I always go to the 1730 Merritt Blvd UM Urgent Care for my urgent care illnesses, when my PC is not available or can’t accommodate my needs at that time. They are so efficient, Knowledgeable in your care and Courteous. They have the some of the best staff members on their team, That’s why I give them a 5-star rating. 👍🏽

The front desk receptionist needs to be fired! She was extremely rude and nasty. I came in for my daughters pre procedure COVID screening and she YELLED out they don’t take my insurance. I said ok that’s fine ,I understand I don’t mind paying out of pocket for it since she really needs this test. The front desk again yells out no they don’t take payments here it has to go through the insurance and if they don’t cover the test that’s when they will make me pay and to go to patient first. At this point with there being other patients in the waiting room and how loud she was yelling at me I just told my kids let’s go and went somewhere else. Thank god I was able to find some place that could get her test done in time! It also says on the website people that does not have insurance they can pay via credit card or cash so they do take payments she just did not feel like working that day I guess.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would I have been calling for days trying to get my test results for a very important medical concern and no one has answered the phone!!!

Awesome people that work here! Came at closing time for emergency ekg for emergency surgery my husband has to have, they graciously allowed us in and helped us. Super nice medical staff and great facilities!

The facility was short staffed at the time of my visit but the wait was still reasonable. The staff was pleasant and the facility was decent. I received the service that I anticipated and was overall happy with the visit.

The front desk staff is very friendly and down to earth. Easy to talk to. The nurse that took care of me had no problem prescribing me the correct antibiotic to take care of my issue and had awesome bedside manner.

Easy process to book my spot online. In and out within 20 minutes of arrival. Staff were kind, professional, and pleasant. Meds were e-scribed and I was able to pick them up from the pharmacy as soon as I arrived there. Would definitely visit again, though I hope I dont have to.

Wonderful service. Efficient, courteous, and professional. In particular, Colleen is an awesome asset to this urgent care center. She welcomed me with a smile, conversed pleasantly with me and took the time to make sure that all of my issues had been addressed. I am also in the healthcare field and I was impressed with her attention to detail. Abu also gave me excellent, thoughtful care and made sure that I was comfortable with the procedure that was performed prior to starting. He was calm and caring. Last but not least, the young lady at the front desk handled everything quite efficiently and I was surprised to learn she was a fairly new hire. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better care and I highly recommend paying them a visit when urgent care is necessary.

I would like to start off that if you want professional care an respect DONT COME HERE! The most rudest receptionist that I’ve ever experienced in my life how was treated and I also found out within 10 minutes that she was the doctor too! Nurse practitioner that is, I expected better care then was received. It’s sad that it’s come down to your God an what you say is bible … I had to put 1 stars lowest I could submit!

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care facility! The staff was professional, my service was prompt. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is the best.

The front desk women were awesome!!!!!!! They had an incident with an adult male and the one lady handled it with respect and was very polite. Believe me he was nasty and RUDE. Worst experience ever! They have a really bad client service. Yesterday I came as a walk in and they told me waiting time was like 2 hours so they made me an appointment for today. I came on time to the scheduled appointment and no one was there and waited like over an hours to be help. I asked a question to the lady in the front desk about how long it would take because I had to go to pick my child to school due to the tornado emergency alert and the lady was really mad and with a horrible attitude. She told me if I go I have to make an appointment again and I told them it won’t take me 10 minutes to come back to get the results.She was so rude they took al my tests but they didn’t help me on time and then they told me they will void everything if I leave. People like that shouldn’t work on a health care place. It is unacceptable!

Walked in Friday, 4/27/21 @ 5:30 PM first thing you have appt, I say no, ok you will be a walk-in, I need your insurance card and ID. Dang! Thats gave me impression you just looking for money, why not hiw can I help you, what brings you in today. Then Amber proceeds to say, its a 2hr wait. I was puzzled, only 2 exam room doors closed, not a single person in waiting room, 2 cars in parking lot, so please explain why is their a 2hr wait?????? You can never get through on the phones, recording say extremely busy, AGAIN NOONE ONE THE PHONES, NOCROWDS. I attempted to make appointment for 2 days, the schedule skips to 2 days later. Dundalk location is the worst. I live in the area and there is barely a crowd. I have been seen there twice. Sad, cause I am an employee of UMMS, you see how some treat the sick without them knowing who you are. So I proceeded and asked for a supervisor contact information, for some odd reason Amber did not have it or locate it. She went in the back twice, still no information. This was my last time at this location bad 👎

Turned away because we didnt physically have insurance card in hand to scan. we had the information and photo of the card on the phone but was turned away because she couldnt scan the card in her machine. came back next day when card was found and turned away again because they didnt have a doctor present - during advertised business hours. why would you say you are open 8-8 if you dont have the staff present to operate your business???

