Service great, staff was accommodating. Personally, the cost was much more than anticipated. Use one of your branches back in 2011 for dentures, out of pocket expense was little over $500.00. Those same dentures replacements now has an estimated cost of 15K-19K.

The staff were very polite and the dentist had my tooth out before I knew it. Great service provider.

I had treatment done last week by Dr. Patel. He did a great job, all the assistants were very helpful and caring. Judith and Luis the manager helped me with finances and checking in and out easily. The office staff greeted me when I came in. They were helpful and quickly verified my insurance. The dental hygienist were kind and gentle. They explained what they doing and how the X-ray with 3 D worked it was really fascinating to see the results of the 3D scan. The Dentist was explained to me my treatment plan got the pricing and I decided to move forward and he checked several times to make sure I was okay. I actually enjoyed my dental appointment. My experience with Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics was great! I had a couple of extractions and cleaning. Dr. Patels team (Florianna, Judith, Limi, Jessica and Luis) were on point! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics Duncanville is my go to for all dental and orthodontics!!!

My kids had an about today at 1pm arrived 15mins early only to see a sign saying on break return about 1:30pm. Why schedule an appointment at 1pm? When I called to make the appointment they ensured me that they accepted my insurance. They didn’t even verify the insurance until arriving at the office. They claim they left a voice message yesterday about the insurance ( never received a voicemail). Clearly it’s lack of communication at this office. If you value your time, don’t waste your time here!

Took an hour and 45 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. The claim was the office was under staffed, but if that was the case then dont over book patients. The staff was friendly but my time is important and we already had issues with scheduling so I didnt want to leave and reschedule. Im not going back.

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. My appointment was 04/29/2021 at 5:30pm I was requested Dr. Leslie Townsend to get my teeth cleaned she no longer work there. Last I was there she done an excellent job very professional and got me out at a timely matter. This visit it took them over 2 1/2 hours and all they did was take X-rays and then I had to wait in the chair for 45 minutes to before they told me that I needed a deep cleaning. Then they they escorted me to the doctor office which waiting another 30 minutes which he didnt come in because he was going to tell me I needed to reschedule because they was closing so I left out of the office before he came in. All I wanted was a simple cleaning of my teeth. They didnt do what I asked for. I will never recommend Jefferson Dental service to anyone. Jefferson Dental will never get my business unless Dr. Leslie Townsend come back. Im very upset and disappointed at the service I experienced today.If I can rate this experience to a -1 I would.

They treated me like all they cared about was getting paid. I just recently got dental insurance and this place still wanted $700 to fix 1 cavity. So no more Jefferson dental for me. It was disappointing because I went there a couple of years ago and I had a pleasant experience, which why I came back.

If you’re the type of person that has a dental phobia you don’t have to worry about it there they are very helpful they go through step-by-step the financial process and also make it easier to get treatment

Today was my first visit and Ive been to several offices over the years but their staff was awesome. They were very attentive and asked me several times if I had any questions or concerns. The only thing I would suggest is giving the rooms a fresh coat of paint and definitely upgrading the lobby. 4 hard black chairs and a tv, no pictures or anything. Nobody likes going to the dentist but when you do you want it to feel warm and welcoming. Just because this area consists of mostly black and brown people doesnt mean we dont deserve the niceties of dental offices on the other side of town. I will definitely be back!

I was treated here back in late November and Im barley getting to writing the review. LOL! Honestly I dont like the dentist but hands down 10/10 experience! it all started from the front desk staff they were all so welcoming and helpful. the front desk staffed helped me under in depth what my procedure for today was going to be. I really thought that was nice to know since I have terrible anxiety. the staff in the back like the assistants and the doctor were all so caring and wonderful. they really made me feel safe while getting my deep cleaning.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been to Jefferson Dental in Duncanville twice now and my husband has been as well for some serious work on our teeth. The experience has been exceptional each time. The staff was great about meeting our needs and keeping it affordable. I have five children and taking care of myself always seems hard to fit in the budget, but they made it possible at Jefferson.

