to pick them up . They asked for my drivers license. Which I had left in my other car due to going through a license check . But i did have my ccw on me which is distributed by the o.s.b.i and comes delivered at the sheriffs office. It has all your information on it and your photo . The pharmacist would not accept it as an identification. So due to that I will no longer ever shop at Walgreens. I had to do without my meds because of this . So I had my pharmacy needs taken back to medical center pharmacy. Where I will stay . When I told the pharmacist that it is a o.s.bi. issue and on record at sheriffs department. He was rather snobbish about it. I will NOT shop there .the meds needed was for my heart to stay in rhythm after a quadruple bypass.

Clean store good pharmacy, sometimes slow to get stock to the floor and you might have to ask for items that the website shows in-stock but are not yet on the sales floor.

Horrible customer service and operational proceedures at the pharmacy!
