Love that I can book appointments online. Dr.Ruddock takes her time to address any concerns I may have she is always friendly and caring with my kids. Best Dr. my kids have had. Glad I switched my kids to her office. Did I mention I drive from Snellville to her office ... definitely worth the 43 minute drive.

I visited this doctor about 2-3 weeks ago. I just needed her to fill out a simple form and she never got to it. I had to keep calling and keep reminding her about it and she kept asking me the same questions. What was the patients name, what was my name, as if I hadnt already given her the information. Very unprofessional. Felt like I was jumping through hoops. And the form still hasnt been filled out. Im just going to go to another doctor. Thank you Dr. Soloman for wasting my time.

Is there an option to give zero stars!!! Had an appointment at 1:00pm last week and when we arrived the door was locked and no notice or anything was on the door!!! Called several time and there was no answer!! We waited until 1:45pm before we finally decided to leave, and still nothing!! The sad part is that I received an email and text reminder for my appointment that morning!!My son missed school and I missed work for this appointment!!! This was absolutely ridiculous, not to mention very unprofessional!! I will never go to this office again!! To add insult to injury, no one even reached out to apologize or say what happened or anything!! Don’t even waste your time here!!

Dr. Solomon was easy to talk to and very patient with my son. Her practice is friendly, welcoming and I will happily keep making appointments with her!

I am very disappointed with how I was treated by this Doctor when she requested for my help. I was called in to interview with her and then asked to do a working interview a few days later which by Law is between an hour to an hour in a half. She asked me to stay they entire day which I was okay with because she needed help but I was told I would be compensated for my time. Ive attempted to contact her and she has yet to call me back as she said she would.. It has been about 2 weeks now and I now have taken it to higher authorities. I DO NOT recommend a Medical Assistant working here. I found it very odd that she was operating her office by herself without a front desk person (Like literally in the office by herself doing everything). And I wasn’t under the impression of what happened to the last Assistant she had.

I really enjoyed Dr. Solomons joyful nature. She was patience and kind to my boys.

Dr. Solomon was great with my son. She took her time to make him feel comfortable. What I liked the most was she did not rush us through the appointment. Also, I am very pleased with the online booking feature on their website; saves time and it is quick. My son left the place happy even though he had to take a flu shot.

She need to find help to assist with patients because the wait time was pretty long but for her to be doing things alone she did a great job

The doctor was very nice and attentive. Very patient with my stubborn 5 year old. The only downfall to this is the wait time. She does a very good job with juggling all of the responsibilities of the clinic.

Dr. Solomon has a genuine spirit and made a very difficult visit feel like a breeze.I took two sick children she saw them both in under an hour. She took her time evaluating them while making them laugh. She gave a medical diagnosis but also offered holistic options as well. Looks like we found our new Family Doctor!

Dr. Ruddock-Solomon is awesome. I have recently just moved my 3 children to her practice and we couldnt be happier with the decision. After 10 years of using a different pediatrician, I finally realized doctors can actually be nice, do a good job and make the parents feel comfortable. Dr. Ruddock-Solomon is great with children and provides good, attentive care. My oldest child first words after the appointment were I really like her. Is she going to be my doctor from now on please? . The clinic is not too big, clean and welcoming.

Dr. Solomon was diligently listening to our concerns and made sure all shots were up-to-date.

Good caring doctor. Need a receptionist to handle paperwork for a smooth transition and shorter visits.

Took a visit when looking for pediatricians for our newborn. While Dr. Solomon herself came off has warm and receiving, there was concern that the waiting room was empty, as well as the entire office, save for Dr. Solomon. It was a Friday and 30 minutes before closing, so I just wrote it off as bad timing. I went ahead and went to our first week appointment with our newborn, and regret not trusting my internal alarms. Once again, I come in, and it is a ghost town. There is no one at the front desk, no one in the halls. I wait for five minutes before actually walking into the back to ask if anyone is there. Dr. Solomon then comes out, hands me paperwork to fill out, then goes back into her office. This whole time, just me, my wife, and our infant are here. Later on, I start to see that Dr. Solomon is handling all calls, signing for all packages received, and all payments for her patients. Its an hour after our appointment that we are seen (in that time, only one other patient has entered the waiting room, so not busy in any other relative terms compared to other pediatric offices). Not going into the visit itself, Im going to say that this overall experience would have been vastly better if she had some sort of auxiliary staff. Not sure if she just decided to give them all vacation for 2 months, or I have terrible timing. Overall, head over here if youre interested in seeing a one-woman show handle the daily tasks of a medical office.

I was very pleased with the online scheduling process. My son was a new patient and was seen for a wellness check right away on the date and time requested. The visit began on time. Dr. Ruddock-Solomon was very friendly and thorough. We had a great experience.

Amazing experienced! My kids like her so much and they’re comfortable around her. I definitely recommend Dr Noelle Ruddock-Solomon.

Overall great Doctor ; should hire help the time takes very long .

Dr Solomon is wonderful she really cares about her patient. I am so glad that I found her because it is truly hard to find a good pediatrician.

New to the area and it was my sons first visit. The Dr. was extremely kind and knowledgeable and my son really enjoyed himself.

Dr. Ruddock-Solomon truly cares about her patients she makes you feel like family and not just another number.