My husband came in a root canal and the dentist that worked on him (the woman dentist) was horrible. She kept hitting a nerve when my husband is saying stop and hitting a nerve. She was very unprofessional. She left half his tooth in his mouth and just packed it and sent him home. She didnt even want to give him any medication we had to beg. Now we have to spend even more money to get the tooth extracted now... This is ridiculous. Especially when we left this location and only came back because we originally liked the service. This is a very big disappointment. He will be back for them to fix the problem but we will not be back after this.I will say the Luis and May was very professional and they tried to help as much as they could.

I went in for a emergency dental procedure today as a walk-in and the staff took EXCELLENT care of me from checking in to the payment process. Had to have a tooth extracted and it was done in no time with absolutely no pain and in just a few wiggles lol!!! I would definitely recommend this office for sure and I will return for future appointments!!

Honestly I didnt appreciate the wait. 11a appointment didnt leave till 130p an all she did was a xray like yall need to do better, just leaving ppl waiting. Do better get more staff! 2ndly Dr. Patel must be there for the money cause he base his decision only my the xray photo didnt even examine my mouth like most dentist do. You know they look at each tooth call out the condition not sure the word they use but overall my visit was pretty much a waste of time.

If you are looking for a reliable dentist, I would not recommend this place. I scheduled my appointment last week, I showed up to the building early, even called when I arrived for them not to answer as I was told to call when I arrive. I walk in about 10 minutes before my appointment and they cancelled it without my knowledge, no phone calls or notifications to let me know my appointment had been cancelled. I had to make several arrangements with my job, and family to make sure I had this day off for this appointment and they refused to work with me. Now Im still in pain and I am back to square one looking for a new dentist because these people didnt seem to want to help or even ty to provide different options

Everyone in this office were very kind and professional. I was very impressed.I had my appointment at 12:30pm and young lady at the window walked me in to my room right away. Dr. Patel is a very angry person and should not practice Dentistry. He needs to learn how to communicate with people. Because he has a Dentist degree does not make him better than anyone else. He needs to be terminated and not practice dentistry ever again. The Texas State board of Examiners should look into this. The Dental Assistants licenses are not even posted on the wall visible for patients to see so how do we know if they are qualified for the position. Human Resources should be held accountable for hiring this man.

Honestly, if i could give it 0 stars i WOULD! I had an extraction & the dr halfway in said she couldnt finish it. Im guessing it was complicated. But if she knew it was complicated she shouldve never messed with it to begin with. I was also placed 2 temporary crowns that i had no idea that were high until my numbness went away. Anyways, i was sent over to another office the following day. & thats where the other office extracted my tooth & also fixed my temporary crowns in which he said were WAY to high (just by looking at them he knew they were placed WRONG). The other office made sure i was feeling comfortable with my bite. Unlike duncanvilles location where the assistants didnt even ask me to bite down or asked me how the crowns felt or anything, i left UPSET from duncanvilles office. To make things worse i had to pay $350 for a treatment i never got.That same day of my extraction i notified duncanvilles Jefferson dental clinic telling them i no longer wanted that following treatment & if i could get my $350 back. Well ive called 3 times & every single time they say the same thing.. ill give you a call back. Its been a full week & im in constant battle with them for my refund. & i wont remove my review UNTIL i get my refund.Edit: its been 2 weeks & im still waiting on my money! The temporary crown you guys placed kept popping off my tooth. This is the 3rd time it does that. OH, & lets not forget how unprofessional you guys are! They clicked on me when i kept demanding my money back.

Had such a great experience love the duncanville office Dr.Patel was awesome he told me every move and what was needed, also Luis the office manger was great he helped explain my benefits along with the charges with insurance the staff is super nice and helped me keep calm. I was so nervous removing my wisdom teeth but they kept me calm and walked me through everything .

