I love this dentist, everyone is so nice there, I never wait long, Ive always been afraid to go to dentist so i really never went but now i dont mind so much. I recommend going here if you have a fear.

I had the unfortunate experience of losing a piece of a big filling after 5:00 on Friday night when I was due to go away Sunday morning. I searched the web, made calls, including two offices who advertised urgent care. I got nowhere until I found Drexel Hill Dentistry which had an after hours emergency number. I called, the doctor answered, asked me if I could come in 10:00 the next morning, which I did. He was kind, empathic and reassuring. He looked in my mouth and told me to avoid hard food for the week I was away and then make an appointment with my dentist when I got home. I highly recommend him!!!

I havent been to a dentist in years so I was really nervous going into the office. Dr. Tewari was excellent, so welcoming which calmed my nerves. The office was very clean and nice. I would recommend going here for sure.

My husband said this group really nice and thinks I should also see this doc. I think this is a good doc because he saw my husband right away so he could get medicine for his infection so he doesn’t have to delay his surgery. Will be checking in with them after his surgery. I called Monday for an emergency appointment and they were very accommodating. The office was clean and sterile. They took all covid19 precautions and made me feel safe. My appointment was at 10am and I was done by 10:30. Very friendly and professional. My dentist for life!

I starter having some tenderness in my mouth and aside from a HORRIBLE cleaning and filling experience 2 years ago at Northeastern Dental in Clifton Hts., I have not been to a dentist in 20 years 🙄. The pain Ive been having for this past week has been getting to me and has prompted me to see the dentist. I made an appointment here, Id never recommend anyone to go to Sharon Hill Northeastern Dentistry. The staff was great at DHFD. I was literally having a panic attack as soon as I walked in n heard drills going on another patient. Anisa was the dental tech that took my X-rays and she talked me through my panic attack. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Oh n the good news is that nothing is unfixable!

The office staff is great at accommodating with appointments. The dentists are wonderful. Some of them funny. It helps that they are open on Saturdays because it’s even more accommodating to get there. The extended office hours are wonderful because you can go there after work and get things done. They take care of your teeth nice and quickly and you’re out of there.

I have been coming to this dentist for over 15 years overall a great experience. Have some up and downs but not much to say except they have alot of different new dentist constantly but still they do a great job with the new dentist and the work that is done. The turnaround for dentist is just alittle high. I usually like to gain a relationship with one so i know we are working smooth with each other rather than building a trust with a new one for a short period of time. Overall i still would highly recommend this dentist as i still go there untill this day.

I visited the DH Family Dentistry office last Friday 9/11/20. Very satisfied. The office was very clean. All staff had masks on. As usual they were friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Jean Tan: great “chair side” manner, cheerful and warm, precise and competent. The rest of the staff are sweet and helpful. The owner I only met briefly.

WARNING ⚠️ do not make an appointment here!!!! This office Is extremely unprofessional! It’s billing department is trying to shake down its customers. I made an appointments in 2018. during that time I switched insurance companies. This office instead of charging my new insurance they we’re charging my old insurance under my mother. They never informed me that I had an outstanding balance. They had a record that my old insurance would not be valid after dec 2018 because I turned 26. Which is why I gave them my new insurance in the summer of 2018. They never informed me that I had an outstanding balance. They proceeded to allow me to book appointments without collecting my copay. Until I stop making appointments after February of 2019. For the rest of 2019 they never sent me a bill, called me, or anything regarding and outstanding balance. I called in 2020 to make a new appointment they still never informed me of and outstanding balance. On the day of the appointment, I cancelled because of a time conflict and rescheduled to the end of February. It was only then ( the end of January 2020) that their front desk person stated that their office manager would call me that upcoming Monday. She never did. The office manager didn’t call me until one day before my new appointment (the end of February 2020). During that call, she informed me I had an outstanding balance. I asked why are you waiting until now to tell me? She began to scream at me. I asked her to calm down and be professional. I ask her what the outstanding balance was. She told me “she didn’t know she had to do the math“. I asked her “why would you continue to allow me to make appointments and increase the balance without telling I had an outstanding balance”. She refused to answer the question. I continued to inquire about the outstanding balance she refused to tell me. I asked why haven’t you sent me a bill in over a year regarding this balance. She said she didn’t hear back from my insurance until July 2019. I asked if there was an issue with my insurance why are you now telling me over a year later and still allowing me to make appointments? She refused to answer the question. This is extremely unprofessional. They are clearly shaking now their customers to put them in debt. Their billing department is clearly unorganized, unprofessional, and incapable of doing this job with integrity. My conversation with their office manager happened at 11:30am on Tuesday 2/25/20. I asked her repeatedly for my balance she she she didn’t know but would call be back later. I have not heard from her all day. I called back at 3:41pm to asked for the office manager to provide me with my balance the receptionist informed me that the office manager left for the day! Completely unprofessional. Their office should be reported by the better business bureau. How do you call a patient tell them they have an outstanding balance refuse to provide with the amount of the balance? WARNING! Do not go here