Everyone there was awesome. Never have I had everyone in a medical office smiling . 😃

The facility was very clean and organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the front desk and taken to a room to complete paperwork. (I checked in online prior to arriving). Within minutes I was triaged and asked what my concerns were. Few minutes went by and the NP was knocking on the door and assessed me. I was treated with respect and not like a number coming through the door. 100% will return in needed in the future! Also telling all my friends and family about this location.

Christian was awesome and was very careful and did due diligence in assessing and treating my wound. He advised seeing my PCP or go to ER if anything g changes. I came back two days later and Leslie assessed my wound (cat bite), took a culture of wound and advised going to ER if the swelling, redness gets worse. Thanks to both practitioners for advising and treating my wound. I did end up in the ER.

Ms Sheila Walker was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable!

I went in on Monday evening for a pre op evaluation, around 6:20, I didn’t leave until almost 9 pm. Wait time is the only issue but there’s also only one physician who was extremely busy. Despite being busy, she tried her best to help and accommodate everyone. She was very friendly and took the time to do my evaluation even though I was a walk in.

Pretty efficient service once arriving for appointment.Appointment had a little drawback. But very good care once arriving, and caring professionals.Even the taking of Blood samples was great. And I despise that with a passion. Lol

Let me start off with saying the nursing staff is pretty awesome, some of the doctors can be very nice like when I hurt my foot.I went in Saturday because my child was not feeling well they took us very fast and the care was relatively good.Went back Monday because I was feeling awful and for some reason we were stuck waiting outside for at least an hour then put in a room for 2 hours where we met a very friendly nurse. But when we finally met the doctor a third hour later much care wasnt given we were given a prescription for something I could have gotten over the counter and Im at home now in pain with a large headache cursing the existence of why I wasted a day off that I couldnt afford to go to this place.Not all doctors are equal and even with covid we shouldnt have to wait outside or in our cars, there should be some kind of mitigation strategy especially since its getting hot out.

Everytime i go here im treated with respect and they make sure you are receiving the same care tou would at a hospital with what limited equipment they are allowed. I thank you all so much for helping me and its way better than express care lol.

After having a sore throat, nasal congestion and symptoms of strep throat I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t contagious! Turns out I wasn’t and it’s just postnasal drip. Connie, Rachel and Abu were fantastic! Thanks, team!

Let me acknowledge that they close at 8:00 PM and we did arrive at 7:45 PM for walk-in COVID testing. I understand its frustrating for them to have somebody come in at the end of the night but they are offering medical services. The associate that was working with my son and I in the exam room made the comment that we close at 8, I am over this! clear as can be in front of us. I understand her frustration but that is completely unprofessional. I know they wont mind losing my business but I will not be going back there and would tell anybody to avoid this location as well.

Worked very slow. sat in there for almost 2 hours while sick about to throw up just for them to take 1 test & not answer anything i asked & than hurry and got me out the door

Everyone was excellent at this facility!!! Nicole Davidson is a Rockstar!! She did everything from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. The nurse practitioner Lauren Appiah was also extremely nice and explained everything to me and also ask if there was anything else that she could help me with or answer any questions. Horrible! First and last time! When I arrived for my 4:30pm appointment I was asked for my photo ID, insurance card and credit card (no problem) then when I gave them to the receptionist she lays them on the counter face up along with about three other id’s and insurance cards belonging to other patients all in plain view and in reach for whoever is standing at the desk then proceeds to leave everything on the desk and tells me to follow her to a room.I go in the room she closes the door and I wait and wait and for about an hour no one came in to check to even see if I’m doing ok or to bother to take my vitals . I’d hate to think what would happen if I’d had a medical emergency in that room, I would have been on my own for at least a hour.After a hour I had enough, I left the room and went back to the waiting area and asked the receptionist if she had my cards after a hour she says,” I’m not done” I politely said, “ I’m just going to cancel”.I’m sure this office was busy but to put a patient in a room close the door and not even peak in to check on them for a hour is not acceptable! Why bother taking appointments if patients will still wait for over a hour without even having their vitals taken.

