I really enjoyed our experience there. Great atmosphere and lots of color options. Michael did an awesome job on both the mani and pedi. He was very gentle but still thorough and incredibly precise. My partner had another lady who seemed to treat him the same way! I got gel polish on my hands and they look great! They are very clean and feel very strong. Will definitely be returning to this place.

I waited about an hour to get my nails done with an appointment. the staff was so nice but the lady cut my fingers a few times and it bled a bit. my fingers hurt really bad and the colors i chose were very inaccurate…my friend had a man do her nails and hers looked great. great staff but not so great service.

Nail broke off in a day Thumbs nails are so wide. So many mistakes And every little thing was overpriced!!! I have to repair them where I live!! Never again

My wife decided she need her nails done & my feet were rough enough to cut the sheets. I had a pedicure from a young lady who was amazing. She took her time & it was one of the best pedicures Ive had. She was outstanding!So my wife, on the other hand had a manicure. It was supposed to be some kind of dipped powder she gets back home but she said she had acrylic. The French tips were uneven at first look and in the end, the thickness was different between them. There were bubbles in the acrylic and she had a couple spots bleeding. In the end, we ended up going to Pearl Nails on Woodland Ave.I dont think this place was so bad, just has some crummy people there. My girl was spectacular.

Gel pedicure was nice, massage chair was relaxing but manicure polish was not great. 1st polish didnt dry smooth so they were nice enough to repaint with a different color. However the 2nd polish was not painted on well, as you can see it doesnt cover the entire nail, it is sloppy and both coats didnt dry well either. The manicure wasnt worth the money. Maybe a different tech would have done better. Oh well.

Large variety of colors to choose from👉🏼a vast of different colors from clear polish to the darkest black....so many colors. the mermaid collection, cat eye, mood changing, S&S, P&W, variety of glitter polish.....plus more!!!! There is nothing that VP can’t do! I would definitely recommend them!! Lots of laughs, and even make new friends!

VP is wonderful! I came in and got a full set of acrylics done and wasnt entirely happy with how they turned out. Called in the next morning letting them know, and Phuong, the owner, immediately booked me an appointment to get them fixed. She did a beautiful job and didnt charge me for it. Wouldnt even let me give an additional tip. I would definitely reccomend, especially for college students/highschool students that follow acyrlic nail trends.

The only place I go to get my nails done.. I haven’t found anywhere else that’s been as wonderful as them..

The staff at VP Nails has always been friendly and welcoming, whether youre doing a full gel mani-pedi or just a simple manicure. I love that they take walk-ins. The salon is clean, the chairs comfy with a massage option, and coffee or water and sometimes snacks is graciously offered. Having a bad day? A visit to VP Nails will make you feel better.

I have been going there for 5 years. Wonderful, relaxing services. Unlike other nail salons I don’t feel like the employees are in a rush. Hong is my favorite. Meticulous, relaxed, gentle. Phong (the owner) is great at what she does and seems to treat her employees like family.

After coming back since Covid.. I havent return. Its been 1 month since Ive been back and its because of the filing machine. I dont wear fake 💅!! My cuticle s was hard instead of soaking my cuticles with lotion my tech used that darn machine.. Yes. I told her no.. Look what happened. I have to wait for another few weeks before returning. Ik. Yes. I said returning. The team does a great job there.. One incident is just one time shame on me..

Loved the friendly atmosphere! Everyone was very nice, got my husband my friend and I all in for manicure and pedicures. Even my 6 yr old son! They were great with him making sure he was okay and liked what they did. Very sociable and friendly staff.

Nice place, very fast and professional and organized. My preteen daughter & I got in right away on a Saturday, despite them being packed. She got a manicure with some art (she has natural nails) and I got a full set of acrylics. Really pretty job on both. My guy was a bit rough, scrapped me raw in several spots with the grinder and a painful way of stabbing me with his nail when holding my hands. I do have very dry skin, so not entirely his fault, but hoping next time I get someone gentler.