Dr. Phil and the assistants that worked long side of him today, were extremely amazing and allowing me to be able to eat a meal without pain. I’m at the park enjoying this lovely 78° weather day with my children and we are having a blast. Dr. Phil you ARE the man. FO EAGLES!

Just had a wonderful first appointment at Drexel Hill Dental . I was given an appointment the very next day from calling. The hygienist was so nice and gentle and my teeth look great. The entire staff was professional and efficient. So nice to have such a great dentist in the neighborhood!! Cant wait for my 6 month appointment!

Horrible experience with a dentist here. I waited 20 minutes plus the 10 minutes due to being early. I saw a dentist not listed on their website or anywhere really as far as I can tell. The job was a simple tooth extraction. He jerked and yanked and ripped at my tooth for an hour before giving up, stitching me up, and telling me to go to a dental surgeon. The dental surgeon had the tooth out in about 3 minutes after they numbed me. The incompetence of this man and blind confidence is disgusting. Something that should have taken an hour took 4 and a half hour.All of this being said, they do have great members of their staff like Dr. Patel and the supporting staff.Update: The manager and I spoke. Dr Patel has left and the dentist who attempted to do the work is a new dentist with the practice. I stand by my review of the dentist, but have modified my review of the practice.

I have been going to this Dentist office for a year now it is absolutely friendly and warm. Everyone there is very kind. The Dentist is great very proficient and informative. I have had cleaning and fillings and I love the outcome of my smile. I recommend them to all family members and friends.

I have gone 3-4 times to this office. Everyone is so nice. Recently I had my root canal treatment done with doc Tewari. He is very polite doc. Also my parents always go this office for their dental problem. Its nice place to get dental treatment. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have been to this dentist two times now. One for a cleaning and one for a cavity filling. Both times I had AMAZING experiences. Way better than the dentist I saw as a child.The cleaning went great, all things considering since it was a few years since I last went when I was under my parents insurance. The dentist (unfortunately I do not know her name) was lovely and so nice! Since it was a few years, I had a cavity and had to go today to get it filled. I had the same amazing dentist and I didnt feel any pain minus the shots to numb up the area. When I was a child I distinctly remember my tooth hurting when I got anything done, regardless of the numbing shots or not. It also was SUPER fast! I was out within one hour. My husband was shocked I was home so soon!The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was my appointment was changed a few times for my filling. I originally had a 1:20 appointment, then they called to make it 1:00. Then I got a confirmation email stating that the apt was actually 12:30. Since it was a Saturday, I was able to make it work, but it would have been difficult if it was midweek when I work.I look forward to going again in July for my next cleaning. Front desk lady was also super nice! I lost a referral to another dentist (for another issue I have) and she was happily able to make me a copy of it! I was so nervous they werent going to, but had no problem!All in all, Im super happy going to this dentist office, it was by far the best experience I have had that I can remember. Thanks guys!

