I came to the salon in Duncan to fix what another store did to my hair! Miriam and Shawn were amazing and fixed the monsterous disaster that was on my head!!!! This location gets 10 stars from me and this is my new home salon!!!!! Thanks girls you are both the best!

Was not going to have my hair done by someone who was rude and did not want to be there. Horrible customer service, rude and would not get my elderly mother a chair to sit in to wait till it was her time.

I went in for a haircut this past weekend. The lady working could see how long my hair was but never told me i would be charged an extra $10 to cut it due to the length. I did not ask for a wash. They did ask me if I wanted a conditioning treatment..she said it was on sale for $5. I agreed but she never told me it was double that due to my hair length. I feel that i was manipulated and taken advantage of. I will absolutely NEVER go back. I have been in contact with corporate and have put in a complaint.

Very nice staff, extremely expensive haircut

My daughter reminded me as we were leaving Walmart last night that she wanted her haircut. Saw they were still open so we went in and I gifigur while I was there I would have mine done as well.She did my daughters hair quickly. And as I sit down I see her shoot the other lady a look, a very unpleasant look.Anyway. She puts the apron on me, and pulls my hair down, divides out a layer and starts cutting it (at whuch point shes probably realized I have a lot more hair than it looks). Then stops and flags the other lady over but neither say anything to each otherThey then say You have a nit but dont show me anything. And just take the apron off.I went and saw my doctor and had her check over my hair this afternoon. Absolutely NOTHING but dandruff. Which I even asked if they were sure it wasnt dandruff when they claimed liceI think they came up with the BS lice like just to advoid having to cut my hair so close to closing.I absolutely wont be going back to them at all.

Save yourself a lot of grief and go somewhere else. Not a professional atmosphere or service. Making fun of customers the minute they leave. More attention to conversing with each other than cutting your hair. Looking away to talk and not paying attention to what they are doing.

I went with my friend today to get her hair cut here and the lady with the short spiky blonde hair was very rude she criticized her and was in such a hurry that she swung the cape around her and got her in the mouth very hard and apologized very rudely, she got done with the haircut so fast and in the middle of my friend checking out her haircut starting to say if she liked it or not she said you have 7 days to come back if you are not happy and didnt even asked if she liked the haircut or not and got us out really quickly....I was very displeased with how we were treated and the whole experience....getting your haircut is supposed to be something fun and relaxing and a very pleasant experience and it definitely was not......

Absolutely will never go here again...when we walked in, the lady at the register was rude from the beginning. Then she started picking through my daughters hair strand by strand and finally I asked what she was doing and she rudely said checking her hair and I asked for what and she said for lice. And I said thats it forget it. I told her she was being very rude and she said no she wasnt. She said it was her job to check for lice. I told her she should inform people or there should be a sign up saying that because its very offensive to just start looking for lice strand by strand. She said it was state mandated and she was very out of line by raising her voice and I understand that some people might have lice, but we dont and for her to make a spectical of my 12 year old daughter was ridiculous. I took my daughter and left. She acted very unprofessional and I will never go back not will I recommend anyone to go.

Unprofessional dont greet you act like theyre doing you a favor just because they come to the counter..... do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they value your business..... plus the haircuts not that good
