My experience was very good from ER to release all personnel that took care of me was polite knowledgeable of my needs and condition the food was great looked forward to when it was being served and the rooms were very clean while being short staffed the team did a great job thank you DCMH

Place is DISGUSTING. Someone vomited probably months ago and there is still stains. How is no one complaining about this hospitals sanitary standards. Especially with COVID these days. Also not to mention cobwebs and dust in corners. Also 5 our emergency wait times when they literally have no one in the ER. Seems more like a scam then a place for care. I would have given it a 0 but no option for that.

I had a positive experience here through a pretty traumatic C-section. I passed out multiple times and my recovery from my surgery was long. The nurses were amazing, especially my nurse who was with me ALL the time. I felt like she barely ever left my side. The surgeon, who Id need the prior day for a normal check up did a great job and my incision literally never bled a drop. I was slow to recover and the nurses were attentive to my pain and other needs. They also encouraged me to meet small manegable goals each day. Also, my daughters nurse was excellent and so on top of my babys needs. At the end, the head nurse came to ask me how things were, which I think is really great. Oh!!! And I had a suite for birth and recovery. I know a lot of people want to know that. I really had a positive experience here for something thats just all around not a great experience.

Called the ER department and Michele (whoever she is) answered and was very rude. I work at a hospital as well and i understand you may be stressed but you shouldn’t treat or talk to people in such a nasty way. Customer service and telephone etiquette is atrocious here.

I was there for hip replacement surgery on 09-14-2021. The staff was amazing. I was treated very well.

I have been sitting parked in the start of the parking garage for a covid test that was scheduled for 10am. I got here early, thinking it would be ready to go. It is now 1045am, and I am still sitting, parked. Apparently, they dont start testing until 1030...yet, there is STILL no technician out here apart from a security guard getting us in line. This is a pandemic, and you dont have a testing site active? What an absolute disgrace!

I was treated at Delaware County Emergency by Dr. Marc Olshan yesterday. I was seen quickly and received excellent, compassionate care. I had a minor surgical procedure in the ER and then I was sent home with medication and follow up instructions. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome!

Except the ER of Delaware county memorial hospital which is so slow and few of the staffs are not as great as they should be, I like the OPD of this hospital. Doctors, nurses and all other medical staffs are nice and friendly and do their job great! It’s a great healthcare facility in the neighborhood. We always come here for the service we need and appreciate their work.

Go somewhere else for ER. Staff is rude. This place is why the Urgent Care facilities are popping up all over the county.

Amazing hospital I have been to Taylor and Crozer and this by far has been the best hospital I have been to the nurses and doctors really are amazing here they really put you at ease with everything. The emergency staff are amazing thank you guys for all you do

I gave birth to this place almost 3 years ago and they were short staffed w nurses. Alot of complications happened that day and i felt like they were really short with me. Never again will i give birth in this facility.

Very nice Physiotherapy centre in side Delaware County Memorial Hospital with a lot of equipment and good therapist and very good quality services. This hospital can feel proud for their service in it. I can tell every people of this county can go there for good services. A patient can get a schedule for their own from it. Specially the therapist and employee of this center are very cordial to any patient for their unique behavior. I fell proud for such a center in our county.

Did not like the girl in x-ray. She was very rude and not very helpful. She should not work were she takes care of people. Not all the patients know all the rules. She could of explained them on a nicer manner.

The staff have all been very helpful friendly and nice, making what wouldve been a fairly scary surgery normally much more bearable. I always felt like I was in good hands there.

The nurse there were very mean and turned off my call button to call a nurse when I needed them , this was the worse experience in my life I still have nightmares because of the treatment there . In a hospital you should feel safe and I thought I was going to die .If you need medical treatment this is not the place to go and the food is disgusting I couldnt even eat any of it just so so wrong and dirty .

I get my depo shot here and two times they forgot to order my depo at my local drug store. Then one of the nurses gave me my depo shot and she took the needle out to fast and left depo medicine on my finger while not giving me a band-aid as my arm was bleeding.

Took a while to get me a room once admitted, and they allowed me to go home without being a least a little certain about what was going on. My stay there was pleasant though.