The receptionist is very difficult, especially if you have to reschedule. She gives you a really hard time. She has literally told me that I can’t reschedule because then there would be a big blank spot on her calendar. I dread calling. And there are always different dentists-I never know who we are going to see. They never have toothbrushes, even for the kids. The last time I was there the nurse said they didn’t have any for the kids because they hardly saw kids-so that wasn’t very encouraging for a family with four. Recently my husband went in to get a crown and they refused to do the work unless he paid $650 first, before even applying our insurance. They wouldn’t bill him. He asked for our records and left. Later we found out that the work with our insurance would have been closer to $200, so we think they were making up numbers to pocket the difference. We went there for several years before this happened, so watch out! We won’t be back. And they never did give us our records.

Remember the assistant couldnt stop laughing at my teeth. For this experience i will feel low ecerytime i come back.

From the time I walked into the front office of this dental practice, I was amazed by the look and feel of it. The place was very well kept. I was welcomed and wished by the courteous staff. As I was a new patient to this practice, they performed the initial comprehensive exam and the doctor explained in detail my treatment plan. The rooms were private and there were big tv screens in the room on which the dentist showed me my dental X-rays to educate me on the treatment plan which was a first for me. There was never a time I felt like I was rushed. The front desk explained my co-pays for my subsequent visits. It was a great experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants nothing less than a best trip to a dentist. They also have Invisalign treatment at this office for less than other places Ive been.

Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They have helped me significantly improve the condition of my teeth and gums from when I first began as a patient six years ago.

They have poor appointment making skills. I came to a scheduled appt that they couldnt find. They also overbook. I also dealt with a rude receptionist and staff on different occasions. Lastly I came in saying that I knew in had a cavity that was bothering me. After being evaluated they said i didnt have any cavities so I went to another dentist for a different opinion. That dentist then confirmed that there was a cavity present. Lastly they arent able to perform all services so they referred you to another dentist. I initially really liked this place but then it became a downward spiral of let downs.

I have been bringing my son to this office for about 2 years now and they are very friendly, professional, and the office is spotless. However, they earned 3 stars from me in the rating because on one of my sons appointment date the office was close! I mean no one was at the office! Which I considered disappointing!

I’ve been coming to this office for almost 10 years, I’ve seen many owners and many staff changes, but Dr. Shruti and her team are by far the best I’ve had the pleasure of knowing! Dr. Shruti is so friendly, and accommodating. I did my Invisalign through Dr.Shruti and she made sure the whole process was easy! She talked me through everything and always got back to me quickly if I had any issues. The staff is always friendly welcoming. I would recommend this office to my friends and family. Thank you!

The staff at this office is terrible. My brother tried to make a follow up appointment and was told they wouldn’t see him until the claim was paid. I called his insurance company and they said they sent payment out that day. My brother called two weeks later to make an appointment and they said they were too booked. He asked when he could make an appointment and she slammed the phone in his ear. Needless to say we are looking for another dentist. No, I do not recommend this practice.

I have called twice now to schedule an appointment for a teeth cleaning. My first call was about two months ago and they said they were booked for two months. I called again today and the lady at the front desk literally said to me, Our hygienist is booked for a while, -- and thats all she said. She was very vague and didnt apologize on their behalf for not being able to schedule me, and she didnt even offer any alternatives or ask if I wanted to wait however long was necessary in order to finally schedule a teeth cleaning. Essentially, she was telling me that they are booked for months (which is insane) and that she is not interested in taking two seconds to see the next date that they would be available. All the staff are so rude and I was only putting up with it because they take my insurance and are close to my house but after all this, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend this practice at all! The doctor and staff are extremely rude. I cancelled my appointment for a cleaning 2 hours prior to the appt because my entire rt arm is in a cast and couldnt find anyone to drive me. They refused to reschedule until I paid $25 because it was a not enough cancellation notice. My previous appt was for a badly infected tooth and the dentist was extremely rude and abrupt! Will not go back!!

They were really great, I had an emergency on a Saturday they got me in fixed my tooth they were awesome!!

Just called to try and make an emergency appointment on a Friday at 12:18pm. I was immediately told that they were closed (even though their website says 2pm). Then there was a long pause, so I suggested Well would I be able to make an appointment for Monday?. The woman responded by letting me know that they would also be closed on Monday, even though their website says they are open on Mondays. She then asks with an attitude Well what is your issue today? Told her my issue and she said Well that work wasnt done here and you need to contact the dentist who did the work. I let her know that the office was now closed and this is why I was reaching out to this office. She took a long breath and I just told her never mind and hung up mumbling to myself. Worst over the phone customer service I have ever experienced.

