Coming to this hospital was the worst experiences of my life. The staff here have NO Bedside manner and they are very unprofessional. I would NOT RECOMMEND using DCMH for any service unless its your last resort.

SCAM! THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!I went in to get a prescribed x-ray, but I went in through the emergency room door because its closest to the street. They bill $1,427 for walking in through the emergency room door! Im still fighting it, its been almost a year!

The worst hospital to ever go to!!! Obviously having paperwork done before anyone needs to go into the ER is more of a concern for them. But how can you fill out paperwork when you have an open cut on your hand with blood coming out? (Please do not respond trying to say sorry or anything like that.) Simply upgrade your systems, implement new and better policies so that people can be taken care of accordingly. Nobody should be sitting in the ER in pain and/or bleeding sitting.... and waiting like theyre in the DMV.

The staff in the ER are wonderful ....