I came in for out of control Blood Sugar and within a few hours I was stable and feeling fine, my sugar went up slightly and the doctor thought it best for another night with little to attention afterwards this place does whatever it can to add to the bill

My mother was taken by ambulance to this hospital. The ambulance refuses to take mom to Lankenau hospital where all her doctors are located. This is one of many times she has had to endure the lack of care. Nov 2020 she was admitted I live two hours away and drove to see her. I was not allowed to see her and stayed at her home I called over and over to obtain information on my mothers condition. I was continually told her doctor would call me back. In the mean time I was able to speak to my mother who was not acting right she did not know who I was she could not use her cell phone and did not know how to dial numbers anymore and no one would listen to me . I tried to contact the nurses station and discuss this with no luck. No one ever called me to give me an update on my mother I am her POA and I am on file in the medical records. I am disgusted by this hospital and the lack of proper care and contact with a family member. She was there 10 days. My mother is clearly having cognitive issues. No one would listen to me. The only call I got was to tell me she is being transferred to another location one that had a two star review. I refused that for her and she was taken to a better location for therapy. I still have yet to speak to a doctor that was treating her. I’m taking her far away from this medical system and I am confident in the st Luke’s system I’m taking her to. God bless anyone who is to deal with this hospital they even stole my mothers expensive pajamas. And her cell phone never came back either. Stay far away.

I have always had a good experience at Delaware County Memorial Hospital. I have always been treated with respect and taken good care of. I am 70 years old and I was also born in DCMH. I love my primary doctor and I am glad he is associated with DCMH.

Went into the ER because of food poisoning. Hospital staff were very professional, empathetic, and so caring. Shout out to Dr. Dorothy Bloy, MD in the emergency department.

I recently had knee replacement on Feb 4th. And just like my surgery 8 years,ago the people and staff was so nice ..Dr Travelyn has a great team and all that took care of me were so sweet to me. I cant remember everyones name But this big burly white man named Tom was as gentle as a lamb with me , I loved his personality.. I remember Cibby and Becky and the crew from the night before, Im sorry I cant remember their names cause I was a little high 🤣but they too were very nice , some say they remember me from 8 years ago and that made me feel safe .. This is one of the best hospitals Ive ever been treated at and Thank you for keeping me safe. You all are HEROES..GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND THANK YOU DR. TRAVELYN

Absolutely amazing nurses I went for a laminectomy in December my recovery nurse Donna was amazing kind and caring and the nurses who took care of me when I was in my hospital room also incredible my night nurse brittany was amazing my morning nurse annmarie was amazing they all treated me with kindness and respect. All of them were amazing I forgot most of there names but they all deserve my thanks for how great they took care of me.

Didn’t even get helped for how long they took. Was the for 2 hours and seen 2 people walk out before I did. You wanna get help don’t go to this hospital either help yourself and go to a different hospital

My appointment was over and done in less than 25 minutes. That was a big relief because I was (and still am) in a lot of pain. It hurts to stand, it hurts even worse to walk and going up and down stairs is a nightmare for me.

Just had knee replacement surgeryyesterday. and the staff here is fantastic. Doctor Trevlyn, Tom in Physical therapy. The nurses, techs and food service. Were kind, consideret and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Good people who care. What more can you ask for. Thank You

I had a great experience preparing for surgery from preregistration, Covid testing, XRay, bloodwork. The staff was very caring and helpful.

Doctors, nurses and other staff are wonderful. However, I am currently inpatient (3 days so far), and cannot sleep at any time of the day because of the machine (vitals) alarms that go off constantly. They were newly unincorporated and patients have tocall the nurses for help repeatedly.

Avoid this emergency room. Staff was unprofessional, overwhelmed, and vented in front of patients regarding their frustrations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Went in for stomach pain and wasnt even given an ultrasound as requested. All they did was blood work and I was in so much pain. I was there for hours and they gave me 2 pills that did not alleviate the pain. They also gave me an IV for whatever reason. Was sent home with no answers, a script for meds that didnt help, and my insurance got billed $7,101 in which I am responsible for $600. 7k for what? They did nothing for me! Called to work out a payment arrangement and they was hounding me about making a payment that same day (when it wasnt even due yet), and said they only letting me pay $25 month because of the pandemic but would usually only agree to more due to them wanting all their money within one year. Never again. I live close but will be driving to Philly if I need to go to an ER again.

