First time I was here the girl that cut my hair was very nice and knew her stuff Liked that she would tell me what she was going to do before she did it. Love the haircut that I got. Would definitely go back.

The staff here is always personable and professional. Its nice to be able to check in online, and ensure there isnt a long wait before driving over. My wife has been pleased with every cut Ive gotten here, which is most important, since she looks at me more than anyone else.

Observed all and more safety an cleanliness regarding Covid 19. Also extremely great and cautious when performing hair cuts. All staff very courteous and helpful

*******update*******Management called me to remedy the issue. They genuinely seemed disappointed with my experience. They offered to make it right and I appreciate that. I am changing it to 3 stars to reflect that management cares about their customers.Cant say much for the haircut. Never got one. Checked in online. Said 17 minute wait. Got there with 5 minutes to spare. One person ahead of me but not in the building. They waited for him for 10 minutes. Then waited for another 10 and still no seat. 45 minutes later I had to leave to go back to work. Brutal. Wont be back.

Lindsay was really great working with me on a wacky haircut I concocted an idea of from pictures: an asymmetrical pixie cut with an undercut. Considering I was near delirious from lack of sleep she was so wonderfully patient in listening to my odd request. The cut is fabulous!! And I already am getting likes from friends states away.

Staff is a doing a great job given the difficulties of the pandemic.

I normally love the stylists at this location... Matt, Liz & Lisa are fantastic. Stopped in last week for a trim (1/4 inch, one length) and Kenerdick cut WAY MORE than that! AND UNEVEN TO BOOT! Im so upset b/c was hoping to donate by years end.

I LOVE my haircut! First time at this salon and let me just say I cannot be happier with how my hair looked when I left the salon! Liz, is who did my hair and she is amazing! All of the stylists seem to be great. The place is clean, the stylists are all friendly and the price you cant beat! I cant say enough good about this place! Great Clips in Drexel Hill, Pilgrim Gardens is where I will be going from now on.

Three for three... good experiences with Alison, Michelle, and Christine.A $15 cut, a good cut!, takes 15 minutes ... happy to give a $5 tip.*****Unlike Hair Cuttery which attempted to charge me $7 to dry my hair in mid January... blow drying is a styling ... really? ... even for a guys hair cut? The manager was not only unrepentant but told me the cut I received would be $70 downtown and the blow dry another $20 ... my reply?... Clearly that reply indicates why youre not working there right now and why Ill by happy to share my experience with others. Their HQ was also indifferent.

Horrible experience. One of the staff Kendrick is very unprofessional. He used a very sharp clipper to trim. Continued to do so when pointed out. And checks it out on himself. Would never go to this place again.

Pretty great place last time I went it was great and the staff is nice but couple months ago I went there with a knot I couldn’t get out and one of them said do you brush your hair and I said umm ya why and then he said well obviously you don’t. But I still go anyways Bc they do good.

The male hairdresser (might have been the owner?) cutting my hair was extremely rude. I came here a few days before Christmas, and the place was very busy. Instead of being happy about having a lot of business, he repeatedly called the customers in the salon stupid for waiting until the last minute to get holiday haircuts. He continued insulting the customers (including me!) WHILE CUTTING MY HAIR and in front of everyone in the salon.He then tried to send me out into the cold, rainy December weather without even blow drying my hair. I wasnt asking for a blow-out, but my hair was soaking wet and he was annoyed when I asked him to run the blow dryer through it.

Everyone is always genuine and for Veterans Day I received a free cut. Suprised and thankful they appreciate all who served.
