Walgreens has been notified multiple time about an Employee by the name of Debra also goes by Deb is actively taking part in smoking Methamphetamine. The picture shown below is a Text message from her even stating she uses. This message was sent to another employee. This is a concern for the public for this Walgreens is directly across from a school. She deals with kids daily while sometime under the use of Methamphetamine. Walgreens still has her hired and working. The Manager has also been informed her name is Stacey. She stated it was not a concern of hers. If locals have any concerns they wish to address please speak with Stacey or Debra at Walgreens. You can also call customer support and ask to speak with HR directly and follow up.

Showed up for my appointment. They told me I was lying. Wouldn’t even look at my confirmation email. Told me I was lying and they wouldn’t help me. Don’t like being called a liar in front of 10 people because the techs can do their job.

Once upon a time, this store deserved five stars. Now it gets one star.

I hate bothering employees when they are busy (and she was really busy) so I just asked Stormy to point me in the right direction of what I needed. She actually came back a few minutes later to help me further. She got down on the floor with me and we looked and read labels so I could get exactly what I was looking for, then she personally rang my items up at a registry. She did all this with a pleasant demeanor. Service like that is incredible, and more than I would ask of anyone. 5 stars to Stormy!

Sat on hold from automated system for 5 minutes, then they picked up and put me on hold for another 5 minutes just to hang up on me. Sad. No one seems to want to work anymore.

Apparently their appointment system doesn’t work. Second time to make an appointment for a flu shot and second time I actually walked in and was told it couldn’t happen. How do you even allow appointments to be made if you do t have sufficient inventory?!? I have to take time off work to get this done - just please don’t waste anyone else’s time. Get your system figured out.

While employees were wearing masks, neither a group of three 20+, nor a street repair worker in the store wore masks. No one in the store confronted these individuals and asked them to wear a required mask. Wont be back.

This is the second time I have driven all the way into town to get there before you close at 9pm and the 2nd time the doors have been locked before 9pm. I dont appreciate this. I arrive at 8:53 and the doors were already locked. I work in customer service myself and we dont lock the doors until the exact minute of closing. Please stop doing this. Its bad customer service.

Went in to beauty department seeking to restore my natural color to my past-bleached formerly red ends. My hair is almost black, and the bleaching has really damaged my ends so I just wanted the dark color restored without bleaching. A cute tiny lady whos name I cannot remember in the beauty department (Diane?) Helped me! She was super sweet and helpful and told me how to use the dye kit without the developer proand and even showed me repair another product to repair damaged ends! I really appreciated the help and the trouble she went through to think of solutions to my particular problem!

Diane was spectacular in helping me tranfer photos from my phone to usb. Priceless!

Horrible service, the phone service is spotty at best, falsely reserved my prescription for pickup (yesterday) and it took over 10 attempts to correctly refill a prescription. Having completed this process in a matter of minutes everywhere but there in Durango, I feel that a serious overhaul of the Durango system is more than needed. (I experienced the same issue while working in Durango 1 year ago and both city center and main st locations have been most unconvincing)

I have used this pharmacy for years. Recently they have hired a new staff and they are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They act like you are bothering them, and in these hard times it would be nice to have a pharmacist to even pretend that they care. I will no longer use this location or pharmacy.

I came into this store and a girl named Alexis helped me find all my beauty supplies I needed she was really polite and respectful. She works in the Beauty supply section go to her when you guys need help she is helpful and respectful .

I will discontinue my shopping at Walgreens, along with my friends and family.Someone higher needs to read this. Someone above the Manager. My Fiance and I came into the store to get pictures printed. The store was a little busy and no one was at the photo booth area. My Fiance walked around the store to find an extra worker when she came across Stacy. She kindly asked Stacy for help at photo at witch she replied I will be there shortly. Keep in mind Stacy is the manager and at that time she was putting product on the shelves. My fiance returned to me saying stacy will be here in a second. We waited 15min. Just to go find Stacy still putting product away. We asked why she wasnt helping us and she replied she called for someone to come help us even though she knew all employees are busy except her. She also stated she didnt know how to run photo. What Manager doesnt know how to run and operate a store. She then got upset and threw what she was holding down onto her work cart and basically pouted her way to photo. She then became extremely short with us and was smashing buttons and mumbling under her breath. I told her sorry if we made her upset at which she just continued to ignore us. We asked to speak with her manager and she stated she was the manager. I asked if there was someone above her available and she stated NO. I then asked for an Email,Website or Phone number I can use to reach someone high at which she stated NO. So this is my reason for a public review. In Hopes this reaches someone higher up and for the public to see how extremely rude this women is. I have lived in Durango for over 20yrs. This lady once worked at City Market and she had the same problems there. I am extremely unhappy with her and her professional service.