You almost killed my father. We sent him to another hospital, because you wouldnt help. They moratified at what you did. Everything we do comes back to us, in your hour of need ,I hope you get the same level of treatment you bestowed on my father. Hes still in I.C.u.having the damage you did fixed. Freaking monsters

I had a small procedure done yesterday at the hospital surgi Center. The entire staff was wonderful. From the moment I was greeted and taken back to prep for surgery every staff member was professional, caring and compassionate. They made sure that I was informed about the entire procedure. Nurse Jess treated me like family when administering my after care. She hugged me when I left which made me feel like million bucks. Thanks to all of these dedicated nurses/doctors/ anesthesiologist for making my experience a good one!

I recently found out that this hospital does not check newly admitted patients for COVID-19. This is reckless. An asymptomatic patient has the potential of unknowingly passing this virus onto other patients and staff. Cant believe that a healthcare facility could willingly put people at risk. Exercise extreme care when going into this hospital.

I have always received excellent care and I have been hospitalized in 1996,1998, 2006, 2011, 2016 and 2017. I have been through the emergency room on several occasions including in July 2017. I have found the care to be exceptional and the customer service to be among the best. Unfortunately due to being bought by profit-making companies instead of staying non- profit as most hospitals were in the past, now the bottom line has become more important than the patient, so... nurses are expected to do more with less as are doctors, maintenance, etc. I am a self advocate as we all need to be these days. I am always kind and courteous to everyone on the staff and I may have to wait but I always get what I need.

Sister was in labor. Stayed over night , nurses were great. Next day i stayed alll day, left got food . When i got back the nurse Kim was being a bi$c! , would let me back in my sisters room to stay the night. After i was told there are no visiting hours i can come and go whenever. Well clearly not if i am being told i cant go back in MY sisters room .

I waited 6 hours before getting my room. The RN in the emergency room was very rude. He hooked up my EKG completely incorrectly, as another nurse later pointed out, which was probably why he kept saying it seemed irregular (which freaked me out). When it was finally time for me to go to my room, I had to listen to two nurses argue over who felt like taking me upstairs. The woman that drew the short straw was very rude and sort with me, and didnt look at me at all. For the next two days, i dealt with numerous rude nurses. They blatantly spoke ill of their jobs and coworkers in front of me, which I found unprofessional. Many doctors and nurses were rude to my boyfriend basically just for being there, when he was going out of his way to support me. Not to mention how long EVERY LITTLE THING seemed to take. One night, I buzzed the nurse for water. Just water. After about 10 minutes she finally came to my room and asked me what I needed. After telling her I needed water, she said okay, and walked away, never to be seen again. I waited AN HOUR before sending my poor boyfriend down to the water fountain to fill up an old cup for me.Another issue was that there is no Psychiatrist at this hospital. I had to wait 12 hours before finally speaking to a psychiatrist through a video chat on a tablet, which they first had all kinds of technical issues with, having every nurse on the floor trying to solve it which made me wait longer. I should have been discharged on that day, but because of all the useless waiting, I was not. Every doctor I dealt with was rude and condescending. The nurses were incredibly lazy. Im actually surprised at what bad personnel they allow here.

My daughter Left after 4 hours of sitting in waiting room. Went to Lankenau who took excellent care of her. Avoid this ER completely

I was with a patient on the 6th floor who had surgery yesterday. Everyone we encountered was friendly. A security officer helped me with parking and escorted us to the nurse’s desk on the 6th floor. All the nursing staff was excellent in the care they provided.

Giving them a 4 because my aunts doctor was really nice & she took care of all of her problems. The receptionist was nice as well. We had a four hour wait before being seen it was really backed up which we understood and waited patiently. Thank you Dr.Todd

I think this is one of the better emergency room departments compared to most hospitals Ive been too. I went to this er twice the first time with my husband and it was a fast and efficient process. The second time I took my son and we waiting for quite a while maybe three hours, but the triage nurse came periodically checking on all the patients and gave medicine to those in pain never seen no hospitals do that. Once we got back in a room the pace was super quick and was checked out in an hour.