The lower dentures Dr. Trewari made for my wife never fit right so we had to go back numerous times. They couldnt get them right so he said to take her directly to the lab and if they couldnt get them right hed make new lowers. The so called lab was a house where a man with no shoes or socks and only in short pants answered and said he couldnt do anything with them and hed suggest to Trewari he should make new lowers. I made an appointment for the wife to get impressions for the replacement lowers and instead of making new ones, Trewari got mad and beligerant and refused to make new lowers like he said he would and actually tried to keep my wifes dentures and only gave them back when she threatened to call the police. He told her to get out of his office and dont come back. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend this dentist to anyone and he was the most unprofessional and rudest dentist weve ever encountered. Shame because the office is nice and the staff friendly, but Dr. Trewari is the absolute worst and Id stay as far away from him as possible.

Went there had routine cleaning and dentist suggested to fix my filling from silver to white. Couldnt chew on that day or anydays after that. Paid $100 plus. Had to go back three times but still feel sensitive when eat. They even asked to pay for the time I came back to fix WTH. I was so pissed they waived the fee. Another problem..I asked for recent dental records for my child to start school. They said they will fax but when I got to school, nothing!! Called noone answered. Great, I had to reschedule my appt. With the intake worker cause I didnt have dental records..I gave this office two weeks!!!😤😤😤 Never again. What a mess I had to go through.Update: unbelievable- two weeks passed they called for child dentals record to be sent.. seriously?! The intake had to be rescheduled. They said they tried to call but how come I didnt see no miss call nor voicemail msg (liar). However, the reason staff called was to yelled on the phone saying why I put negative comments .. what the hell. 😣😤 Very unprofessional!

Worst experience in our 60 years. Dr. Trewari made upper/lower dentures for my wife and the bottoms never fit right. After going back over 15 times to try and fix them they sent them out to the lab and they came back the same way. He told me to take my wife directly to the so called lab and if they couldnt do anything hed make new lowers. The lab was a house where a man with no shoes or socks and wearing only a tee shirt and shorts answered and said he couldnt do anything and hed call Trewari and tell him to make new lowers. I made an appointment for the wife to go and have a new impression taken for the new lowers and Trewari got mad and belligerent and refused to make new lowers like he said he would. He even tried to keep my wifes dentures, which were paid for, and only gave them back when she threatened to call the police. He told her to get out of his office and dont come back. All this after shes been suffering with terrible headaches from the poor fitting dentures and in fact had 6 visible band aids on the back of her neck from getting shots that very day, and, instead of helping her, he put her thru all this. He slammed the dentures in her hand when he gave them back and my wife has a broken tendon in her hand from a previous fall with our son and now her whole hand is causing her pain as well as the headaches. He is the most unprofessional and rudest dentist weve ever witnessed in all our years and wouldnt recommend him to anyone, especially a woman. I honestly dont know how hes allowed to practice and Id seriously think twice before letting this man do anything for you. Absolute nightmare.

My mom is so happy with her new dentures and especially with Dr Tewari, who treated her. She had complete dentures done here, earlier this month and Dr Tewari was so kind and patient with her and made her feel so comfortable. My mom has been considering getting fitted for complete dentures but was somewhat apprehensive until she talked to Dr Tewari.He was very reassuring and explained the entire process and the time it will take for her to adjust to her new dentures. She is one more happy patient of Dr Tewari. My family have been going to this clinic for over 7 years now and Dr Tewari and his staff are always courteous and friendly. Dr Tewari himself is very considerate and helpful as we had cause to experience his generous nature. My mom is thrilled with her new dentures and she is all praise for Dr Tewari.

I went for a cleaning. What she did...I could have done myself! She cleaned my teeth in 3 minutes. Then they tell me I can come back in 3 months for another cleaning for $65.00. Really!!!!!!
