Dr. Ford’s staff is top notch! Alex, my hygienist, even remembered I was expecting a new grandchild! Dr. Ford is so thorough but always takes the time to ask how you are personally and what is going on in your life. The practice has added a new dentist, Dr. Ellen Sasilaw and, trust me, she is just as nice and as thorough as Dr. Ford. I highly recommend this practice!

Every person in that office is kind, and genuinely cares about the people sitting in those dental chairs. The entire operation is first rate. The reception process is smooth. All staff members are friendly, welcoming and informative. They use technology the right way by setting reminders for appointments.The technicians performing the cleanings are all very good at their jobs, and offer very helpful advice on dental care.Dr. Ford herself is a wonderful medical professional who clearly cares about her patients well-being.I have never had a negative experience with this practice.I also feel strongly that this practice never pushes the normal upgrades you find with other dentists.
