Dr. Mullis & staff are really good & always seem to act like they care about their patients. Youre able to tell when you speak with them either on the phone or in person which is a nice thing

They were fast at getting an appointment, and the visit was great too.

My appointment was at 3:00 and I came in at 2:30 early enought to fill my paperwork out and still be on time for my 3:00 appointment. .So I finished my paperwork in about 15 minutes so now its 2:45 and I Waited... Waited... Waited now its 3:51.. Still waiting.. Debating about getting my deposit back... By the way theyre not busy at all finally i get called back at 3:55.

Appointment at 330 showed up 315 at 440 I asked for my copay back and left yet another Dr office in Dublin that doesn’t understand what a appointment time means I already switched my regular Dr to Macon don’t know why I thought this office would be different I watched 3 people come in after me and get called back before me if more people would switch to out of town Dr these in Dublin would get there acts together I have waited in Macon no more than 15 minutes usually less which is how it should be with a appointment they act like there time is more important than there customers and don’t get it wrong that’s what we are to them just money so we need to treat them like any other store or restaurant we visit if u get bad service don’t go back hurt there pockets will get there attention