The beauty consultant Alexis was so nice and helpful and even had coupon to help save me money. She helped me to find some great skin products! If you go to Walgreens find Alexis! Shes awesome!!👍👍👍👍

Wow. Talk about a terrible experience. The pharmacy here is a joke. I had never used this pharmacy before, so I didnt think twice when I asked my dermatologist to send my script here. The woman helping me was new, which is fine everyone needs to learn, but nobody was assisting her while she entered personal insurance information. She struggled to enter my info for several minutes. She entered it wrong, and then finally another woman came to do it for her. Nobody gave me my insurance card back which I didnt realize until I left the store. And they couldnt even give me a receipt because they were out of receipt paper... Which they probably carry at the store. I have never had so many issues picking up a prescription before. I WILL NOT be back

Several female clerks in the store are incredibly rude. No matter how many times I’m here the same two women are rude. I have told them both Before walking out that they are the rudest women I know. And this holds true today. I was Attempting to have some photos printed and because it seems like they were shortstaffed when I asked how soon it could be before I got them the manager answered well it is one hour photo so it will be one hour. So they are known to print them if you don’t have many and no one else is waiting. She had other things on her mind besides great customer service.Remember to never use this pharmacy if you show up right when they open & they haven’t had their coffee. The pharmacists was the only person behind the counter so he was forced to help my son who is on a lot of medication. When asked any question the pharmacist would reply with the same answer. There’s nothing ready. There’s nothing ready there’s nothing ready.... were transferring everything to Albertsons so we do t have to deal with Mr. I havent had my coffee & all of my techs are late.I must add that Jazzy is ALWAYS sweet & so helpful.

Teresa in prescriptions needs a chill pill. No need to share frustrations with customers. Other staff (Sully) is great, so I gave four stars anyway.

I was told to get out... He never wants to see me again... Im setting a bad example for my kids.. it was because I was picking up my photos... Old but they saved the others... Was missing one... Asked if they had a system and check if it was still there... A way to reorder them... He said he was the manager of the store... This the way it is here... No thank you... I have never been treated like this ever....

Messed up my insurance after three weeks of delay couldnt get my medicine. When I asked about my options, the young lady started yelling at me. Ive been told that the local pharmacies in supermarkets are much more caring and yell less.

The pharmacist was passive aggressive, demeaning only because I asked for a stopper to help me give my 4 month old baby his flu medication. It is always something with the pharmacists at this location, would not reccomend getting any medication from this place.

Very rude, I will not continue to get my prescriptions filled here. Customer service and compassion is missing at this pharmacy.

Go somewhere else, for prescriptions at least. The line is always to the end of the parking lot, nobody ever acknowledges you, and when they do they act like you are such an inconvenience for picking up the prescriptions they filled for you. Wait time is always 20 minutes plus and you can come back over and over and over again and it never seems to change. Only convenience to this place is it has a drive-thru which is why most people seem to use it but just go somewhere else.

There is a male pharmacist that works there who is extremely rude and lazy. I wish I knew his name because Im sure there is a good pharmacist there but this guy shouldnt even be employed by wallgreens. I thought wallgreens took pride in their customer service. I wish I didnt even have to give them one star because they definenlty did not earn it. One person can mess up the whole reputation of the store.

When I went In the store for hair gel this girl named alexis helped me with the best gel and helped me pick one out she was very respectful me and my girlfriend will be coming back to this store because of alexis.

I just left N main Walgreens in Durango after receiving zero customer service from the pharmacy and a very rude attitude from the elderly clerk at check-out, to boot. With my 3 year old sobbing on my shoulder, no one in the pharmacy, which was at least 4 people with only 1 person waiting ahead of me, would help me obtain the pain reliever we came for (child suppositories they don’t carry at city market) and for which my child’s doctor called ahead to make certain they had. I was there for probably 40 min looking through the meds myself with some employees telling me they actually didn’t have it at all, and the pharmacy -not giving a rip about my toddler crying in pain- telling me they had it but it was “put in the wrong place,” yet no one in pharmacy, all with blank stares, would walk out 10 feet and show me where it was so I could leave with the relief for my poor kid. Pathetic and infuriating. Never going in there again. I’ve never left a negative review about any place before in my life, but this experience deserves one!

Went into walgreens and i had this very helpful young lady help me . she was very patient with me she new what she was doing and she new what i needed. Thank you alexis !!!

Dont waste your time on this Pharmacy. They had me waiting nearly an hour for medicine that they dont have in stock.

This is the slowest Walgreens I have been to in my life. I will never complain about my hometown Walgreens again after this experience. Tooooo slooooow. Hire staff.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and the customer service is the worst I have EVER experienced. Start by trying to get someone to answer the phone (nearly impossible). If I handled my job this poorly, I would be fired. How is it that you people remain employed?

Terrible as far as the pharmacy goes. Prescription prices are very high and Ive been on hold on the phone from both locations in Durango a sum of probably 4 hours.

I was in town on vacation and my inhaler quit working. I had just had it filled back home in Missouri a few days prior. I went in and the pharmacist replaced my inhaler at no charge to me. Thank you Walgreens!
