I have been getting semi-annual skin checks here since 2004. They are always on top of things and are very careful and considerate. In my March checkup, Kate found a suspicious spot and biopsied it. It turned out to be basal cell carcinoma and they needed to take it out. They helped schedule me and I was able to get in within two weeks. Dr. K did the Mohs surgical technique and then carefully sewed me up. It was a two day experience- first day got rid of all the bad cells and second day closed it up. The care was amazing. Dr. K and Nurse Liz were outstanding! They were patient, answered all my questions in language I could understand, and the two procedures were quick and painless. Both Dr. K and Nurse Liz followed up by phone the day after each procedure to make sure all was well. The discharge and home care instructions were thorough and so well explained that an elementary student could follow them.I would not go anywhere else for my skin care.

I went in for a laser hair removal consult and I wasnt even examined. When I spoke to Quinton from the office he said that the nurse had noted that she did have me remove my mask to look at my face. That did NOT happen. I am very disappointed because I had heard many good things. I will not be returning to their office.

We had an issue with getting the necessary doctor’s excuse for my husband’s employer. The office manager was very arbitrary and unhelpful; however, the nurse practitioner who treated my husband reached out to us to correct the issue and provide him with the documentation he needed.

Have just phoned to schedule my appointment. I heard clearly them pick up the phone and hang it up immediately.So, I was ignored! Really frustrating ...

So far so Good! It does take a little time to get an appointment but when I had an urgent issue they did their best to get me in to the first available appointment with my Dr. and I really appreciated that. No complaints

Got an appointment quickly, I showed up early to my first appointment and filled out all paperwork on their website. They got me in QUICKLY Dr Kay was in quickly and is very friendly answered all my questions. Took a biospy and I was in my way in less than 45 minutes start to finish.

I tried schedule an appointment for a rash/itchiness I had from switching my laundry detergent. When I called they could get me in on the third for the rash (Which I told him I probably would not have by the time the third came because I was on a steroid for it) but needed to get a full body scan of my moles. When I went to the appointment, They did not have me down for a full body scan. The PA did not have time to do it because she had to be somewhere at noon and apologized. I told her that I felt bad I wasted everyone’s time (including mine/missing work) and that I would’ve canceled my appointment had I have known this from the beginning. She said she wasn’t the one that scheduled the appointment so it was out of her hands. They then billed me for the scheduling error/visit and my $50 co-pay Instead of making things right and just excusing the whole ordeal.I’m all about paying my bills for my services, but not when I was not serviced. I am going to contact the medical board about it and my insurance company.

I have benn going here for years. I have not had any billing issues. My only compaint ia the amount of time it sometimes takes to get an appointment.
