I normally love this place. High quality products at a reasonable price. However, I went on recently and it felt like it was at LEAST 90 degrees. The chocolates I bought were melted completely. Pretty disappointed seeing as its an issue that could be fixed by lowing the A/C a few degrees....

I love this place, great bud and fantastic budtenders.

Although the strains and edibles were good. The younger gentleman was very rude, not only did he incorrectly label the strains(my husband bought the exact same kinds the day before). He proceeded to Try to embarrass me along with having a horrible attitude, multiple times in front of other customers when I asked about all the different products. I am from a long way away and when I go back to Colorado I won’t be visiting unless the older gentleman(Who helped my husband) is working.Definitely very poor customer service/experience with the younger gentleman.

People are friendly. There was no wait at all, I also went at 11am during a pandemic. Great selection! Walked there from the RV Park up the road which was about two miles there or so.

Quick and efficient staff. Been shopping here for years and will continue. Not gonna lie they made changes but now it feels like your walking into an actual business with professional staff instead of a party house with people just hanging out outside all the time. Ive been to this dispensary a few times, and every time was worse than the last. Bottom shelf schwag at top shelf prices. Unprofessional manager. Will sell you seeds and stems for top shelf price and call it a discount.

My wife and I stopped by last night and picked up 6 varieties of flower, all in one gram quantities. Weve been to all the other dispos in town and have been Dgo Dispo shoppers since Rec went legal. Really happy with our experience last night. Store employee was present with us and had same pleasant vibes as we did. Flower was as good or better than the stuff weve purchased at other more known dispos in town. Really glad we drove a few extra miles to hit up Annies! Well be back again very soon :)

The ladies Working Sandra and Becca were super helpful friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great selection of wax and shatter and I got an awesome dab set up for a fraction of the price of a smoke shop! I’ve never been more satisfied with the service will def be back for more

I bought a 510 threaded Batch cartridge from them and it would not work. I have a 510 threaded c-cell battery and a cartridge from another shop work just fine. On the receipt it says items with manufacturer defects must be returned within 5 days so I took it back within an hour and told them that it was not working at all. he argued with me for about 10 minutes that it was not a manufacturer defect and it was my battery and I needed to buy a battery from them but the battery I have was the exact same battery they were selling finally he called his manager his manager just told him to give me another one and that one worked just fine. Tasted bad but that another story. I didnt not like how I was treated he was extremely rude and kept telling me that thats the cannabis industry is when I said I Im just out the money I paid for it before calling his manager. At least the manager told him to give a new that worked just fine. For the record the 2nd cartridge that was given worked just fine on my battery and the 1st one was a manufacturer defect.

Today I went to Mountain Annie’s for the first & last time.I was seduced into purchasing the last of their supply of “glueberry OG“ with the promise & allure of a 5% discount. When I got home I discovered the jar was filled with mostly seeds and shake. There wasn’t even ONE bud present, but there were OVER 75 SEEDS. Yes, I counted them. Very disappointing.When I called Mt. Annie’s to try and resolve this issue & spoke with the manager, Becca, she insisted her only recourse was to sell me 4 joints for a dollar. I explained to her that I would much prefer a refund or replacement of the swag bud that I paid $90 for.Becca rescinded her lousy offer when I attempted to explain why I felt it insufficient. She then proceeded to hang up on me.I live down the road, but no one in my family will go to this establishment. Now I know why. & I won’t ever go back. Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other dispensary in town.

I really wish theyd be a good deal dispensary. I really think if they lowered their prices they could attract a much higher customer volume. Give people good flower with good information at a good price, would give us a reason to stop and spend our $.Also why not add medical? This is a lost opportunity in my opinion because alot of money being spent getting their license..JS Good Luck ❤️

They are overcharging!! Went to pick up 2 grams today and noticed that the option was replaced with 1.75 gs (or 1/16 of an Ounce) while the price remained the same. The price for a single g is $7 while the price for 1.75 is $13, making it $7.40 per g individually (13/1.75=7.42 per g). Obviously it’s not a lot but this was clearly done intentionally in a way to overcharge people without them noticing. The price of the product should go down per unit if you are purchasing greater numbers, no exceptions. The location and staff are both very nice, but this is a kind of scummy business practice is unacceptable.

I rang the bell and waited...waited...waited. Rang the bell again and waited. No one bothered to show up at the door. Store was open, but not one employee could be seen inside. Id be upset with my employees if I was the owner. There are plenty of other dispensaries around. Ill choose another with better customer service. Bye-bye, Annies.

Colorado local and I’ve been going to other dispensaries for years in town and have noticed the prices raise everywhere. Once i discovered Mountain Annies i was so happy with the choices, prices and amazing staff that are very knowledgeable of new and old smokers. best shop in town, best staff in town, best bud in town.

Called just to inquire what their flower prices ran, or if they had any specials running. I was told that their home office doesn’t allow them to give pricing over the phone! So I called a couple other stores, and I went to one of them... this location has seen a couple different businesses cycle through it, I’m sure this one won’t be around much longer than the others. There are far to many dispensary options around, you aren’t even trying to get customers to come in... good luck

Needs a 2nd line for those tourists that dont know what they want and take forever... and 2nd the out of towner who bought it has raised the prices and lowered the quality to a disgusting rate on both ends... i will be shopping elsewhere even if i have to drive extra.
