Phone takes forever to answer for one. For two, first visit is with the nurse, which is ok, however, the nurse refused to hear what I have to say, insisted that my son was constipated and told us to give him miralax. We did for a couple days while following back up with our doctor for an x-ray. Miralax didnt help at all (actually made things worse) and x-ray shows that we are all clear in the constipation department. Will be looking for another option with our doc.

I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for today at 9:30 am. I got here 30 minutes in advance to find that the door is locked. Knocked multiple times over the span of the 30 minutes as well as multiple phone calls being able to hear people within the office the entire time. All to no avail. Terrible place.

The doctor it is really professional and provide me a really good service. However the staff on the front desk and clerk in charge of providing the appointments and providing results and follow ups is a disaster. I have done a test 3 months ago and at this time it has not been possible for me to get the results. Last time I was told on the phone: “if we have not communicate anything to you that should be because everything it is ok”.

From the moment I walked in the office to have a procedure done I was treated with the utmost respect. When I was taken back for the procedure there were friendly, happy faces greeting me & I was put at ease. Also, Dr. Anglade is an amazing Doctor & probably has one of the best bed side manners I have encountered.

Only make an appointment here if you like to waste your time. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance and when I got there they said they didn’t have any of my sons info and were to busy to squeeze him in. I drove 45 min to get here. Waste of time. And the address on the gps takes you to the emergency department. Had to run all over the place to be told they would see my son and he would have only seen a nurse practitioner anyways. Are there any doctors anymore?! Every place I go to I only see physician assistants and nurse practitioners. There are no doctors. Looking to move to another state. No doctors in GA.

Doctor is great. However staff and office is horribly run. Met with doctor and he gave me order to have a test done. Only have 1 person in the whole practice (which there are several offices and doctors) who could perform the test. Emailed and called her and only heard from her once and was never able to schedule test. She went out of the country and they said they couldnt check her voicemail. Tried calling office manager and no reply too. So poorly organized and run. Such a shame since I have heard good things about some of the doctors.

Dr Anglade and his same staff could not be more professional and helpful. Dr Anglade takes so much time with my 88 year old Mom, making sure she understands and is comfortable with what is happening. We heard from so many of the hospital staff what a talented surgeon he is. He is a wonderful physician.

I will not waste my time telling you about all the problems I had with this practice or how much needless pain and suffering they put me through. All i can say is do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM GEORGIA UROLOGY. Kidney stones are enough pain by themselves. Do not deal with these people or it is likely you will go from bad to much worse!

I was recently affected by a urinary blockage. The Georgia Urology doctor on-call for the long holiday weekend came in to the emergency room on short notice on a Saturday night to place a catheter, which greatly relieved my symptoms.

Other than the wait time which is always about an hour or more the doctor and staff are pretty nice

Not a place to go if you are sick. I had to wait over an hour for my appointment. Then they lost my test results. The staff appear to be over worked and over whelmed by the number of patients being shuffled through.

Took about a month to get my sons lab results back. Left messages, but did not hear back from them had to receive follow up from primary care physician. Undependable.