The receptionist sitting in the ER Department was unprofessional. My wife was pregnant and I approached the receptionist to ask a question, but was met with a dismissive look and a dismissive answer. This is a hospital, these workers need training in basic sympathy for patients. Tons of people are leaving similar comments but this doesnt seem to get resolved. Her name tag wasnt visible. She was on shift at 6.17pm on 8/29. Her manager should coach her on proper attitude.

Horrible ER experience on a Sat night. Took my daughter in for injury to her hand. She was already in a cast for procedure done on her foot. She could not use crutches and needed a wheelchair. Parking lot was full so I had to park in main garage with no attendant in site or help carrying her from the car to the ER- quite a distance. Triage nurse and registration tech did not offer her ice for her extremely swollen hand and no pain medicine. Nurse came into waiting area and yelled out our name among 2 others waiting. We all rose to follow her. She did not greet any of us, no hello or smile. She yelled for us to enter the room number she called. I made a point to smile at her and say hello. The first time I was ignored. The second time she looked up at me and forced a smile as though she just remembered she was working with humans. After leaving our room she exited for her cigarette break. Upon returning from her break, she sprayed herself with perfume and I prayed she did not return to my room. Thankfully she didnt. After the doctor saw my daughter, he stated he would be back shortly with discharge papers. 20 minutes went by and no papers. I entered the hallway to inquire. My first attempt to ask was ignored by the 5-6 nurses/staff at the desk. Then I saw the doctor pack up his things and leave. I then asked again and was told by a nurse at the desk in a snarly voice- Im trying to help you. When I was leaving with my daughter in the wheelchair, I asked how to get to the main garage as the ER lot was full. A nurse pointed to the door which was not automatic. I had to open it myself and work the wheelchair through with no assistance. As I entered the parking lot, I ran into the doctor. I complained about the service and he chuckled in response its the weekend crew. He was unaware he was part of the weekend crew! I will never return here again.

I Had my twin boys here on Nov 14th 2019 the labor and delivery staff was kind, compassionate caring and attentive. Shout out to Dr Chen for the amazing job she did on my C-section. At the time, I didnt understand why everyone on staff wanted to see it and kept saying how amazing it looked but fast foward, and it looks amazing. Its hardly noticeable! I definitely dont feel thrown together. The ER needs some work. I went in for chest pain and had to go back the next day for Postpartum Preeclampsia. No ER Doctors told me my blood pressure was severely elevated. My OB had to chase me down and tell me after a routine appointment.

I was here in the ER about a week ago and was seen VERY quickly. My son is 7.5 months old. They treated us very nicely. Were very attentive and caring and loved seeing us. I highly recommend this hospital.

It’s the worse hospital, unprofessional takes forever, been here since 9 this morning & still haven’t got out yet it’s 2:17. if planning to come here for an emergency your making the wrong choice. So sickening & they need to do a better job !

Rude staff

My sister made the poor choice of going to this ER hospital, and I use that term loosely, for abdominal pains. They did a ct scan and the nurse, the nurse mind you, informed her that she had a cancerous mass on her pancreas. Now why a nurse told us that I have no idea. Of course in the 7 hours we spent in the ER no doctor visited us so I guess that is why the nurse felt like scaring us to death.The day after we went to a G I doctor who actually read the ct scan and informed us that there is a small growth on the Kidney and a very small cyst on the pancreas.This place is a disgrace! Unprofessional, unsanitary, and an uncaring staff. Enter at your own risk! The only reason I gave it one star is that is the only way it would accept my rating which is ZERO stars!!!!!

Dr. Kornienko is awful. Didn’t know tests were done, didn’t know results were in and didn’t know how to communicate this with patient. He came in the morning, was in the middle of talking to me, his phone rang and he left. Never came back, had to request he be paged. Nurses were amazing but when the top of the chain is awful- hard to feel good or recommend a place. He doesn’t come across as he cares about people. Even if he is the most amazing Dr, you still need to learn to interact with the public.

Checked my daughter in the ER at 10pm. We left 4 hours later because she still has not been seen by a doctor. She was born here but tonight is the last time we are stepping a foot into this hospital.

Im surprised everyone has had negative experiences here. I brought in my dad after he was having difficulty breathing and needed critical emergency attention. They were outstanding and they treated him carefully and showed his needs and comfort a good deal of respect. I wonder if maybe management has changed in the past few months does anyone know?

