Cynthia is a standout who cares about patients, their schedules and following up on insurance issues. I have to thank her especially for quickly handling my mistake of mixing up appointments between my husband and I rather the telling me to come back another time. She is a gem who cares.

Dr. Ignacio and staff is amazing!!!! I took my two young daughters 4 and 7 in yesterday. I have never seen two kids more excited to go to the dentist. They were gentle and kind. Most important for them is that it didnt hurt and they got to watch tv in the afternoon and it was Pokemon (something they dont get to do at home). Thank you so much for making there experience so great. I got my teeth cleaned as well and had a great experience. I had some bleeding of the gums even though I do floss everyday. Instead of being yelled at like I have before, they took time to teach me. To ensure I am flossing propertly and also recommend a particular dental floss to use that might help. The front office staff is amazing as well. They kept an eye on my 7 year old when the 4 year old was getting her teeth cleaned and I was with her. When my mother came to pick up one of the children while my teeth was getting cleaned, I could hear them from the room. They truly ensured my daughter identified her and she was how I described her before they let her go home with her. I am very thankful I found this dentist.

I was one of those patients who has a lot of fear and anxiety when going to the Dentist but when I googled Dr Cynthia Ignacio and read all her good reviews online I decided to take the first step and made my first Consultation appointment. I was greeted with a familiar friendly face Tammy which automatically put me at ease. The staff at Dublin family dental is very friendly. I never have problems checking in or making an appointment because they work with you. I was there for a filling last week and I have allergies to a certain component in anesthesia. dr. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and she treated me with that most careGiven this history. There are no words to express my gratitude for Dr. Ignacio. Yesterday (Saturday) my daughter fell and several of her front teeth were chipped and displaced. I called Dr. Ignacio’s answering service and within minutes was speaking to her directly. Within two hours of that phone call my daughter was sitting in her office having her teeth fixed. My family and I have been going here for over 15 years. Dr. Ignacio is the gentlest dentist and is super kind and patient with children. The office staff is always friendly amd super efficient with quick replies to emails amd phone messages.

The dental clinic was clean and the rooms were private. They have a strict Covid protocol that includes a questionaire prior to and day of the appt., mask req. to enter, temp. screening as you enter, alcohol dispenser, and staff wore masks.The staff I encountered were friendly, helpful, professional and efficient!I appreciate Dr. Ignacios thoroughness, knowledge and patience in explaining everything to me from her findings, prevention and plan of care.