We called at 1:55 pm today, and they were friendly, courteous, and professional over the phone. We scheduled a same-day appointment for a tooth extraction. We arrived on time for our 2:30 appointment and were sent to the back. We received the most caring professional care a patient could receive. Dr. Patel was patient and explained all the things he recommended for us and how to care for the extraction at home. We will definitely return to Jefferson Dental Clinic.

Not sure whats going on with the lady at the front desk but she could not verify my insurance in which I gave all pertinent information. She phoned me repeatedly asking for this and that and still couldnt verify my insurance. This dental office wasted my time as I made the appointment 10 or so days prior to my appointment. Since the lady in the front was seemingly unorganized, I could only phantom what the actual people in the back office must be like. I would not recommend this place due to lack or organizational skills and perhaps lack of training to its employees. Be weary.

I had an appointment at this office a few weeks ago. I didn’t particularly enjoy my experience. I really liked the tech who did my x-rays, he made an effort to make sure I was comfortable and to answer any questions I had. On the other hand, the dentist made me feel like I didnt matter very much as a patient. I was just another set of teeth. I dont even know his name because he wasnt at all personable. I came in feeling fine and left feeling self-conscious, which is something I’ve never felt about my teeth before. For me, if Im going to be spending thousands on dental care and spending hours at the office, I want to feel comfortable with my dentist. Also, I was only in for an exam and pricing consultation, yet I was left waiting for very long stretches of time in between each step of the process. My appointment was at 11:30a, and I was at the clinic for a total of 2 and 1/2 hours. Luckily, while I was waiting for my 2nd 45-minute stretch in a room by myself, I found a different dentist to go to.

My experience with Jefferson Dental was EVERYTHING! It made my day. Yesterday, I called for an appointment for a regular cleaning. The person I spoke to was more than helpful! He could tell that the day he offered didn’t fit my schedule- so he squeezed me in same day! When I arrived- all of the staff was more than friendly and helpful! All smiles, everyone greeted me and they truly went over and beyond for me! When I got in the chair they did x-rays, then Dr. Patel came in to examine my teeth and created a dental plan with all of the work I needed. I then went to consultation and the gentleman there was absolutely amazing! He went over and beyond to find a way to get the most work done with little out of my pockets. Anyways, fast forward! I received a MUCH NEEDED deep cleaning and a root canal. Because I was already numb, Dr. Patel suggested to go ahead and get the two teeth on my dental plan extracted anyways. The best part of it all was they didn’t seem like they were rushing and even tho they closed at 7pm they didn’t finish my mouth until 8pm. They kept their energy! I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever received at any other dental office! I will definitely be back here. I think I found my place! Thank you Dr. Patel, Miss May, Miss Leyda and the sir in the consultation room! You guys were brilliant!!

It’s not even worth the one star that I gave them. My appt was at 9 a.m. and I didn’t leave until 12:50 p.m. yet my procedure took every bit of 20 minutes. If you want to sit at the dentists office all day then this place is highly recommended. Staff was okay. Dentist was okay. Terrible customer service. I’m in excruciating pain with my chipped tooth and these people have had me waiting for over an hour and they just now are telling me their x ray tech had to leave. This last time I’ll ever consider going to this place.

I wish I could give zero stars! This is the most unorganized office I have ever visited! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a crown after paying $300 and doing the impression. I have called twice to check and see if it is available, and I was told it has not come in and to try back later. The THIRD time I follow up, I am told the impression was for my temporary crown and IT WAS NEVER SENT TO THE LAB!! So then I ask about an additional appointment only to be told they have no idea what I’m talking about, and the doctor had no idea either!?! EVEN though I had to call at checkout and get my prior records for this new appointment faxed over!!??? They can NOT even tell me what happened to those records!!! MY PRIVATE MEDICAL RECORDS ARE JUST GONE!?! I go into the office to get a refund and they tell me it will take 3 WEEKS!?! I PAID SAME DAY IN CASH WHAT HAS TO BE APPROVED? Check or debit I would understand the wait...but when I paid cash???
