My original referral did not take my insurance but that turned out to be a great thing because I started with NovaCare for a chronic back issue. Brent is the best, and I think he saved me from back injections and the temporary recurring dependance on those. I have been working with Jessica Miele, the head PT at the Novacare in Dundalk for several years and she has been a real life saver for me. She is super knowledgable , excellent with clients, and very very good with dry needling. She has allowed me to play in numerour pickleball tournaments and really seems to care about her clients. NovaCare in Dundalk is a great place to get your physical therapy completed. The staff is very caring and works to get your problem fixed. I have been going for several weeks and feel better after each visit. The scheduling is easy and convenient. I wish I had visited them sooner. I would have saved months of struggling to fix my pains and strains on my own.

If you need physical therapy this is the place to go. Jessica and Carly are both awesome and push you to make the most progress you can while still being compassionate. They make an often not so great process much more enjoyable.

Jessica was an awesome therapist that listened to my story and my needs for rehabilitation of my injury. She went out of her way to get me in contact with an orthopedic to help me.

Not only do you get excellent treatment for your ailments, the staff is down to earth and fun loving which helps take the stress out of treatment. This place is amazing. I checked out a few places for my Physical Therapy and chose this one for several reasons-see below. It was also highly recommended by my friend Mary Lou and I’m glad I took her recommendation.They have an automated phone call the night before your appointment just to remind you about it. If you’re getting a ride to NovaCare, Crystal “The Transporter” will call about a 1/2 hour from pick up and will deliver you on time and take you back home (no charge) She’s great! Christina is the very efficient Office Manager with a great Florida tan. Nothing fazes her, she’s always on top of everything with ease and grace. Jess is the “Rock Star” of the clinic. She really cares about your recovery and does a great job with a great smile and a joke or two. I am so glad to have such a great place and people for my therapy. Thank you all!!

I have gone here to rehab after 2 knee replacements. The staff is fantastic. They fit you into the schedule, are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The also offer transportation if you are unable to drive. I have been able to get back to work with full functionality under their care. If I need physical again I will be going here.

Jess is absolutely amazing! She takes care of all your needs and knows how to push you to reach your goals. She is very compassionate. I was nervous about having the dry needling done but talked me through the whole process and in the end having the best results and relief from my shoulder pain! The staff at NovaCare (LifeBridge PT) Merritt Blvd. are all very professional and personable . The physical therapists are very focused on addressing all of the patien’s needs. They provide a high level of education regarding causes for the issues they are experiencing & preparing them for the future by teaching self care and proper body mechanics.The environment of the office is clean, neat and well maintained. I understand that transportation to and from appointments is also available.Ease of registration and making appointments is really appreciated and the front desk personnel make it a breeze!I highly recommend this practice. I have been to their PT offices in the past and found this practice on my own. I am so glad I did!

After tearing my ACL on February 2, 2019, I was referred to LifeBridge/NovaCare to rehabilitate. I must say, its been an up and down journey but the staff have helped me along with MUCH encouragement.I began my process at the branch on Merritt Blvd. in Dundalk, Md working with Jessica and her team of staff. Great people! I love the environment amd the fact that they really care about their clients needs and follow protocol to the T.A few weeks after surgery, I had to transfer to the branch in Bel Air due to me amd my family moving. Now working with Kim and her staff. The facility is lovely, and the staff are wonderful. 14 wks removed from surgery and I am now jogging on the treadmill! They definitely push me to stay positive and get through this. Its because of all of the people Ive worked with since my surgery that I am now lookng forward to continuing my professional basketball in my 2nd season with The Baltimore Lords of War (TripleThreatBasketballLeague)I highly recommend LifeBridge/NovaCare for health/sports rehabilitation
