Was visiting Duncan for a week. Went to get a trim today. The stylist was great. Went to pay out and my trim was $56!!! Left a $10 tip and left. So my $25 trim cost $66! As I drove away I called to inquire why it was so high! I was told they charge $1 a minute to blow dry and it took about 30 minutes to blow dry my hair. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I was NEVER told that! I’ve NEVER heard of that! My normal hairdresser doesn’t even charge that much! What a poor way to do business! At that price I should have been informed!

I told her What I didnt want and then to surprise me! It was AMAZING service! She took care of my needs beginning to end!

I dont know how they are with woman cuts but they definitely dont know how to cut mens hair. How hard is it to do a simple fade with neat lines around the edges. Definitely not worth 20$ and to top it having to tell the lady how to fix the edges etc was ridiculous!

I have had good haircuts at this location. The haircut I got today was not one of them. I feel like I gave an easy to understand request as to what I wanted. The lady spent about 10 minutes cutting my hair. I was surprised when she handed me a mirror, because she was already finished! Seemed odd as I was asking for my hair to be layered, as I said to her, severely layered. Any other time Ive asked for this it has taken quite a long time to really get it layered good. I even remarked to her that I needed some of the weight taken off of my hair because it is thick. So 10 minutes later I walk out of there with my hair barely layered, slightly shorter in length, eighteen dollars poorer, and wondering if I no longer speak intelligible english, AND I still need a haircut!

Chloe Green was my hair stylist. I needed a cut and dye. She made sure I was fine with the length to cut and when it came to the coloring of my hair, she was very patient with the difficulty of my hair and took extra time to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely will be back to Supercuts in Duncan and hope to get her again.

I’d give you zero stars if that was an option. I didn’t catch the name of the stylist I encountered but she had the worst attitude and then didn’t want to cut my sons hair all because he was crying. Not to mention I caught you rolling your eyes at a ONE YEAR OLD more than once. Maybe find a different job if you can’t handle a grumpy child, I’ve never had a salon/hair stylist tell me they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. Definitely won’t be coming back and will not recommend anyone with children to come here.

If you are looking for a GREAT stylist in Duncan I would highly recommend Jennifer @ Supercuts....yes thats right, I said Supercuts! I was SUPER surprised! The ABSOLUTE BEST cut I have had in years! Jennifer took her time and blended my hair perfectly....I absolutely love love love my hair. I actually live in Texas, but will be making the hour and a half drive back to Duncan for my next cut and style! Jennifer was so awesome my daughter actually brought my granddaughter the next day for her very first hair cut. She also recommended some awesome products to my daughter, mother-in-law and I that are wonderful. Cant say enough what a impressive stylist Jennifer is, I cant even count the compliments I have gotten on my new style in just two days. Supercuts needs to give this girl props! She is making your business rock in Duncan, Ok!

We go here to get my sons hair cut. The lady we use is awesome. My son has a cowlick and she has explained how she cuts it so that he doesnt look like Alfalfa. I appreciate that she knows what shes doing.

Do not go here if you want your hair bleached! She bleached my hair then after the toner it went from white to orange!

Prices are great, the staff is REALLY amazing I stress this, because my son has Autism and a bad or good experince can make or break him in an activity and this team of hairstylist delivers every time. Also, they are very informative and are happy to educate and promote how to keep you hair healthy and good looking.

Okay. The ladies are so nice. Im the kinda person that gives multiple chances. And all 3 times theyve messed up my hair. And Im done. Its a waste and Im really upset. Ive used 3 different people and all three I was upset with. 1st time, she cut my bangs weird and they werent even and were badly cut. 2nd time, she pulled too much hair and my bangs were heavy and there was too much. 3rd time which made me the most mad. I said I would like it to my shoulders, but we need to go slow just in case I change my mind. And she said okay. And she kept going up and she cut it to my shoulders. And she cut my hair wet even after I said my hair was wavy and if I get it cut wet it will be shorter than how she cut it. And she kept razoring and texturizing my hair when I told her no. I said that I liked the big bulkiness since I have thick hair and I love it when it looks thick and she thinned it out and so NOW MY HAIR IS THIN AND LOOKS LIKE A POODLE. And I cried when I got home because I was so mad. I didnt wanna say anything to her face because I figured it would hurt her feelings, but I figured I needed to say something because it might stop others from going there and making the mistake I did. Im sorry if youre reading this ladies but Im just being honest and I have no intention of hurting your feelings.

These ladies were so nice and the haircut was reasonably priced.

I went in there for a quick trim because the regular girl I normally see wasnt available for a while and I desperately needed to get those split ends off. She ended up taking over seven inches off because she kept screwing up! Never ever go there!

The atmosphere was little awkward, but my haircut was fantastic so Im not complaining.
