Celeste is the best!! Needed a few picture printed very last minute and she got them taken care of so fast and they looked great too! Cant say enough about her amazing assistance.Plus, when I called...someone actually answered and was able to help me! How many places can you say that about these days?

Very poor customer service. Rude individual helping me at the pharmacy. Even though I am disabled the person acted like it was taking a tremendously precious amount of time out their day to help any of us poor mortals in the lobby.

The girl working in the pharmacy was really excellent today. She was helpful and polite. I really appreciate her patients.

Pharmacy will not answer their phone. Waiting for 15 minutes every time I called all day long. Then, twice, I was disconnected.I needed to transfer a prescription and there is no way to do it.Terrible customer service, actually NO customer service.

Went to pick up my sons prescription after using cvs for YEARS and they refused to fill it because it involved codine and my son isnt over the age of 12. It was a SURGEON SENT PRESCRPTION FOR AFTER HIS SURGERY! and they refused to fill it. Never using CVS again.

The Pharmacy Staff always go above beyond to help with all the prescriptions I pick up! Always make sure I know if there is a conflict. For as busy as they usually are they always have time to be friendly, and help find discounts on expensive meds or help get them changed to something less expensive!

I dont I think the rewards I receive from buying ALL my necessary Non prescription YET VERY NECESSARY medical supplies gets the just reward of heartfelt thanks CVS earns every month. When I tell someone how much gloves, or disposable linen savers, padding, on & on .. YET EVERYMONTH. They ask well wont SS help. Sure but not with these items. Heck were adults .. So we shop where the. Best is also in price. $10.00 coup. with a 25% off and then an item has a special %off. Thats $100.00 a month.. That makes anyone smile.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever have the displeasure of being to in my life!!! Every. Single. Month. I have to call them to get my refills filled or they lose them, then they are not in line so I cant get all my meds on the same day so I end up having to make several trips because of the utter lack of any kind of order and them Broomhilda back here wants to argue without fail every time. I hate this place!

I see this store has a low rating and Idk about the other employees, but Smiti Shah spent a good 20 minutes calling and looking up discounts and discounted my prescription over 50%. I pulled up at 7:45 thinking they closed at 9 and they closed at 8, but she didnt bat an eye. Then she had it ready in under five minutes. They should give her a raise. If you fill your prescription while shes there, you will get great service from a very sweet woman.

The manager at this location is rude and dont play by the rules. I needed to use the money gram at 9 pm. That close at 10 pm. He informed me that he already closed out and for me to have a good night. Smh. Now I guess he is manager over whole money gram and close at his discretion.

If I could give it a negative I would. Left a Rx on VM for pharmacist, who called and told me to speak clearer next time. Excuse me, first you were on speaker in my office and no one could hardly understand you. That is rude.

The only reason I’ve been using this pharmacy is because my insurance wouldn’t fill my prescription anywhere else. They claim they never have my prescription in stock and keep changing it to a different generic medication. They don’t seem to know how to check their inventory and order what they’re out of. It has been a monthly battle and every month it somehow gets worse.

Terrible service. I never had a pharmacy take so long and care less.

They have the slowest people here been in drive thru for 45 mins waiting on the car it front of us the other lanes full too watch people drive off they are so slow