I Was At The Emergency Room Yesterday.. Got Checked By The Security (Which I Understand For Safety) I Registered At The Front Desk.. I Had A Major Problem (Bleeding Severely For The Past 3days)That I Told Them About But They Had Me Waiting For Over 3 Hours Without Being Called In To See A Doctor But They Kept Calling People That I Came Before (Which I’ve Never Seen In My Life) Always First Come First Served So I Went Over To The Front Desk & Asked Why I Haven’t Been Called In But Others That I Came Before Are Going In (Over 10 People) & She Told Me It’s Not The Front Desk Fault But The Nurses That Are Inside.. So I Went Back To My Seat & Sat For A While To See If I’m Next To Be Called But Yet Still They Called Another Person In So I Got Frustrated & Left.. Then I Had To Pay For The 3 Hours Parking (Garage Parking) Without Getting The Treatment I Went For.. I’ll Never Go Back To This Hospital Again & Wish I Could Give A Half Star

I had a horrible experience once Igot upstairs. In the ER, I was taken great care of , once Upstairs, the night nurse Mitchell and the nurse technician Tameka was very friendly and kind, once they left, the horror began, uncaring doctor, nurses, and nurses technicians.

Came in through the ER in full labor and the staff was very quick and helpful. Everything went well until I stopped an anesthesiologist from giving me an epidural during an extremely painful contraction. As soon as I realized she had no intention of working with me to ease labor, I refused it altogether. Post wing was dirty and cluttered. Staff was nice but didnt communicate so they came in constantly and I couldnt get any rest. My room was dirty and it took for my babys father to take the trash to the hallway for the cleaning staff to acknowledge the room needed cleaned. Also you have to pay almost $10 per day for access to the phone and tv which was old and clunky. The rooms are small and stuffy with water stains and rust on the ceilings. Ive never been to prison but I imagine they would have better facilities than this. Only went here because it was the closest hospital.

Gave birth to my son June 23rd, just now getting around to write a review but absolutely had an awful experience with my delivery. If you can help it go to another hospital. This was my first child and I was excited to meet my little guy but the labor and delivery staff just made a happy experience into the most frustrating thing Ive ever dealt with. Doctor was rude and talked at me like I was incompetent, I was induced with a drug called cytotek which I was not informed that it was not approved by the FDA yet. I had to be sewn up afterward and the doctor did not numb me properly so I felt every stitch while she ignored me telling her I can feel everything she is doing. On the upside the nurses that I had after I delivered my baby were awesome and extremely helpful.

My sister had an overnight stay here and she had many nice things to say about the staff and the doctors.

One nurse threw pillows on my bed when I got to the floor to my room. They did not check up on me. There was no hourly rounding, nor did the write on the white boards. They brought my linen to me @ 11:30am. W/out soap and etc.... I have to get a scan. The Doctor said that they will come bc w the results... Guess what they never came bc. Until 10pm....

If its nothing major u can be in and out of the er fastIf its something serious plz go to another hospital. Negligence and malpractice suits are screaming threw the halls

The worst hospital to ever go to!!! Obviously having paperwork done before anyone needs to go into the ER is more of a concern for them. But how can you fill out paperwork when you have an open cut on your hand with blood coming out? (Please do not respond trying to say sorry or anything like that.) Simply upgrade your systems, implement new and better policies so that people can be taken care of accordingly. Nobody should be sitting in the ER in pain and/or bleeding sitting.... and waiting like theyre in the DMV.

I literally just left the hospital with a terrible experience! This man at the front desk of the ER was to help me get results of an MRI test I went in for a week ago.. he took my ID, called the radiology department and kept giving them my first name as my last name even after I corrected him TWICE so of course radiology couldn’t pull my info. I let him know I needed the records on a disc for a surgery I have scheduled for TOMORROW. Apparently for some reason they won’t release it to my doctor till I came in with an ID. This unprofessional man told me they couldn’t find my records and “they were doing me a favor”. A lady beside him looked like she was telling him how to get me help but he brushed her off and said “it’s ok, just let her go”. How is such a person the first person to meet people that have emergencies or need help? I had both my kids at this hospital and have had all my procedures here but for this terrible experience, today is my very last. Disgusted!

