I was referred to Southland by an online hearing aid company. Dr. McKinney performed the exam, recommended a specific hearing aid that fit my need and requirements, and referred me back to the online company for purchasing and financing of the recommended hearing aids. Needless to say, I purchased my hearing aids from an independent supplier that offered no other services. Dr. McKinney, being a professional service provider, programmed, fitted, and instructed on how to use and clean my new hearing aids. (Yes, there was a reasonable fee for doing that.)I would recommend Southland.

Dr. Mckinney was very helpful through the entire process. Safe practices were followed every time I was in the office. Would highly recommend Southland Hearing.

Dawn, has been very helpful and has answered all my questions, adjusted me hearing aids several times, added additional features to my app that was provided and has been encouraging me often . I would defiantly recomend her and her company.

The Audiologist met with my father and me on New Years Eve. The appointment was on time, she was very nice to my dad and listened to his concerns, did the tests and determined what would be good for him. She didnt try to sell him more than what he needed or that his Medicare would cover. We had to reschedule his appointment for the fitting once the hearing aides came in as he lives out of town and my mom was ill, but she was very understanding and accommodated us when he was available. The fitting went fine, he is very happy with his hearing aides, he received additional batteries, two cases and will have a 3-year warranty and free replacement batteries for 3 years. I highly recommend her!

A good audiologist is as important as the hearing aids you buy. This is what I found at Southland Hearing with Dawn. She knew the products and she understood my hearing loss. We had a nice conversation about the history of my hearing loss, past hearing aids Ive worn, and my hopes and expectations for them. I was fortunate to have insurance for most of the cost, but she did not pressure me at all to get anything I couldnt afford or wasnt comfortable with. She was so kind and understanding, and I will go to her for all of my needs in the future.

The testing, learning about the hearing aid options, the purchase and the follow up have been very good.Dr. Dawn has been wonderful to work with.

Excellent care! I purchased my hearing aids and Com-Dex Remote in Florida.and moved back to Ohio. I was having some problems with them and at a loss what to do until I contacted Southland. With the service that Dawn provided my hearing aids are perfect and my remote replaced. I first mentioned excellent care but it was beyond excellent.

I appreciated the opportunity to upgrade the hearing aids; they are working well. The fitting with the longer tube in the right ear seems to be ok. Quality of my hearing is improved. Location is a bit of a problem, but we are satisified.

Dr Dawn was very professional and attentive to conducting a hearing test and recommending the right hearing aids that would improve my hearing . After wearing my hearing aids for may two months, my follow up appointment did not require any adjustments and I attribute that to Dr Dawn initially prescribing the hearing aids to my hearing loss. I would recommend her as well as the Phonak hearing aids that she handles.

My dad was visiting me from out of town and had problems with both of his hearing aids for a long time. I called Southland Hearing and they gave me a fixed quote if they could fix his hearing aids. During my visit to Dr. McKinney at Southland Hearing, she was very nice, informative and fixed my dads hearing aids and also conducted a free Audiology Test and explained us his hearing problem. We were billed only the amount that was quoted on the phone, No hidden charges like so many other places charge. After getting the hearing aids fixed my dads quality of life has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend this place to anyone having hearing problems.