Visited today because I have always had better than average service from this place in the past. Although current insurance was not accepted, I decided to visit as a cash pay patient due to an emergency that I needed to receive good care. Before I relay the events that transpired, let me tell you the condition of the facility when I entered. The entire reception area was constructed with plexiglass in between the patient and the reception desk (providing a FULL shield of protection). There was one person in the waiting area that was at minimum 20 feet away from the reception desk. There were staff people (I believe 4 in total) visibly present, but no one at the reception desk All were seated much further back, at the physicians desk area. Now for what happened. As soon as I entered, multiple staff people started telling me to pull my mask over my nose. I told them due to health reasons, I could not. They insisted (loudly) that I must cover my nose. Again, I told them I could not, and that there was a protection shield between us. Not once did they ask if I was ok. Not once did they verify I didnt have a life threatening emergency. All they wanted to do was bark orders about my nose being covered (in spite of me telling them I couldnt for health reasons). They told me I would have to leave. I called back and asked for them to provide in writing that they would not give me emergency care today due to their policy that I had to wear my mask over my nose. I spoke with Rachel (who verified she was one of the staff previously barking orders for me to leave). She told me she would not provide this in writing to me, because I was not a patient. I told her I had been a patient multiple times, but she said I was not a patient today. Please note, she would not allow me to be a patient today. While I understand the importance of protection, I cannot even begin to imagine a facility established for the sole purpose of emergency care, declining care or even asking about my condition, due to a nose not being covered by a mask. I am more than disappointed!

My husband and I were coming in for the rapid covid test, I checked in on line but we ended up arriving early. 1st off my husband cant read very well so I had to do the check in for him no issues til email he doesnt have one but wouldnt let him proceed so I put mine in. Finally after 2 hours of waiting he was called and given a book to fill out all for just a rapid covid test while he was scripting his biography I was attempting to delete my on line check in and do a walk in. So after 5 minutes of the nurse checking her cell she turns to me and says is that what you want to do I responded with I thought thats what you were doing. Then she went to the computer to take me out then my husband came up and said lets go this is extremely frustrating. And the sign as you walk in tells you covid testing isnt a priority. I thought with such a serious infection it take priority. I wouldnt reccomend anyone going there to get tested. While waiting we saw several people go ahead of my husband so that just proves if they are not concerned with testing people and treating it as if its a simple flu then I guess we should also by all means Im trying to take care of myself and my family but instead walked out because unlike the nurse who has plenty of time to waste on the cell phone why should I worry if I have covid. If I could take this complaint further I would. I thought anything dealing with covid wasnt being charged to insurance well they sure took copies of my husband insurance then also told him hes never been there when we been there at least 1 for each person in the family. I dont understand why they dont have someone just handling covid patient no each dr sees whoever dont feel to safe about that either.

Very rude place to be. No one has communication. Be prepared for the older woman who sits behind the desk, to get sassy with you. She doesn’t speak but is judging you from the time you walk in the door from the time you walk out. My first time here I will not return, sad because it’s close to everything. If I was manager I would definitely reevaluate my staff. No point of working where you do not want to be or accept people. I’m just saying.

Rude doctor today was the worse experience ever wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever again im having covid symptoms even tho I tested negative the doctor refused to give me a note to stay home from work even with covid symptoms I cant taste congestion coughing all over the place and they still expect me to go to work instead of just quarantining myself until im better just so lazy and didnt want to write a note I dont appreciate the service I was provided here I never had these problems before and never again will I be returning here I told the doctor he wasnt helpful at all and he going to say if He wasnt helpful that I could just leave and I said im reporting you he gonna say ok and another girl was in the room with us shes gonna ask me what do you expect for us to do we cant just give you a doctors note if you tested negative for covid which is a lie because prior to this I received another doctors note even tho I was negative they prefer me to go to work spread jobs instead of giving me proper documentation im angry and hurt about how I was treated being a sick patient with a doctor having no care in the world

I came in to a injury to my arm , they told me not broken, it concerns them so we refer you to a specialist. I said ok what can I do about work and the pain see a specialist and do what you can at work. What?? I cant do anything at work thats why I called out yesterday I told her . Bad service and diagnosis. I dont think this woman had any idea what she was doing . She should go back to school. also told take ibuprofen and go back to work. I went there because I cant really move my hand or forearm but yet told to just go back to work. Never have I ever wasted more of my time ever . To just be told what I was doing before I went to get professional help . I mean maybe Im a doctor cuz I basically am doing what I was told to do. Not going to be seen here again.