Very unhelpful staff in the ER. Ann Marie (medical assistant? with red scrubs) is cool. However, most doctors/PAs are snarky and nurses don’t respond when asked for help that’s why I gave 1 star.

I had a cat scan and my technician Ivy was very professional and pleasant. She has a personality.

This is an EXCELLENT hospital. I worked there. No hospital is perfect. No one wants to go to a hospital. Unfortunately DCMH is a little difficult to reach without a car or wealth (for a cab). It is a very sanitation conscious, patient focused establishment with highly educated and talented staff and management and loyal support personnel and anyone who says otherwise has obviously never cared for somebody in his life. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

My wife had a kid and Delaware County memorial hospitalthe nurses there are the worst nurses ever well not all of them if you get the nurse Lisa and Mary there are the worse they do not help you at all did do not care if your pain theyre just there to do their time They do not care about your well being or the baby is delivered safely that think different religions are funny and people that speak different languages are funny to them

I enjoyed the cleanest of the building the nurses and doctors are very attentive and is that a good location and they take great care of you treat you with courtesy I respect I should say and human being

This so called hospital is the worst facility Ive ever visited. The E.R. doctor found it acceptable to release me not only in a major autoimmune flare, but also without long acting insulin as a type1 diabetic who cant access it due to $435+ copays as someone with multiple disabling complex conditions. They also didnt bother asking me about my medical history. Completely disgraceful and unacceptable!

I had my daughter here 7 years ago and it was an excellent hospital. I dont know what the hell has happened since then but this place has gone way downhill. Went here tonight for a sprained ankle I was balling my eyes out and the ER doctors wouldnt even make eye contact with. The lyft guy had to wheel me in because none of ER doctors would help me. Sat in the ER for 3 hours straight and wasnt given any pain medicine at any point. Not even when I left. I had trouble maneuvering the wheeI chair and they seemed annoyed they had to help me. I never saw a Doctor! Only nurses, one of whom who almost gave me a chest X ray. They also lost my pee sample. Just horrible, never again.

I had an outpatient surgery here. Every single person from pre admission to the nurses were incredibly friendly, competent, and caring. I would recommend this hospital for an outpatient surgery.

When I asked how my mothers test went, the attending doc said Hmm, Im surprised shes lasted this long. I wasnt prepared for that kind of answer and was devastated. My mom said what did he say and it was all I could do to keep my composure and find an excuse to quickly leave the room so that I could get it together and talk with her. I would never send anyone I loved to this hospital. That was sixteen years ago but I remember the feeling like it was yesterday.

Okay first I was told for years do not go to Dcmh,its horrible .But had choice of Bryn Mawr or here,this time chose here and glad I did.Went into emergency room with advice from my doctor.Was called in within 5 minutes.Staff was attentive and kept me informed what was going on.After 2 hours on ER told me was going to be admitted.Moved upstairs to floor 5 about a hour later.Was in hospital for 3 days. I got to say all the Rns where very attentive, especially Danielle and Lydia.The techs kept me informed of vitals after each time and cleaning person cleaned room each day.All where very polite, friendly and again kept me in loop what was going on.The food also was good,with a wide selection of choices for all 3 meals.The rooms ,though can tell have seen better days was clean and well laid out.Overall give it 4 out of 5 because rooms could be improved and the layout of the hospital in general could be improved but staff deserve 5 stars .

This hospital is one of the worst hospitals out there!! Please do not go there for your own sake! The doctors and the nurses are very unprofessional and disrespectful to the patients! The latest news.. one patient went there and she was pregnant, her baby died for like a day and she was experiencing abdominal pain so she went to ER. The doctors did God knows what, they said she & her baby was fine.... soo she went to UPenn the next day and they found the baby was dead for like 2 days!! From me to you all patients out there believe it when I say this I’ve been to this hospital and to ER. Please go somewhere else but except here! This is the worst hospital in he planet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hospital is unfortunately one of the poorest in the area for care, compassion, and follow through both during and after hospitalization. It was difficult getting inpatient services in a timely manner, and outpatient Home Care never happened. Try to express you concerns and you are told that no Patient Services Department exists you need to talk to the Nursing Supervisor, pointless on the phone x3 each time waited 8 minutes without an answer. No one at this hospital wants to know what is not working!

