If I could I would have rated ZERO. I made a mistake choosing Express Scripts’s as my medical pharmacy. I call to request 1-day delivery for 1 prescription, spoke to a supervisor, she processed the charges with no problem but express shipped wrong medication. This is Exprees Script’s main problem, they don’t listen to their customers. I only request 1-prescription per month to be delivered next day, but the supervisor express deliver the medication she want to, it like talking to a wall. Horrible customer care

Whoever put 5 stars for this company wow.... the lies... horrible company. Horrible experience. If you like this place I guess you have 6 hours to waste on a phone call and get no where!!!! Horrible customer care.!! This place should be no stars. The ones that put 5 stars didnt even leave a review.

Automatic bank transfers to them from my mother’s and my account. Mom passed away and 6 months later, I’m STILL trying to get that last “premium” returned to me.My next step? I’ll be contacting my States Attorney General and let THEM light a fire under these shysters.Avoid these run-arounds!

The paperwork you get and what they say are two different things! They put you on hold for hours! I think they hire people who are great at knowing nothing!! They cant do anything when you call because they cant do anything they say. I cant believe these people!! Be prepared for hours on hold AND rude people who cant do anything. !!!

Worst experience ever! They lie, put you on hold for hours, rude as hell. They got mean to my elderly dad! There prices are out of this world horrible. And they never know what they are doing ! Always saying I dont have excess to that... like huh....

Please try to avoid this pharmacy if at all possible! The insurance from my work uses only express scripts for prescriptions. Every 3 months for the past 5 yrs has always been a problem. They always try to pla e plan on the doctors office by saying they didnt get the prescription order. I go to the doctors office amd watch them again fax the order and get a confirmation number where it went through. Guess what? Express scripts again didnt get the order or perhaps not all prescriptions on the order! I am again on the phone with express scripts for over an hour trying to get this resolved. In the meantime, doctors has to call in a short supply script at local pharmacy since the order with express scripts has now taken 2 weeks and will take another 7 to 10 days to receive it! Well, our next 3 month supply order was placed 2 weeks ago...I was so pleased that THIS TIME express scripts actually received the script and processed it promptly!!! Yay!!! Guess what now? The order was shipped 9 days ago....USPS says they are awaiting the item! I again call for my one hour plus call to express scripts to be told it was shipped toDHL(Express Script carrier) and USPS is awaiting the item from DHL with no estimated delivery date....WTH? In the meantime, I am told to have doctor call in a short term script order at local pharmacy! We end up spending more money each time for short term scripts than our copay for the 3 month supply! All the representatives say is they are sorry....sorry doesnt get our prescriptions here in a timely manner......I do not understand how some people have given this company 5 stars...they dont even deserve 1 star!!!

Usually I get hung up on, or transferred back to the automated menu. Sometimes no one ever picks up at all (>1 hour on hold after menu, no indication of when a rep will be available). The reps I do get to talk to dont have access to anything, cant really help with anything, and are pretty damn rude about it.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Reps out of the country that are hard to understand. Broken processes. Unfilled and missed percriptions. AVOID using this pharmacy if you can. - Im adding to this a year later - and wow its gotten worse. They really do not know how to fill a script.

One of the worst training experiences I have ever had. The equipment didnt work, the trainers were totally unprepared for the job they were supposed to do, and one of the trainers is entirely unsuited for her position. The software the customer service representatives use is antiquated to say the least and the most un-intuitive I have ever had to use. Most of the employees I met were very disgruntled and clearly unhappy with their job. The only people I met who did like their job were the ones who worked from home. On top of all the issues, Cigna had just bought Express Scripts so that only added to the mess and overall unhappiness of the center. I will say that my supervisor (Michelle) was top notch and really cared about her employees (no joke), but in the end she wasnt enough to keep me there. Unless you are truly desperate I would not even consider working here.

Terrible company with terrible service. Currently trying to call them and have been on hold for 40 minutes so far. Pharmacies should not have this kind of wait time. I receive stuff in the mail from them all the time but they cant even handle the patient base they have?