I wish there were more stars because I would use all of them. I absolutely love the service I received here and would definitely come back. The entire staff was courteous, caring, and professional.I did not experience a long wait. I was seen immediately as I arrived for my scheduled appointment. On top of being seen very quickly its clean.My insurance was not accepted here and they explained affordable options for the visit.

The only thing they know how to do is Covid testing. Went there because I had a headache, thought it might be Covid, or any number of other ailments. Got the Covid test-negative, they did not check to see if it was an ear or sinus infection. But they were really trying to get me to get ANOTHER Covid test. Then the nurse had the nerve to ask me what was wrong with my face!!! She meant the roscia that I sometimes get. Awful bedside manner.

I was very pleased with my visit. I was very sick so I made an appt so I did not have to wait. I was taken quickly. The staff was very polite and cheerful. My PA was awesome... she acted quickly with my wheezing and I felt very comfortable with her. Would definitely go back....

Terrible communication. Went for COVID test was told it would be 3-4 days. Heard nothing back. After calling 20 times I finally reached someone who then told me it’s 7-11 days. Still heard nothing back. I understand things may be backed up but during a pandemic where people are relying on these results for work, the safety of the people around them, etc. They do not even think to let anybody know what’s going on.

Great staff, sometimes a wait but that is to be expected. Great place to go if you can avoid the hospital as in not serious injuries or if you can get in to see your primary care physician. They may treat a bunch of things, not sure but I have only been there for colds and or respiratory issues. If I ever need to see a doc in a pinch....this is my go to place.

This was my first experience with choice one and they were great. I’m appreciative of the fact that they worked with me to ensure i was able to be seen unlike express care who turned me away without trying to help. The staff was super friendly and the Doc was helpful. Thank you guys so much! I’m getting better already! I would definitely recommend

The staff here is always quick, kind, and polite. The doctor or nurse practitioner here always listen to what you have to say, and they actually hear you. Ive never had to wait long, and Ive never seen many people in here. Its very clean, relaxing, and decorated well.

I went here because my primary care was unable to see me Last minute. I was really pleased with the quality of my visit and the professionalism within the team working on the evening of 1/16. Being a nurse myself I have high expectations for the care I receive . Everyone was attentive to the signs and symptoms I’ve been having and my visit wasn’t rushed at all. I believe the NP really did a thorough evaluation and exam on me to try and figure out what was causing my illness. I wouldn’t definitely come back here in the future if ever need be. This place was way better then any other urgent care or patient first that I’ve ever been to.

Called about a sports physical for my daughter on short notice. From the start the lady answering the phone was extremely professional and personable which is a pleasure these days.Explained my situation and she assured me that it will be possible to get it done . Arrived there, they even printed me out a paper I needed for my particular high school. Filled out the paperwork , and was seen by the Doctor ( who was a pleasure meeting also) . All in all I can not say anything but good things about this place. Id refer anyone with a clear conscience and will definitely use there services again in the future for sure

I dont advice anybody to be here because they dont care about you. I had a covid-19 test in this facility but they didnt let me know the result. Because of this I didnt work for 3 weeks and exposed me for another expense for the test. If this is how they handle covid-19, you can imagine what will be for anything else. Horrible facility.

Would never come back

This is by far the best urgent care center that I have been to. I’ve received excellent care each time I was seen here. My last visit there I was having a allergic reaction to something and my throat was swelling. When Leslie was made aware of my situation I don’t think anyone could have done a better job of taking care of me.

First time here, wonderful service! The receptionists got us checked in quickly. The MA, Shawna, was so sweet and was able to make my two little boys (3 and 4) feel comfortable getting their vitals checked. The place is clean and more kid-friendly than patient first, even has a pediatric room. The NP, Lisa, was great with the kids. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and eased our worries. We will be coming here for our urgent care needs from now on.

This place is truly amazing! The staff were very professional and friendly. The front desk clerk greeted me with a friendly smile and answer all my questions. The provider was awesome. She was very pleasant and explained everything in full detail. I will definitely recommend this place.

