To make it clear this bad rating is NOT about Dr. Scheetz. He is a exceptional Oral Surgeon & I would go to him if I needed work down the road. He has done extractions, implants, bone grafts & more on me.IT’S ABOUT THE RECEPTIONISTThe Problem:The last 2 times I called they refused to make a appt for me to see Dr.Scheetz. They told me I needed to call various other dentist.The first time I was told to call a periodontist whenDr. Scheetz ,the last time I saw him, said he could do what I needed done.Then, Today I called because one of the implants is loose, it hurts down into my jaw when I eat & continues to throb after eating.The receptionist asked if I called the restorative dentist or the general dentist. I have not seen the restorative dentist in 10 years & won’t ever see him ever again and I have seen my general dentist.The receptionist was like “the last time you sawDr. Scheetz was 2019”. Who cares. He is the one who did all the work so he’s the one who should follow.I guess, when my implants fall out & I need more oral surgery I will finally get a appt.Again this is NOT about Dr. Scheetz

Worst experience with a doctor’s office I’ve had in my adult life. My original consultation was October 2020. I started treatment in December 2020 with an orthodontist based on the course of treatment laid out by Dr Scheetz. In March of 2021 I can began to contact their office to schedule a follow up appointment and surgery date. Since then I’ve called every 1-2 weeks and have yet to be able to reach someone to book an appointment. I’ve spoken with reception, left voicemails with the manager, explained that this is holding up my treatment plan, asked to switch doctors. I’ve even had the orthodontist’s office call twice and still no response. At this point, I have requested a refund, and plan to file a formal complaint with the medical board . It’s a shame because I’ve heard so many great things about Dr Scheetz as a surgeon, and my consultation went well. Unfortunately the administrative side is so poor that I’m forced to move on.

The office took wonderful care of my 89 year old mom who required extensive dental work. Very friendly and effective staff. Strongly recommend this office.

Dr Rekos is excellent in his service as well as a good communicator as to your needs and the procedure. The personnel, business and health assistant are all communicative about the preparation and needs during your procedure. The business people communicate well and are welcoming.True experts and professional. The best of my 2 experiences.

Thought I would leave a review since there aren’t that many and one negative one is pulling the rating down. Nice place, professional staff, took all 4 of my wisdom teeth out with next to no pain, and they also called later that day to make sure I was doing ok.

This office should be the standard not just for oral and maxillofacial care but for any consumer business. The staff is very professional AND personable...compassionate. Dr. Sheetz takes out time (sits down) to discuss a team approach regarding my dental care. Try them...youll love them! I guarantee it!
