Yes, I sadly have to agree with the other posters. This Safeway Pharmacy is not timely with prescriptions. They are better if we give them a day or two to fill them. Also, its best to call first to verify that the prescription is ready. If youre old and/or disabled, picking up prescriptions is somewhat of a hardship because you must walk across the entire store to the back wall area, just to discover your prescription isnt ready! You either have to wait —and the pharmacy has no chairs for people to sit— or leave and come back another time. My experience has been somewhat frustrating.August 15, 2020 — UpdateI raised this Pharmacy’s rating from 1 star to 4. Over time, the Pharmacy’s customer service has become much less frustrating now that they are more familiar with me, my medications and payment method. The pharmacist’s assistant, who gives me my medications, is dedicating more friendly effort and patience when dealing with me. I still call first to ensure my medications are ready for pickup. There has been a demonstrable improvement in customer management and servicing. A big Thank You!!

I have used them for almost 20 years and never a problem. Great service, very accurate, professional. They have do deal with a lot of very rude customers.

Havent filled there in at least 17 years, but Jim was the best. Also his rx tech was a riot! Im sure staff has changed over the years.

Worst experience ever . They are soo rude and annoying all the time . Every month I have issues with my pick up my medicane never ready on the time . When I ask for it and they says we dnt have it ready for you come tomorrow then I have to explain its urgent and I can’t skip my medicane and then this lady works their give you attitude look and reply rudely says pick up around 7 pm we dnt have it right now .

Terrible pharmacy they have never had a prescription on time they have lost my prescription multiple times stay away