It was very pleasant visit. Maureen helped me with the tablet i could not figure out. But she got me through it. And Brianna has took me back and was very nice and had good customer service. And Leslie the provider was awesome very nice and knew what she was talking about. All were very good

Not quite sure what happened. Office staff started fighting and the nurse quit with the needle in my arm. Removed the needle and said “I can’t do this and sent me to labcorp. Bizarre!

I have to say, I was impressed by the staff and providers here. My dad has dementia, and had been getting a productive cough, so we figured it was about time to go get him looked at. He hates going to the doc, but he almost enjoyed it this time! Brianna brought us back and was so good with him. Then we met the PA, Leslie, and she made us feel so comfortable. Plus, she was extremely knowledgeable. I tend to ask a million questions, but she was on top of it! I was very confident in the care my dad got there, and we will definitely return. This nurse approves!

I brought my teenage son in for a sore throat. He was seen by Leslie. She was lovely. She was polite, friendly, and professional. All the staff were professional. Doug greeted my son and I the moment we walked in. Brianna, showed me how to register and brought my son back for vital signs. We were seen and discharged in less than an hour. I will not hesitate to return

This Urgent care provides exceptional service and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. In New York where I’m from we don’t really have access to Urgent Care facilities so it was a new experience for me and a great experience! No crowded waiting rooms, no rude medical assistants, no Doctors sounding like their speaking in another language, just exceptional service.

My mom was brought in to the clinic because she had been up vomiting all night. The office was clean neat and the entire staff was pleasant and caring toward how she was feeling. The staff at the front, Brianna and Doug greeted us when we walked in and truly showed they cared when triage my mom for the PA, Leslie, she was great. I will be referring all my friends and family to this office. They truly live up to their name for care.

Went there a few days ago for the first time, and it was so clean and professional. Brianna toke my vitals and she was the absolute best. She was very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable. Keep up the good work i highly Recommend them to everyone.

No more Express Care for me! My experiences at this Choice One urgent care have been amazing! Prompt friendly service, clean waiting room (Coffee and tea too) but most importantly thorough and professional care! Dr. Leslie is amazing, easy to talk to and cares about her patients and staff! Unnecessarily slow!!!!!! Came here for covid testing, was told there was only 3 people in front of me. Waited for OVER TWO HOURS! The process here seems unnecessarily slow and unorganized.

I have been there twice now. Not crowded either time (maybe a coincidence). Friendly staff, fast service. Seem to take a general interest in the well being of my kids health and that is enough for me.

We drive 6 miles out of our way to be seen as this location. The staff is absolutely amazing! Today we saw Nicole and Leslie, and as usually we left feeling as if they really cared and they were not just checking the box. Keep up the great work ladies.

Had my ears cleaned by Brianna and wow did it feel amazing. It was like a massage for my ear. You have to do this, it feels so good.Leslie was my provider, she was great. Her professionalism was amazing, she was fast and caring. All I knew was I had pain behind my ear and she figure it out. Leslie was caring, polite, kind and all around great.Maureen help me at the front desk, I didn’t know what I was doing she walked me through the process filling all the paperwork out, she was polite and kind through everything.Thankful for a wonderful visit 8pm at night. This center is my go to when I cannot get an appointment with my regular doctors. Clean, open & calming atmosphere. People are extremely friendly and attentive. Ive never had to wait long to be seen and the prescription is always ready when I get there to pick it up. Highly recommended for all services.

Excellent customer service and super clean! After going to another urgent care center yesterday i was told nothing was wrong with my 5 year old. She was up all night crying and in pain. I came to ChoiceOne today with my daughter. We received the most exemplary customer service from the time we walked in. The wait was short and she was treated like a princess. The PA and provider were able to quickly diagnosis her and prescribe the appropriate medication. Her prescription was sent straight over to the pharmacy and it ready as soon as we got there. My daughter left with a sticker smiling and happy....which is not how she came in the door. I highly recommend coming here before you waste your time and money at any other urgent care center! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Maureen, Brianna and Leslie were all part of my Christmas Eve visit. I was very happy at how knowledgeable and helpful they each were. The Dundalk office has the best people. They each answered all of my many questions and seemed happy to answer. No one wants to work on Christmas Eve but they all knew they were needed because Illness and injury don’t know a holiday. Today was my first visit to ChoiceOne in Dundalk. Clean/neat office with a super helpful staff. I was checked in, seen and discharged within 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly, seemed genuine in their interactions while providing great medical service. While I don’t care to come back anytime soon for obvious reasons, I will come back to ChoiceOne in the future as needed!

