Dr.Hall and staff always professional and friendly! I feel comfortable with their assessment of my health issues and follow their requirements for my well being!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and I only waited about 10 minutes before the Doctor came in to see me.

I’ve seen Dr. Gupta for the past 6 years for sinus and throat concerns. He has been great. Takes the time to answer any questions and although not real talkative outside of your visit concerns this is a plus for me as it keeps the visit on track. The staff is kind and very efficient. This year on my visit since Covid they were very safety conscious and I felt very assured that they were doing everything possible to prevent any illness from Covid. I would recommend Dr. Gupta for any ENT concerns.

Doctor Hall is always so upbeat and happy. He’s also excellent at taking care of my ear without hurting me.

Deceptive practice with rude staff. I went in for my allergy shot wearing the same mask I wore for my initial appointment and testing. The front desk at the shot room told me to put a surgical mask on over top of my regular mask. I offered to pull my neck gaiter up over top of my mask and she told me thats not allowed.The nurse also yelled at me when the sticker with my temperature fell off my jacket. She said, you need to wear that. When I told her that I was and it simply fell off, she yelled again, well, you need to wear it. She also refused to address me by my preferred name which I told her three times.I called the main office today and asked if that was a policy at all their allergy shot rooms, and they said yes. When I asked my this was not communicated to me prior to getting my shot, they tried to transfer me to the same nurse I already talked to yesterday.I am transferring my care to a place that will speak to me in a professional manner and communicate all their policies clearly and in advance.

Dr. Gupta was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and very interested in solving my particular case. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Great personable staff at all levels. Receptionist had me back to see Dr. B promptly. The Nurse was kind and helpful. Dr. B answered all questions and had was punctual for the appointment. Great care and considerate of my time.

Husband called to have prescription filled. The script was never filled. My husband called the number provided to him after his surgery because he was having complications. The person answering the phone was extremely rude, and my husband still hasnt heard from his doctor.

The appointment was for my wife. Staff were pleasant and Dr. Grupa (ENT) was thorough in his evaluation and professional.

I’d definitely recommend them for their medical care.It might be wise to brace yourself for whoever iou speak with on the phone, though.I just called because I had to cancel an appointment bc I couldn’t find child care. Today is Wednesday, 9/30 at 1:00. My appointment was scheduled for Friday.The woman who answered the phone was pretty rude. She rushed me off the phone after I said I’d need to call back to reschedule. She cut me off before I’d finished my sentence and just sai “BYE!”Not “ok, thanks! Good bye” or “have a nice day” or even “ok, bye!”It was like talking to a child. Very unprofessional.

Worst healthcare experience ever. Between the impossible to get in touch with staff to the germaphobe doctor to the worthless CNP Rebecca Snader - who i have the biggest issue with (failure to do her job). If you value your time and money stay away from these people.

My husband was seen today by Dr. Gupta. The office was very efficient and clean. He was very friendly and Personable. I would definitely recommend him.

Had my first appointment with this practice recently. Dr. Joe Hall was great! Knowledgeable, personable and saw me right on time. The front desk person and the nurse, on the other hand, left something to be desired. Neither were very warm and welcoming and there wasnt a smile to be found between the two of them.

Professional and friendly staff. Dr.Gupta (ENT) was very helpful and explained the diagnosis clearly and advised on the best possible treatment. Would highly recommend this place for all your medical needs!

My husband seen Dr. Powell today for possible polyps in his sinuses. He wouldnt even talk about a treatment plan because we didnt have insurance, even though we clearly told them over the phone we would pay cash up front. He was very rude and short with my husband. Did absolutely nothing for him, but yet charged us for an office visit. Would NOT recommend.

I just had sinus surgery with Dr. Hall to remove polyps. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hall and his staff. I was someone who really struggled with getting this surgery done, and put it off for too long. Dr. Hall and his staff eased my concerns and helped me. This has been life changing for me. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Burkhart for a few years, and I really like him. I can get my hearing, ears, sinuses, and throat checked with one appointment. Ive also had sinus surgery from this doctor with good results.

Went for a sleep study on May 1st. I still have not heard the results after a couple of tries to get someone from the sleep division .

My FIVE year old son said to Dr. Gupta when he walked in the room “why’d you take so long?” And Dr. Gupta said to my son “I don’t like that. Don’t do that. I was helping other patients and you were a fill in so...” my son is FIVE. He is still developing patients and to talk to him like that is ridiculous, he doesn’t understand your tight schedule. I didn’t say much at the time, just let it kinda go but it was absurd to watch his interactions with my child. He’s not a good ent for kids. If you don’t want to do fill ins or you can’t handle a five year old questioning you perhaps you should change the ages of the patients you see and make a cut off time so you don’t get so overwhelmed and take it out on a child? He’s is supposed to go for a follow up appointment in two weeks and I’ll have him in a different ents office for this next visit.

They are not just bad staff bad and layer doctors, Joseph hill made a nose surgery to me because I cant breathe, He made it worst And he promised to follow up with me and I didnt hear nothing until now
