Quick and easy automated check in, friendly staff, and the tech who did my blood draw is the GOAT - I have difficult veins, and she had no problems tapping one on the first try.

I was surprised that when I arrived around 8am, there was only one person there, so my wait was short....Also, I had a great experience with Kanika Edwards! It appeared that she was there alone-leaving her to do reception and take care of me. She was kind, funny and professional. I hope she gets a token of appreciation, a raise or something. Thanks for helping make my morning enjoyable Ms. Edwards:)

Oh my goodness, the girl who took my blood was amazing on Saturday. I hate needles. I was in and out in 10 min. I work in Heart and Vascular scheduling at OSU. I will definitely tell the patients where to come, if they need a Saturday 😁

Please change your hours to 4:30 if you arent willing to do work after that time. Its a waste of time to travel there and not be allowed to give a sample because of lazy workers.

Scheduled appointment online (I dont think the check-in system works) and showed up 30 minutes early to check in. I never received a text stating it was time to come in, however when I went in 1 minute before my appointment I had blood drawn and left within 90 seconds. I would not have thought that it would be possible to have this done this quickly. The front woman was running everything (including blood draw) and as such she seemed a little stressed but was very quick and professional which I value over niceties and as such will come back for all my testing needs.

Ive been here twice. Once before Covid and once after (today). I havent had a problem either time. Currently they only have one person manning the desk and drawing blood. My tech seemed tired, but she was professional and was really slick with the needle. I hate needles and getting blood drawn, so thats saying something. Im sorry others have had issues, but I havent.

If I could give zero stars I would. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience this morning was the worst I have ever had with LabCorp or any company ever. I did not get the woman’s name, but whoever was working the front desk this Saturday morning was a very rude and unhelpful person. To start she was NOT wearing a mask over her mouth and nose (it was on her chin) the entire 20 minutes I was there which made me very uncomfortable. Secondly when I checked in she told me that she needed a form but did not tell me what kind of form. She just raised her hands and waved them at her computer in aggravation. This is experience would have been completely different had this woman shown some patience, but instead she treated me like I was wasting her time (I was the only customer there) and inconveniencing her.

The front desk person was absolutely the rudest individual I have encountered. There was an issue with my order that my doctor needed to fix and she was speaking to me as if it was my fault. She was very short and rude and was not helpful in telling me how to resolve my issue. Every suggestion I made she just rolled her eyes and scoffed at me. She was also falling asleep at the desk while I was attempting to get ahold of my physician. It appeared as if she was under the influence of something.This is absolutely not the type of service I expect from such a well known and what I thought was reputable, company.

Made an appointment and went to the office with the tests my allergist needed done. Waited 15-20 minutes, not the worst. Witnessed the receptionist be rude to a woman asking questions and told her to go sit down. When it was my turn they said a very common allergen wasn’t real and called my allergist who didn’t answer to get clarification. Allergist didn’t answer so they told me to call LabCorp back in a few days so reschedule. I called, left a message, and never heard back.

Hello, I was told by my insurance company that the location on Wilson Place in Dublin, Ohio was open 8-5 on Saturdays. After confirming the order was sent, I arrived at this location about 11:40 am, and I was surprised to see the hours on the door were 8 am - 11:30 am, yet the hours on a card by the front desk said 8 am to noon.After standing in the empty lobby for a few minutes without any greeting, I yelled “hello.” A voice from a back room told me to check in on the kiosk. I asked if I needed an appointment. The voice asked what I needed & I said a blood draw for my 2-year-old. I promptly heard “nuh-uh.” The front desk staff said they never received her order, and I called the pediatrician from the labcorp office to have it resent.The woman then told me my child couldn’t be drawn today because they sent their second person home early because they weren’t busy. I was told they needed two people - one to stick & one to put on the tubes - to draw a child.I’m a nurse, and in my nearly 7 years of practice I’ve never heard of such ridiculousness. I offered to help, and I was declined.It was obvious the folks working didn’t want to do their jobs, and this caused an unnecessary delay in care for my daughter. I won’t be back.

I didnt have to wait long. The staff are saints considering they have to be secretaries, counselors, medical coders and nurses. Im a tough stick and Nurse Molly(Nice Blonde Lady) was excellent at drawing blood her first try. I know it takes long people but understand the staff is scrambling to get the job done behind the scenes.

I have never had a bad experience here. Anytime I need labs done this is my go to lab.Hardly ever have to wait. Longest wait time might have been ,15min.

Some of these reviews seem outdated. The staff size did seem a little small, and there was a short wait (that should be expected for walk ins), but the staff was very nice and professional and I will definitely come here in the future if I have other lab work.

Was able to schedule an appointment for a bioscreening during lunch hour. They were prepared, efficient and it was quick. In and out in about 20 min! Got the results in the next day. Great work.

I went to drop off a specimen on Saturday way Before noon they closed but the website shows as they open till 12:00. I again went on a working day at 1:15pm they closed for lunch, opened at 1:30PM and then it took almost 40 mins to drop off the specimen. No greeting. No update abot the delay, no clue in what order they serve. Check-in system is there but didn’t get what order they served.

I have lab work done routinely; staff member was dressed very casual/unprofessional in leggings, sneakers and a t-shirt. No name tag. She barely spoke to me or gave directions; certainly did not explain what she was doing nor inquire on how I was feeling after having 12 vials drawn, as well as being fasting. I wasn’t even sure that I was finished and free to go; until she vaguely stated so. I had made an appointment at 8:30 and arrived on time; was taken back 20 mins later. There was 2 drug screen clients arrived before me. I saw 2 employees on site. The only reason I drove 20 minutes to this location as insistence of my doctor that I use Labcorp. While their reputation for the most sensitive lab testing, with exception of Esoterix; this collection site does no favors to Labcorp’s reputation from a patient perspective.

Wouldnt take my blood or 24 hour urine. Told me I needed to take to mayo clinic. Mayo clinic isnt in Ohio and lady from mayo clinic advised girl behind counter to take sample. Girl called supervisor who told me my doc had to pay for the test before they would do it....what?! Girl didnt even know what the labs were...and she works at a lab. Went right over to Dublin Methodist hospital lab and guess what. Took my sample, drew my blood, all in 5 min. I should also mention that Im a nurse so Ive dealt with many many labs before. Never met so many clueless ppl in one location.

Word of advice for labcorp: CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO 9( or whatever) to 4:30 if you are not going to test people after 4:30. Another word of advice: “do not be conscending” and tell someone “they better hurry up cause I’m not waiting” because you have bad business practices. Keep your screen door open so you can keep some type of mental note that customers are outside and do your job. I went in twice and after she undid the screen door there were over five people in the waiting room. Did she know? Lol, of course not. Feel that it’s a race thing honestly

I showed up this morning for a blood draw at 7am. The lab opens at 7, but no one showed up to work that day. 5 other people and I were waiting outside. I finally left at 7:22 when still no one had shown up. Very very unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Every time I go the wait is crazy. Walked in today, there were 7 people waiting-all had been there more than 30 min and agreed no patients had come or gone. I left and will not return . Ain’t nobody got time for that.