This Urgent care took such special care of my mother. Mark came and sat with her, instead of calling her to the desk. Brianna made sure my Mother was comfortable while she was getting her vitals and took the time to ask her if it would be better to get her information at the evaluation room rather than the designated area. Leslie, her provider, made sure she took her time, spoke with her and made her feel comfortable. It was such a great experience and we are sure to be back (hopefully not too soon).

Leslie is amazing! She took her time with my daughter- really treated us with kindness & genuinely cared. We came in at closing and her response was that she was so glad we came in and that she was able tp be here for us. I’m blown away by the patient care at this facility. Great job Leslie & Doug. I recommend the facility to anyone in need.

This is the second time Ive been to this facility and walked away feeling helpless. Was told I had a cold when in reality I had a kidney infection. I knew I didnt have a cold. The doctor did not listen to my symptoms. She even checked my lungs, throat, and neck glands - all were fine. Thank goodness I went and got a second opinion, unfortunately at the cost of another $75 copay. The doctors have been kind both times Ive been, but now I have no faith in their medical knowledge. I will absolutely not return.

Thankful for this outstanding Urgent Care center! I came in for a flu shot and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Maureen greeted me when I came in the facility and Doug administered my shot. Very professional and courteous!

Took my kids here even though they weren’t able to see my 4 month old they only see kids over 1. Maureen let me know upfront and let me know about the insurance and tablet stuff. Brianna took us back surprised how good she was with my kids she was great. Dr Leslie made sure she was comfortable before the exam. Sent her meds right over!! Now my sick kid is a happy kid thanks so much will definitely come back

Kayla Jones P.A, was absolutely Amazing. She was very knowledgeable and would not let me leave without making sure that I was feeling better. And she made sure that I had the proper referrals for continued care. I wish that I could make this office and Kayla Jones my primary care provider. Even my X-Ray technician was very professional and I could tell that he loves what he does. And my nurse...was a Rockstar at managing my pain. Although I was in a lot of pain. This experience was the best! I love this office. And I live in West Baltimore😀👍

Every time I visit this facility its always a great experience. The staff is professional. They provide the best medical treatments for illnesses with fast caring help.

They were extremely friendly and knew what they were doing. I was here for a pre-surgery physical.

I have been to this urgent care many times. I will continue to use them for simple illnesses because the staff is great! I have become friendly with Leslie and Doug. They are always very attentive and caring. My 8 year old daughter went in for a simple infection and she was afraid to have her blood pressure taken but Doug made the whole experience fun for her and her fears went away instantly. Leslie and Doug are who I hope to see every time I go there. Continue the excellent work!

I went to Choice One after being turned away from another facility in the area. I was very impressed with how neat and clean the facility was. The medical assistant who triaged me was so nice and seemed to share genuine concern for the issue I was having. I was seen by the physician shortly after being in a room, maybe 2 minutes. Not only was she very nice and personable, she was accurate in her diagnosis of kidney stones. Unfortunately this required an additional trip to the ER but I was highly satisfied with the services I had received. I would highly recommend Choice One to anyone on need of urgent care

Came on a weekday during the summer. There was no wait. Filled out paperwork and was immediately taken back for vitals and then seen by a Nurse practitioner. Staff was curtious and kind. Place was clean and smelled good.

Our first time at Choice One was a VERY PLEASANT experience! The atmosphere is very calm and the people are VERY friendly and helpful! The Nurse practitioner that we saw was VERY caring and informative! We didnt feel like we were being shoved in and out like at other Urgent Care facilities. Our wait was only about 15 minutes to be taken back!

Everyone there is so nice and professional. Maureen took the extra time to call my insurance to determine my co-pay. Brianna got me in quickly, and Lesley was very professional and nice. All of them work hard to get the patient in and out in a timely manner.

This place is awesome! Brought my son here for his cough and the p.a was very attentive and caring. The whole staff was was wonderful,we were in and out in 30 minutes. I will be coming here from now on!

I have to say top notch customer service. Was in and out. Kathy and Kelly were super nice and friendly. Dr. Wrona was great as well. My daughter had some questions and she answered all with out rushing us. If I ever need another clinic I will be coming here