The staff is unfortunately not trained to handle mentally ill people. They 302 anybody who is under duress, treat you like a second class citizen, tell you to get over being mentally ill and send you to Crozer Chester. Go to Bryn Mawr Hospital, they treat you with more respect and actually are equipt to handle mental illness emergencies.

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to.Very unhelpful staff in the ER.Most doctors are snarky and nurses don’t respond when asked for help.Waste of my time and money.

I was seen in the emergency room 2 months ago with an anaphylactic reaction. I was seen right away. Dr. Kingsley and Dr. Giesa were execellent, calm, knowledgeable, with wonderful bedside manner. The nursing staff all jumped in to help. My nurse Cheryl was warm, friendly, and very attentive. Everyone took great care of me. I will go back to this hospital if I ever have a need!

This hospital its awsome the people are nice. And fast services, wonderful nurses and doctors.. my experience was great.

Well...the staff was very nice, however my son had a high fever and belly pain. They tested him for everything, but strep throat. He ended up being transported to St Chris and the transport staff person noticed his throat immediately. If they would have tested him for strep, it would not have been necessary to be in the hospital for two days.

The service was so efficient and fast. Burke Collen made everything so easy and stress free. Thank you very much Burke😍

Was in er for 6 hrs march 25 2019 for chest pains. Got tests done and put back in waiting room. No results. Other people in and out. Never again. Was told someone would come out with results. Nope so i left. Parked in valet and security guard said he wouldnt give me a voucher for my car. The nurses said for him to do it. Still said no till i got my phone out and was going to call my lawyer. Oh here you go mame heres your voucher. Best not get a bill.

Theyre some unjustified things going on in their they fired a girl from the kitchen for cursing but Michelle Ellis in housekeeping has a very dirty mouth all the time and nothing is ever done about it. Now you tell me whos white and whos black. I just wonder who she is related too.

Always have a good experience at this hospital. I have been using it for many years..it is very clean very professional and much quicker than most hospitals nearby.the nurses particularly are very good.

Kadijah Hage, you do know that you were in the ER correct? They have more important injuries to worry about. Say a patient came in for severe sneezing and waited in the waiting room for about 2 hours, but then a person who was just ran over by a motor vehicle comes in. He gets to see a doctor first but you do not. Maybe because he had life-threatining injuries and you did not. Think about other people and not yourself, It will make a big difference in your view on the hospital.

Im am switching my wife to a new hospital right after this review and will try to keep this short. The nurses were rushing and hurt my wife when they gave her an I V. I brought my pregnant wife in for loss of breath due to closing air ways. And it wasnt an allergic reaction. Loss of breath and panic attack together made her faint 5 times. Shes shaking and very tired. Weve been going here 7 months since the start of her pregnancy and when we come in today they have no record of her. To top it off weve waited almost a month for transfer papers to process because weve heard maternity wards not great and uncle works at a much nicer hospital I think Riddle in media so we wanted to go there. Anyways for all those problems they gave her an IV of water and some water to drink about 2 1/2 hours ago and now she has the same symptoms as when we first went in. Now I have to go fight them to give me her information on paper so I can transfer her myself because they said we cant give it to you we have to transfer it.

I went to this ER years ago for a bad headache I had for three days. They take my history and during my explanation I brought up my mothers hereditary brain anurysim. The Dr.s first reaction was we will not test for that. I wasnt asking I just wanted help to relieving my headache and figure out why its lasting so long. They barely did an exam and just gave me pain meds. The pain meds helped a tiny bit. It subsided on its own finally the next day. Worst treatment ever. What if the headache was due to a brain anurysim. Do your examination thoroughly and research so it can be treated. Dont just snap at the patient because you find them as a inconvience.Another experience:I was here a few years later to have my daughter due to low amino fluid level. I didnt want to be there but due to our midwife was contracted with just this hospital, I was out of options. The midwives were excellent. The hospital staff, not so much. The nurse was getting frustrated that I kept moving and causing the monitor for the baby to slip. I was in labor. What do you expect?! Well the nurse said if you were my patient I would have you strapped to the bed. Horrible!

Worst hospital I’ve ever been to. It’s also the worst hospital anyone could ever go to. Go literally anywhere else other than here.
