Dr. Desilva was very professional and yet very personable. Took care of my Zenkers Diverticlium as he described in advance. Was extremely good with my (nervous) wife before and afterward. Was very patient and detailed throughout the whole experience. Were very grateful. Thanks Doc.

Went in very concerned with the issues I was having because of a family history with tonsil/throat cancer. Dr. DeSilva seemed rushed the whole time and acted as if I was over reacting and he didn’t take my concerns seriously. The appointment was not thorough in the least bit, and I left with no comfort or feeling better about the issues I went in for. He sent me away with allergy meds (which did nothing for me), then I received a large bill in the mail (for nothing).

He was very thorough and took the time to explain the options in a way that showed he had my best interests in mind.
