Dr. Rassiwala has been my dentist for almost 5 years. I commute over 45 minutes to see the dentist. Her and the staff have truly been helpful, great at explaining procedures and treatment process. It’s hard to find a great dentist who is the upmost gentle, kind, understanding and non-judgmental. The staff understands a visit to the dentist may not always be pleasant, so they make your experience comfortable. The treatment received is high quality with care. Aurea is informative when it comes with insurance questions and is genuine about catching up while waiting. Renee also explains what the doctor will do next and keeps you in the loop of what is coming next during your visit. They give you a step by step walk through of your visit. You always receive a fair quote before any treatment begins. Everything is explained in a thorough and thoughtful manner. I recommend this care provider to anyone looking for a gentle, courteous and understanding office. No issues with billing at all. They offer many options should you need costly treatment. Their vision is a healthy mouth, healthy life. I will always be a patient here.

I have been going to Dr Farhanna since many years. I am scared of dentists, no matter how nice they look. My entire family started going to Dentist Farhana so I thought lets give it a shot, anyway I have to drive kids. Now its been a few years and I am fairly comfortable with this practice. The hygienists and the dentist are 5 stars. They are patient, compassionate and very accommodating. Dr Farhanna is the coolest dentist around trivalley.

Dr Rasiwala is genuine about wanting her patients to have a good experience in her office. I have a lot of fear when it comes to dentists and in the beginning I always asked for nitrous but she has such a gentle touch I rarely need it anymore. She’s awesome!

I have been coming here since they opened and they have made me feel so welcome like visiting a friends house. The Dr. explains everything so you understand all the details of what is going on and what it means. Her priority is to make you feel comfortable. My boyfriend needed some work done and I told him you have to go to Inspire Smile Dental they are amazing!! So, he went for an exam and I asked what do you think?, He said, I:m comfortable there Im gonna get my work done here set up the appointment. They are amazing!!

I am studying to become a dental assistant and one of the things that I have to do is take 2 sets of homework X-Rays. I called Inspire and they immediately said that I could come in and do my X-rays there. When I went in they were so nice and down to earth! They have upgraded X-ray equipment and I didn’t know how to use it so Renee showed me how it worked. It took me some time to get used to and Renee was very patient with me! I would recommend any student to go here because of how comfortable I felt.

The staff walked through each step of my visit and kind enough to make sure I understood everything that was being done.

I was very impressed with all of the staff. The doctor herself was excellent, and gave me clear information with no drama (like trying to upsell me on things I couldnt afford). I was stressed out going in, but I wont hesitate to go back. I have to return to get some work done, and while Im nervous about the procedure (fear of needles), I feel confident that I am in good hands, which makes it easier.

Well, as much as you can love a dentist. I had been shopping for a dentist and tried here, after trying another. She was willing to discuss what I had been told and offered her own opinion on what she felt the priorities should be, I had not gone in years, and why. If I had went with the other, I would paid out a very large amount of money and still not have done the work she has done. Very happy and can feel a noticeable difference.

Have had a good experience here with teeth cleaning, a couple cavities, and a couple crowns. There was a miscommunication about the type of crowns available in terms of what my insurance covered, but that was a small issue that was rectified pretty quickly.

Great staff.. Great Dentist...And they have Netflix. What else do you need! Side note: the office is extremely clean and has great lighting if that helps.

Fancy office and friendly staff. Dr Rassiwala is very pleasant and friendly with her patients. The environment is very comfortable when you walk in...My first visit, I specifically requested ONLY for teeth cleaning since I have a regular dentist. I came here because of proximity and the office accepts Denti-Cal. (by the way, Denti-Cal ONLY covers xrays and teeth cleaning. It covers nothing else) After all the XRays, teeth cleaning, I went back home and was unsatisfied with my teeth cleaning.I was quoted over $2500 in upcoming dental work on my teeth (2 of them). Not going into my medical details here. I went to my regular dentist and he said theres nothing wrong with one of my tooth. The other one has a minor cavity. Some work does need to be done on one of my tooth, but not both.Unfortunately, our health care/dental care depends on our insurance and I have Dental-Cal. I am sure Dental-Cal doesnt pay a lot to doctors and its one of those bad insurance. If you have better insurance, I think your experience will probably be different from mine. The doctors can just perform necessary work and just do deep cleaning and charge the insurance company.Nevertheless, I do feel the treatment plan was very aggressive on my first visit. I understand doctors have bills to pay, but how do you feel if you walk into a dental office and someone gave you a $2500 quote on your first visit? I would get a second opinion...