I have problems getting ingrown toenails. Per my DOCTORS advise, I always insist that my big toenail be cut straight across, & that the corners NOT be cut down. I made this very clear. The technician cut the corners anyways. Then, when I pulled my foot away and told her I said NOT to do that, she told me that I was wrong, they needed to be done that way, and she did the 2nd foot the same way. Now its been only 2 days & I just left my doctors office in extreme pain. What a waste of money because now my cute pedicure consists of both of my big youre being wrapped in gauze. I will now have to go into the doctor EVERY MONTH to make sure my nails grow back out properly & not into the skin. The last time it happened, I had to see a doctor monthly for A YEAR. Im going to have to pay the co-pays for these visits, NOT the salon. DO NOT risk going here. Theyre extremely unprofessional & the technician went out of her way to make me feel stupid, when in reality she just messed up my feet & caused me pain for a year.

Yume is a fairly new employee. Been there a couple months. She listens to what you want and performs very well. Great personality to go with it. It made my experience much more enjoyable and boosted my rating of this store !

I was referred to VP Nails by one of my girlfriends. Sam is the person she uses so I got her to do my nails and pedicures. Sam does such a nice job! Everyone there is very nice, especially the owner.Love walking out with beautiful toes and fingers^_^. Susan

They have never done a good job. I would definately recommend lovely nails. Everytime Ive gone here their polish looks horrible and the nails fall off easily. They also shaved most of my natural nail off. Not cool.

I dont normally do these things but Im very upset about what my daughter told me had happened to her at VP Nails. She had my 3 mo. old Grand Son with her and the guy doing her nails was asking her very personal questions making her feel very uncomfortable; are you married? She replied, no, and then he said to her why do you have a baby if you are not married? Then he asked her if she was going to leave him a tip? It took her a day to call and complain and when she talked to the owner about how she felt, she was laughed at. How dare you judge anyone and how unprofessional are you and your staff? Word of mouth in this city speaks volumes.

Very disappointed with mine and my best friend visit here yesterday! Got manis and gel polish dont and my girls nails and around her nails are so chopped/clipped up its unreal my nails are chipping already 1 day later serously paid 80 bucks for this! I call to talk with a manager or someone to see about fixing it. They couldnt help so I then said I wanted a refund they hung up on me n nowIs not answerj g the phone!!!!! very upset

Would give zero stars if I could.. the lady destroyed my nails and even looked at my friend n her co worker saying she no like .. then counted to charge me full price... ok. The next day my friend who got them done with me had her gel polish chip off. Called for a refund an got hung up on not once not twice but 3 different times!!! Very unhappy an will never go back or recommend to anyone .

The owner doesnt fill to cuticle line so it doesnt last long makes it to where do you need a set last two weeks, if youre lucky plus they make you pay for their mistakes. Will not come back. Ive given Phoung MANY chances. Her staff is usually better than her.She pays attention to everything except what shes doing.This is not employees this is the owner.

It really depends on who you get. Most of then are great and do a really good job. Others not so much. Got gel nails put on and they did okay.

I have had my nails done here a handful of times as the location is very close to my house. My nails turn out average at best, but this last time they were so bad I had to go back and have them redone. I asked to have to have my nails just filed down as I like to keep them a little longer but the lady chopped, yes chopped, them off. When I went back in to get them redone, the lady trying to fix them even questioned what shape they were suppose to be and why some were way shorter than the others. The gel polish I had put on was super thick in many places, it had to be shaved off and completely redone. A coworker went here the day after I did, before I was able to tell her not too, and she had the same experience! Had to have her artificial nails completely redone and said the pedicure she got was the quickes most unrelaxing one she has ever received. We both vowed to never go back.

Manicure lasted 1 day. They did not let me know there is a base coat underneath that makes it peel off. I do my own and they last over a week! Too bad.
