After trying a number of alternatives, a friend recommended Chuck to me. That was more than 25 years ago and Chuck, himself, is my friend now. Ive been going to Chuck ever since, even though it now requires a 40 minute drive. This is a cash-only business and he works by appointment only; so theres no waiting an indefinite long time. He recognizes how hair lays and cuts in ways that prevent things from sticking up or not looking right. He delivers a handsome, flattering cut that works with your preferences. I dont use a blow dryer or anything in my hair, and dont go for anything stylish. No problem, and my wife likes what he does with my hair. Yet I see that he has no problem catering to others with very different preferences. He can provide a nice short cut that feels good in the summer while avoiding a cowlick where its prone. Chuck knows hair in a way that exceeds anyone else Ive tried. He is a skilled craftsman and artist. I give Chuck my highest recommendation.