Ive had severe dental anxiety since I was very young and avoided the dentist at all costs for over a decade because of a bad experience with one dentist (I know, I know.) The first time I visited Dr. Rassiwala, she patiently listened to my concerns, asked gentle questions about what my specific fears were and then took the time to answer how she would help them and how we could work through them together. It is SO rare to have an entire dental team (Dr. R, Aurea and Renee) who make the experience a positive one start to finish. Now four years later, she STILL remembers my concerns, talks me through every part of each procedure, even if its just a simple cleaning and she and Renee take the time to check in to make sure Im comfortable. Dental work is never going to be enjoyable for me, but the team at Inspire Smiles makes me feel confident that Im in good hands. Dr. R will always give you the full rundown of procedures she recommends, but there is never any pressure to purchase. As with any medical facility, I always recommend checking your insurance statement to be sure it is correct, because insurance is complicated! Finally, the massage chairs and Netflix are a major plus and make the experience that much more comfortable for anxiety prone patients like me.

My family and I have been patients with Dr. Farhana Rassiwala since 2017. Dr.Rassiwala is a very experienced and gentle dentist. She is great with little kids and has a lot of patience with them. Her office too is nicely updated with tvs right above the dental chairs which also provide a light massage when you sit on them. I would highly recommend Dr. Rassiwala.

I have finally found a dentist who is very quality oriented, gentle, and someone whom I can trust w/o worrying about the sales pitch .. they use the latest technology & dental equipment; cleanliness is top notch; and are very accommodating with scheduling. I would highly recommend getting a 2nd opinion and a 2nd quote.I came here because of proximity, where I had been a patient here for over two years. I had no oral issues except cavities prior to coming here.I received routine cleanings and got cavity fillings. Food buildup between my teeth escalated, causing sensitive gums, then daily and hourly pain. Obligated by law and ethics to present the appropriate treatment, a clever diagnosis was devised, which wouldve costed me hundreds. Over the course of two years, each visit induced more visits, with more recommendations for further treatments.Little did I know these issues came from defective fillings from this office. The majority of the fillings Ive received here have overhangs, as pointed out by another X-ray I had done. When the filling isnt smoothed out along the shape of the original tooth, a jagged overhang can catch food and floss. While flossing, my floss caught on to one of these overhangs, where one filling came out completely. I had never experienced this with any of my fillings done elsewhere.I have paid hundreds for these fillings (although they shouldve been covered by my insurance minus the copay). Unfortunately, I had to get every single filling Dr. Rassiwala has done--redone. Once I redid all of the fillings, it costed me $50 at a different dentist. My insurance hasnt changed in years, yet the quote was different for the exact same procedures at Inspire Smiles. Id recommend confirming your bill on your insurance statement before paying. Ive been prompted to pay a higher price than the actual statement on my insurance at least three times. Had I not double checked, I wouldve paid more; often times, more than double. They do not honor their Yelp offer (live as of today, not honored since I asked months ago).Prior to coming here, I never had issues during or after eating. After treatments here, meals were no longer enjoyable. I carried floss in every bag and every jacket. Now that the fillings have been re-done, I can enjoy meals again! No more pain, bloody gums, or lost fillings. Life before coming here has been restored.Having the latest and the best digital technology is insufficient. New equipment, massage chairs, Netflix, and nice furnishings dont make up for shoddy work. If you have excellent oral health to begin with, this might be okay for preventive care (although you may be paying more for it here). For any other treatments or procedures, I would recommend continuing your search.I am gladly traveling farther for sound oral care._______________________TL;DRPricing is questionable and inconsistent.Treatments prompt further treatments.Poor work paired with excessive amenities.

Been going to this dental office for the last few years, and love the service and quality of equipment they use here!

I saw the advertisement on Groupon and great reviews and wanted to try out Dr Rassiwala. She and her staff were friendly. However, teeth whitening kit didnt work well so she gave me a different one. Deep cleaning and Invisalign were suggested by Dr Rassiwala and I had her only do the deep cleaning procedure and a filling. My tooth became sensitive after she did the filling. I went to see other dentists and they didnt recommend deep cleaning nor Invisalign to fix just one slightly crooked tooth. Never in my life did any other dentists recommend Invisalign to me. I end up paying more for unnecessary treatments which Ive heard from others that this can happen at new dental practices.

I had my cavities treated and teeth whitened by Dr. Rassiwala a few months ago and had 0 issues so far. My teeth still feels white and clean.The equipment in this dentistry is super up-to-date, at least compared to other dentists Ive been to. TV and Pandora music was available during the treatment. I didnt use it, but it was nice to have the option.Dr. Rassiwala seemed very knowledgeable and was patient in answering all of my questions. She is very thorough in explaining what problems you may have, why it is a problem, how she plans to treat it, and any possible side effects. Dr. Rassiwala also ensured that I am comfortable during my entire stay in the office.I would highly recommend Inspire Smiles Dental to anyone who is looking for a genuine, knowledgeable, and professional dentist.
