I came here because of the reviews,but left unsatisfied. The lady that was at the shop today didn’t seem to care about what I wanted. She did even ask what type of shape I was looking for. I advise her of the shape I was looking for and that I didn’t want certain areas even touched. She didn’t listen at all and continued with what she felt. I was very upset because I grow out my eyebrows for 2 months so that I can reshape them but now I have to redo the process.... I can’t speak on the rest of the crew cause I never got my eyebrows done with them but definitely not a place I’ll be going back to.

I have been going to the salon for my eyebrows since 2018. I have tried out other salons, but I always go back to this one. I have only had my eyebrows done by Naz and Rozy. They have never let me down. I have had facials, eyebrows, full face, and eyebrow tinting done at this location. Everyone is always so friendly. They do have their rush hours, but they get you in and out in an efficient time. They will always be the only place where I will get my eyebrows done.

Mena is very sweet! She listens and shes very detailed at her work! Had to find a new eye brow specialist since one last one to another state.

Minu is the best at the salon. She waxes SO well and minimizes pain as well. Best waxer I’ve ever been to. She also makes eyebrows look very nice. Highly recommend

Im new to the area and wanted to get my eyebrows done so I found this place online it had good reviews for the most part so I expected my eyebrows to co.e out really good, I am SO DISAPPOINTED with the way they came out i feel like I could have done this myself at home NEVER going back. Ill be seeing someone else in the next few day that can hopefully do them right

Reason I give them 3* She charge me $8 for shampoo after cut hair.$ 12 hair cut plus $ 8 shampoo. Total $ 20. It’s not fair for $ 8 shampoo. I do lot place shampoo after hair cut on past no one charge $ 8 for shampoo it’s too much. Cut hair nice but shampoo price too much. I never go there again.

I’ve been coming here for years. Whether it’s haircuts, threading, or anything else, I’ve never been let down. They always do their best to keep their service fast and everyone is super friendly and welcoming!

Ive been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed for about 5 years. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. The salon, waiting, and restroom is always clean and organized. This is not one of those places that will thread your eyebrows too thin. They know exactly what you mean if you want to keep your thick eyebrows. She shapes them amazingly as well! I havent gone to anyone else since!

Close to home and they have my eyebrows looking great!

I told them I didnt want a bald head i wanted it be normal on the top and small hair on the sides. The lady there literally ignored me and she instead gave me a bald head that I never asked for. I hope this store shuts down. I kept on telling her to not do that and that and she kept saying Ok. Never come to this place ever again.

I am not sure if they have a new owner or what. I went a few weeks ago and the woman just put hot hot wax on me. It burned so bad I will not be going back. My underarms were highly irritated after this wax. Worst waxing experience ever.

The owners are very friendly and they do an amazing job on your eyebrows. They don’t rush and take their time threading them. Overall, bad for the price you pay for $5 cash $6 on card. I would highly recommend this place if you live nearby the area for eyebrow threading.

I went in on a Tuesday afternoon, they werent busy at all. I was taken in right away. They did a good job. Just enough chit chat to keep it casual. Mitri did a good job on both my upper lip and eyebrows.

I always come here to get my eyebrows done since they always know what I want but the last time I went, my experience was terrible! I was rushed because there was another customer behind me. There was a new lady who was working here who dug into my eyebrows so harshly that its been stinging for days. She did not even properly care for my eyebrows (both before and after) and rushed me away even though I came first and had been waiting for a while. I especially asked her to keep my eyebrows thick and she still made them so thin. I recommend Rosys when the other workers and the owner are here but not when this new lady is here. There should be some decency and respect to a paying customer. Im disappointed in their service for the first time.

Good price for threading. Not very friendly though. Worker overlooked me for another woman that came in after me until the receptionist told her I was there first. Worked because I was in pinch but probably wouldnt go back.

I started coming here about four years ago. I moved to Grayson, GA but still make the 20-25 min drive here to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. The ladies here ... especially Naz provide great customer service. She remember regular customers years later. Highly recommend coming here for eyebrows, upper lip, and even full face wax. Nice place, love to get my eyebrows done here . I get threading only $5 if you use cash , if you use a card its $6. They have lots of services as haircuts and facials , waxing & etc really good on prices . Staff is nice & friendly definitely feel welcomed .

My mother came to this place to get her hair done and left this place crying. The lady doing her hair would not listen to what she wanted and was not attentive. She was more concerned with gossiping with the other stylists at the salon. She even used a dirty hair brush on my mom with other peoples hair in it which is was trying to clean out as doing my moms hair. Do not come here. Bad service, dirty and disrespectful. I will definitely be spreading the word. They did not feel bad about their horrible service in the slightest bit.

Naz did a horrible job on my eyebrows ! This has been the third time going with Naz and I never had a problem with her until today. She messed up my eyebrow shape and she thin them down WAY TOO MUCH. I have thick eyebrows and she literally left them like a thin line, I always specify how I want my brows , just a clean up don’t change my shape of my brow. She rushed during the process just because other clients were waiting. I waited as well just like everyone else. This time it was Horrible service from Naz.

I have been here thrice and was promised Groupon pricing if I don’t buy the Groupon so that they don’t have to pay commission to Groupon. Now, after i did my service, they suddenly denied me the price. I am never going there again. Its not about paying, i always tip the lady no matter how rushed her services are out of courtesy and she also didn’t accept that she told me that.

Very rude people. Walked in and sat for 20 mins and no one ever greeted us. Two employees stood at the chairs not working and never helped. Not friendly at all.

They do amazing eyebrows . I only trust them to do mine . They have great prices also . I used to go the place near them but one day I went to check them out and they did a great job .
