Staff was very friendly and empathetic to my anxiety behind getting blood drawn. Greatly appreciate the smooth experience!

I had some blood drawn here today. The guy who did it was incredible. I didnt feel a thing (which is very uncharacteristic), and the puncture healed within an hour or two. Wasnt the smallest needle either. Anyways this was a great experience start to finish... if youre on the fence about going to this location or another, consider this review in your decision.

Robin is the best person I have met/seen. She makes sure kids are not anxious about the blood work. She spends enough time to make kid comfortable before drawing blood

This place is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.I had to do my 3hours glucose test. But they did it only for 2hours and sent me back. So I might have to do the test again, which requires 14hours of fasting, 4times of blood drawn, and chugging disgusting test liquid.Also my doctor never received the results from them for over 2weeks now, although gestational diabetes could be serious symptoms.I called them, fax them, contacted Quest website, but no response.If you are pregnant, just don’t go here.

Another FANTASTIC experience at Quest Labs in Dublin. Nurse Robin (I believe?!) is amazing and keeps me giggling the whole time. I dont think Ive had quite an extensive blood draw in a very long time... I was nervous as heck... she made it painless and super fast. Very easy to schedule online or just as you get there as a walk in. Walked in and only waited 15 mins. Top notch!

I walked in... checked in via kiosk. Called right back. The ladies put me immediately at ease with fun banter... I have small veins and my tech was amazing! I would recommend coming here for your lab needs.

Had to go in for a pre employment drug test...man! They had some really good drugs there! Lmao...I kid! I kid! Really tho... The check in was kiosk was simple to use and the staff moved quickly and were friendly... Cant ask for much more... While steadily holding a cup to get pee on your hand... ;)

Was skeptical about going here because the reviews that were good have no profile picture :PSo after the unenthusiastic receptionist took my paperwork. I didnt wait too long. Then the RN (who I wont name, but SO want to) who was doing my labs made snarky remarks about where I wanted my labs sent and what I was getting it for. I then feel like she purposefully took less care in collecting my samples and haphazardly stored them.As I was leaving she remarked Ill pray for you. In a tone that you get from the old lady at church whos judging that you didnt make it to catholic mass last Sunday.P.S. My arm is excruciating so I did most of this with talk to textAvoid here if you can...

My 15 year old son needed blood drawn and our practitioner was absolutely fantastic. She gave him tips on how to be calm and let him know what she needed from him and then chatted with him the entire time to keep him distracted. It was a great experience.

They are such as scammers! Not going to this place ever again.

Kym and Robin always take care of me when I visit them! They know me by name and they are always wonderful and happy to be there!

I came in on a Saturday without an appointment (I expected to wait awhile) and was in and out in about an hour. The waiting area is very small, but the staff do their best to keep things moving. The woman who performed my blood draw was very kind!

Remember, its a service center not an ice cream social. That said, they were polite, knowledgeable, professional. Exactly what I expected. Great experience!

Called 3 days in a row; no one ever returned my call. Finally, had to take half day off work to go in for testing. Only one guy there (name Lucky). Tried to black out his name with black marker on my copy of drug screen testing after I insisted that my name/initials be on my sample and confirm it be sealed; said I dont need his information on my copy. Got upset when I reminded him that this is an official/legal document, etc. and that I was entitled to a copy of exactly what I signed.I was very uncomfortable leaving my sample with him b/c of his actions.Rude. Extremely unprofessional. Worse customer service ever!

Professional, fast, experienced. They know what they are doing and do it well. In and out in about 15 minutes.

Showed up as a walk-in, from next door at the Scioto Family Physicians with my wife, checked in, and the screen said we had 28 minutes and we were already on a tight schedule. More walk ins came in, and one of the individuals that works here got jumped ahead of 5 people with preferential treatment. Had to stand outside in the cold because there was no seating available and it’s 29 degrees outside! Very unprofessional, but the phlebotomist was nice so that got them 2 stars instead of one. Very disappointing.

Staff was rude and unsympathetic.

Some staff seem really upset to have to speak with customers. Let it pass the first time, but the next experience was the same. They would probably be better served to just hang a sign that reads 1. Sign in. 2. Dont speak until your name is called.

Horrible, unprofessional staff. Was told by background check firm when I could stop by for drug screening. After signing in, providing my paperwork and waiting for 10 mins; Im told they cant do the screening...they stopped at 3:30 and our computers are down. Yet, theyre taking back others for other visit types. Go to Labcorp or another local phlebotomist.

Extremely unprofessional service. Made an appointment online for noon drug screening, left work, when I got there woman said they arent doing screenings again until 1:30, and to come back. Cut me off to speak with someone else, shut glass door while I was trying to speak with her. Overall, rude, unprofessional, and a a waste of my lunch break.

Very rude and terrible customer service! Wait was long with a frustrating check in process! Waiting room is small and muggy!

What a joke this place is. Who doesnt come to the front desk for over 15 minutes to check on customers. And then when they finally decide to come do their job they are rude.
